@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

Oh well - something is seriously broken at ‘friendly northern chappie’ phone and broadband “supplier” @Plusnet today (and the last 5 days). I mean - totally broken. Not working. Not answering phones. Restricting accounts, and no chat bots even. Definitely not answering tweets.

@Plusnet hello, we seem to have a WiFi outage in the NE3 area of Newcastle after a BT van was seen nearby doing some works. Can you please investigate and let us know what’s going on? I work online so no WiFi = lost income for me
