    @Plusnet I’ve literally just done your job. Open reach have been out and fixed the issue after i contacted them my self. You were telling me I had to wait till Tuesday. Shocking absolutely shocking. No one even tried to go that extra mile.

    @da_rippaa @bt_uk @virginmedia I was getting 18meg but the speed was fine it was the not working and them wanting endless money to replace the leads they burst open πŸ˜– I know the pain of Virgin Media I left them to go around Sky/TalkTalk/Plusnet and eventually BT who burst the wires πŸ˜–

    @TalkTalk BT & Plusnet customers had a 2 hour outage from midnight last night, meanwhile it is now almost 24hrs later and I still don’t have internet?!? In the SAME BUILDING. When can I expect to have service restored? #talktalkfail #customerexperience

    @TalkTalk She cancelled her existing @TalkTalk contract on 11 January in order to join @Plusnet (who's customer service has been excellent by the way).

    Have now had to delay my house move for a week because my @Plusnet @plusnethelp internet isn't working. A great end to the week when you realise the issue you were told would be fixed has not been fixed. Now there's no chance of me moving any time soon πŸ™„πŸ™„
