Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and donβt ever use them.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
