@Plusnet my phone line is down, you have detected and fault and say you aim to resolve it in the next 3 days. As I work from home without my phone line I can't earn any money. Please can you make this a priority and fix it today?

  • SarahJDavid SJD (@SarahJDavid) reported

@Plusnet Award winning Customer service isn’t reflected in your speed of replies. I’ve now been waiting 13 days for a response to a DM I sent to this account.

  • Mestaae Mark Oswald (@Mestaae) reported

@Plusnet Nearly 48 hours later and still can't find out what's happening to my service after it was accidentally terminated during full fibre upgrade.

  • lvs2run_ Craig Rumble (@lvs2run_) reported

@RunningCarl Worth a chat with BT retentions to see if they’ll do you a deal but the closest they could get was £40 when PlusNet was £27.99 so I said my farewells. You lose the WiFi anywhere stuff and the cloud storage BT offer but I never used either so it was an easy choice.

  • jules_wink Julian from Marple (@jules_wink) reported

@GiveMeSpace3 Separate out phone hardware vs service provider. Especially if buying refurb, it's usually cheaper to get sim-free phone and then sim-only contract. I use Plusnet, coverage and price is great but niggles like they don't support short code texts. Got last refurb phone from CEX

  • jlews Precious Nelson (@jlews) reported

@Plusnet any updates on openreach incident IMT73825/22? Was supposed to be resolved by 13:16 but internet is still down. Is there a new estimated resolution time?
