'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

@Plusnet Yes it arrived eventually but as you know I was not happy to lose service for over a day. The ported number worked straight away but the sim reports itself to the phone with its original number which has cause some issue using it for second factor authentication
