@plusnethelp your customer service live chat and phone number is not very helpful. Do I automatically get a new router if I join Plusnet broadband and phone package? Simple question. Can’t get an answer!

  • aledrob Aled Roberts (@aledrob) reported from Saltney, Wales

@Stano_6 @Plusnet Should have just carried on rebooting the router, didnt expect them to make the issue worse.

  • mungerville craig branson (@mungerville) reported

@Plusnet can’t send email now! What is going? It’s well over 24hrs, cut and paste responses are not good enough. My livelihood depends on email. You went down the pan rapidly when you were swallowed up by BT. #plusnet #plusnetdown #notgoodenough

  • TonyOcton TONY OCTON (@TonyOcton) reported

@hundredabovedh @Plusnet I have many email addresses but the one my customers send orders quotes and problems to is the one that is affected! As I can’t see what’s been sent and from who how can I respond via other email address????

  • LoneLeVay LoneBee (@LoneLeVay) reported

@Plusnet My emails seem to have arrived, not sure if all from yesterday have, but I am now getting problems with sending emails. Error Code 0x800CCC1A. Server does not support encrypton type you have specified - contact your ISP. I haven't changed anything all set as SSL/TLS

  • hundredabovedh Paul Jennings (@hundredabovedh) reported

@TonyOcton @Plusnet Why not do as most people do and get a back up account with another provider, especially as you're a business user - that way you'll at least have a back up system. I can understand your frustration, but you have an alternative solution.

  • InsideandOutVal Inside and Out (@InsideandOutVal) reported

@GrahamDewhurst @Plusnet I've also been having the same issues with an old totalise email since yesterday, so looks like the problems definatley at their end

  • mungerville craig branson (@mungerville) reported

@Plusnet @BobbyLeDazzler No point logging in if you can’t reply to emails. Fix your email service and provide proper updates. #plusnet #plusnetdown

  • Jmoreels Jonathon Moreels (@Jmoreels) reported

@Plusnet @LoneLeVay Hi @plusnet…I don’t have a problem of slow email I am still not able to access my inbox. At the moment your server will not recognise my account! And hasn’t since Tuesday evening.

  • archie42 Chandulal Z Shah (@archie42) reported

@Plusnet Webmail still not working. Support last night asked me to contact them if webmail did not work for me after 8am today. Well, it is NOT working for me. After waiting for 10 mins, I keep getting errors.

  • mungerville craig branson (@mungerville) reported

@Plusnet @HomesPJ Your fix is actually going backwards. Could log in early this morning and send mail. Haven’t been able to do either since 10am. Why is your fix making things worse? Just answer the questions your customers are asking. STOP WITH THE GENERIC RESPONSES 🤬 #plusnet #plusnetdown
