    @Plusnet is there any point? If it's already migrated it seems like a done deal. I'm just annoyed that now I have to accept t&cs ofa service I didn't want and provide a load of info, just to cancel it.

    @Plusnet There is a problem for my broadband with an LOS red indictaor on the openreach box. I live in SK8 postcode and require assistance, is this outage something you are aware of? Kind regards, J
