'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

@GameTimeAsia Plusnet does this **** too, what i do is load up the call app info from holding down the app symbol, force quit it and it usually gets rid of it, might need to delete the voicemail first though.

@premnsikka I use Plusnet for a basic service, its very cheap. I don't need or want any extras so this keeps my bills low, but it's absolutely possible. Give it a try.

@Plusnet If be happy getting the service I pay for, clearly this is too much to ask? Perhaps @BBCWatchdog might like to look at this? Plusnet blame Openreach, Openreach blame Plusnet. I can't complain to Openreach (although someone at Plusnet said I could and had to). Pity the consumer

@Plusnet Thanks Emily, I presume there no cost involved to use this service / app. Everyday I get at least 3 Chinese speaking calls from different numbers as block them, all it show on screen is mobile number & United Kingdom. Sick idiots! Nothing better to do in life!
