@bingmstrbreak @Plusnet We’ve had no internet at all for three days now. Only had plusnet for a month and we’ve had nothing but problems 😡😡

  • disneyflamingo Portia (@disneyflamingo) reported

@Plusnet Our WiFi signal is really poor. If we connect our phones to the WiFi while streaming something on Netflix or Amazon prime it will start buffering constantly. We have unlimited fibre extra so should be able to handle this. What can be done to get it working correctly?

  • Ajd2C 2CV Lover 😷 (@Ajd2C) reported

@carlywarly1964 @VodafoneUK @Plusnet Good advice. Thank you. Some companies are just bad at customer service reflecting that their focus on profits is so strong they really don’t care about the individual customer

@CCriadoPerez @bt_uk BT are terrible & always have been as far as internet is concerned. Virgin are greedy & deceitful. Most of the others are forced to use BTs infrastructure. The best I've found seem to be Zen or PlusNet. Good luck.

@rbowen @nearyd I noticed that back in 1995 when I was working for an ISP called Plusnet. The network was so slow with a Microsoft product running on it that we found it hard to do anything. Looks as if it's still the same in the present day.
