@aaronjamiebyrne I hope that this hasn't affected your time away too much. We'd need the account holder to contact us to look into this issue and so I'd recommend that you contact whoever you're renting the cabin from and ask them to get in touch with us. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

  • AlitheaP Alithea (@AlitheaP) reported

Ahah! Plusnet are sending an Open Reach engineer to reconnect us on Tuesday and it's going to cost a measley £25 because we don't have fibre here yet. Just a tad different customer service to ruddy Virgin!

@btbusinesscare fixed within a few days, as were our neighbours (the cause was a severed cable outside). For Plusnet, we pay around £16 a month. For BT Business it's over £50 a month. And yet my connection hasn't been fixed. What is going on? When will someone bother to fix my connection?

@btbusinesscare I have had a fault with my BT Business line since 22 June. Last week the line dropped to around 5Mbps. Supposedly they've been working to fix the problem but it's still just as bad. Our home connection with Plusnet was fixed within a few days and on that we get 30Mbps and it was

Me: I've been made homeless.... Plusnet: That's fine, your cancellation fee is £189 🙃 Kick a gal whilst she's down why don't you. 😩

@Ofcom I have registered a complaint but I have the impression that OFCOM are going to do NOTHING just log the issue against Plusnet. Am I wrong on this? Is OFCOM going to do anything? Call Plusnet and ask why their service is so poor? Hold them to account?

  • K4rmaRules Sharon - #TeamCorbyn #ItWasAScam (@K4rmaRules) reported

hey @Plusnet a friend in Newtown powys is having issues with his internet. It's down and has been all day. His phone is also out. You are their ISP. Do you have any information about what's happening?

  • CalTweedy Cal Tweedy (@CalTweedy) reported

. @Plusnet have been the worst possible broadband provider for months now, haven’t noted any of our conversations on our account, have promised phantom engineers, and are now kindly stinging us for £££’s just to leave them x

  • Commentor22 douglas (@Commentor22) reported

@Plusnet Hey Plusnet. "Award-winning-customer service" Does that include refusing to close a mobile account for almost four months. Despite two separate calls wherein a customer service manager swore down the account was closed? I will be looking to take this matter further.
