My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

  • mrandmrscwms mrandmrscwms (@mrandmrscwms) reported from Bathford, England

@MumsnetBath can anyone in Bath recommend internet provider Bath @BathEcho @bathlive as we have appalling service from @Plusnet

  • GavBailey79 Gavin Bailey ✋☝️ (@GavBailey79) reported from Melksham, England

@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

  • barney_parker That Barney guy 💖💜💙 (@barney_parker) reported from Charfield, England

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Plusnet @plusnethelp when are existing customers who have paid you for years going to get the same advantage of renewing with you as a “new customer” #salessalessales

  • Neilwigg Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

  • frank10743117 frank (@frank10743117) reported

@Plusnet How do I cancel BT sport App, I no longer am using it. Please advise.

  • b_aesaunders Barry Saunders (@b_aesaunders) reported

@Plusnet Why do text messages sent to Garmin iridium sat always fail to be delivered? I am able to send them on another network provider.

  • antony_nomis Antony Nomis (@antony_nomis) reported

@Plusnet Hi, the WiFi connection is fine right now, and even when there are issues it shows full strength. All my devices are on 5g anyway, and there have been no new devices in the house that could cause any issue. The problem only started on Friday night too.

  • StraightlineBoy Matt 3595 (@StraightlineBoy) reported

@skyhighshoes Plusnet. Off since 6pm(ish) on Friday. It’s a wider issue than just them, same for a neighbour on Sky, but they’re not talking to me which is what bothers me. I’ve ordered a 4G hotspot from 3 today because my mobile data won’t last forever and I have to work

  • KimmyXLorraine Kimberley Lorraine (@KimmyXLorraine) reported

THIRD MONTH they’ve promised me the discount third month they’ve taken full payment I urge anyone one to not go with them, if it the customer service that lies to u it’s the #virginmediadown shoddy internet speed or it being completely down . Wish I’d never left Plusnet

  • hmallettuk Hywel Mallett (@hmallettuk) reported

@Plusnet With respect, don’t bother trying to fix it via a Twitter conversation. I have a ticket open, and we’ll go through the same tedious rigmarole as every other time, and at the end you might reset a profile and we get back to “normal”, then some time later it’ll revert to 0.5 Mbps.
