No one has apologised I just want the internet back, we have had no internet all over Christmas and was told it would be back yesterday but sat here today and nothing Plusnet are the worst internet provider I have ever been with.

@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

Terrible service today from @Plusnet and one of the useless companies they outsource to. Offered a £75 reward which expired before we had a chance to activate it. Not advised of the cut-off at point of sale. Still, probably just means more profit for you, right??

@plusnethelp This is shocking customer service! We have been trying to contact @plusnet for days, with no reply. Our broadband is dropping out frequently making work impossible! I accept covid is making things difficult but this is out of order!

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!
