    'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

    Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

    2 hours in & im only 17 mins into a catch up programme thanks to Plusnet’s shit broadbands &that they won’t allow me to cancel my subscription despite being within the 14 day period of being able to

    @Plusnet grandparents have had no WiFi for 4 days now! They have spoken to you and all you did was send a new router out which isn’t the problem. Still flashing orange, neighbours having same problem. Ta21 area

    @sam_26 @Plusnet Yeah I’ve been with them before and can’t remember any issues before. Think my connection dropped once and was straight through. Just a bit annoying today having had to wait an hour almost to get through.

    Seriously havent had more than a full half an hour of internet for over 3 days now. Reported, reset 100 times, unable to contact anyone at customer services but still have the cheek to send me a bill reminder for tomorrow #plusnet

    Waiting for @Plusnet to complete internet switch. Was told 16/12 at 13.55 on 19/12 told me phone was done and broadband by midnight. Nothing has happened, account says being processed and phones never answered. Committed to poor service.
