@Plusnet so my broadband is out for the 2nd time today. Go to support pages, says you are open until 10pm, phone up and lines say you closed at 8pm. Live chat also not available all day. Not great :(

@georgesampson @SkyUK I'm with @Plusnet and pay £17.99 I have 2 kids using their tabs for streaming and a desk top computer each PLUS I have my Now TV Stick on the go for Netflix all day and I have no issues.

@plusnethelp hi, had this msg 2weeks ago, any update? As we discussed, there is currently an issue going on with customers line rental saver payments. They are getting credited back to the customers. Plusnet are looking into the issue, and will come up with a fix very shortly.
