    @GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

    @Plusnet So I've got to spend another ~40 minutes on hold listening to digitally distorted Christmas songs, in order to speak to someone about cancelling a service we no longer need, because your processes suck?! Utter rubbish.

    @DemonTomatoDave Do you use a Plusnet router? I found that to be the issue. Got a cheapy BT one off eBay and never had any issues after that.

    @Plusnet grandparents have had no WiFi for 4 days now! They have spoken to you and all you did was send a new router out which isn’t the problem. Still flashing orange, neighbours having same problem. Ta21 area

    @VodafoneUK No worries, after two days of infinite calls and chats with unprepared staff I decided to give up. @Plusnet solved all my problems in a time fashioned way.

    My @Plusnet mobile bill just leapt up from £6 to £43 on the day after I tried to cancel it (then backed off that decision)... I haven't used the mobile for at least 2 months as I now have a work mobile. WTH, folks?

    My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

    Dear @Plusnet as John Lewis Broadband's owner/operator, please give me (as an Additional Support rep on my mum's account - ref 02427432) an update on query refs 229865956 & 229954850? Trying to get the account closed so I can move her to another ISP & keep her phone no. Thanks.

    @Plusnet My 90 year old parents have been without broadband for 9 days. 4 engineer appointments have failed to turn up. Hope you're happy to ruin their Xmas as they can't zoom with children and grandchildren. Unbelievably bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @Plusnet @_JimDavis_ Expected to transfer from John Lewis this week. Told phone had swapped at 13.55 on Monday and that Broadband would follow before midnight. Now Wednesday evening and nothings happened, no communication and call centre values me so much that they don’t answer calls Rubbish service

    My Internet has died. Plusnet say it's a BT Openreach issue & it won't be fixed till after Xmas. But it's only a day till I'm away for 10 days so not too bad I guess.
