I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

That response is a bit different from the phonecall I had earlier to say that the problem is at Plusnet's end, affecting loads of customers, and they're working on it, but they don't know when it will be fixed!

@SoProJanet @Plusnet I was being put on hold for an hour and the staff told me they are aware of the nationwide incident but they are not sure what is causing the issue and they are working to resolve it ASAP. They are not sure how long this will last too.
