Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

  • GavBailey79 Gavin Bailey ✋☝️ (@GavBailey79) reported from Melksham, England

@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

  • DeeRocker Danni Rochman (@DeeRocker) reported from Bristol, England

@PlusnetSupport @Plusnet I've also DM'd for exactly the same issue - please send a fix. Two of us unable to work from home.

  • joannas94 Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

  • richardemeehan It can't be worse than 2020, surely? (@richardemeehan) reported

@Plusnet since a power cut in the Heathrow area on Monday, broadband service has been incredibly inconsistent. Frequently dropping altogether. Sometimes I can't even access the broadband speed test to see how slow it is.

  • Spamlar_Lich Paul Murphy (@Spamlar_Lich) reported

@Plusnet yesterday was meant to be the day my broadband was switched from SKY to Plusnet. This hasn’t happened and I am left without broadband. I am trying to get a firm date for the switch but I can’t. I cannot work from home due to this issue. Please help

  • GavinFBear James Brooks (@GavinFBear) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for promising a callback within 24 hours. This was around 44 hours ago. No call yet. Plusnet truly have a remarkable attitude towards customer retention. I had been a happy customer for many years now but was apparently of no value.

  • g_e_loach G E Loach (@g_e_loach) reported

@Plusnet We have already been in contact with the support team multiple times a day for over a week and we have been in contact with BT Sport. No one is resolving the issue. I have now made an official complaint due to the lack of resolution.

  • MsHellieD Helen Davison (@MsHellieD) reported

@Plusnet Our Plusnet Access Control has stopped working. Control panel briefly flashes on screen, looks like settings are on, but WIFI is still on. I wondered if you were aware of anyone else having this issue?

  • Songasport Songasport (@Songasport) reported

Great stuff from BT-owned @Plusnet , "we're taking away full BT Sport than you pay £10 a month for but you can have an app-only service for £15.69 a month instead if you want". Bargain, I'll have two apps please. The hunt for a new ISP starts...
