    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @Ofcom @Plusnet no service near Stratford since yesterday. Surely someone should be concerned? Especially since people are working from home.

    @Plusnet All sorted with BT what took you 3 months and £350 to get no where just cost me £9.99 and sorted on 13th sept with BT. Refund given but nothing for stress, bad service, wasted months, my time, phone calls out of my allowance. Plenty of not believed apologies though.

    @Plusnet three days without internet!!! This is unacceptable. Please waive off next month's bill and help with the cost of mobile internet. @Ofcom

    @LukieGymer Plusnet. But I even bought a business grade router. That made it better. But some issues remain.

    I have called a person and got it all sorted… including a new router which apparently is probably the source of all my broadband issues! One reason I’m still with Plusnet after 11 years is that so far all issues have been minor and they’ve fixed them super super quickly!

    @Plusnet Hi There, my internet connection which is normally great has totally failed (blinking red light on broadband router - meaning no broadband coming in). Any reported issues affecting SW2?

    @Plusnet had slow Internet for over a week now 1.7mbps at best can't watch any on demand services without annoying buffering having to use phone data as its so slow have done all checks its getting very frustrating never had this problem with Sky
