@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

Hands down, worst customer service experience ever. #Plusnet owe me over £100 in credits but can't process their own billing service so have restricted my broadband until I pay £20. Which I have done - just in order to keep WFH etc but I will be leaving them as ASAP. Inept.

@Plusnet why has my bill increased by £5? You did something similar in July ‘21 and then it went back down. I don’t have time to call as working but this seems the best way to get you attention @Ofcom #plusnet #overcharged #everypennycounts
