Please expand on what the issue is and when actually service will be restored, call centre message suggests you dont know really.

TheMiniTour 💙 (@theminitour) reported from Mold, WalesI logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.
