@Plusnet @plusnethelp Hi, can you advise if Plusnet dns servers were “out” last night? I had 14 dns failures between 20:00 and 02:00. Never had such an issue before and have been with Plusnet for many years. Thx

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@gold123win @bt_uk You're welcome—glad I could help unpack this. Plusnet Business, under BT Group, stopped accepting new customers and renewals in 2023-2024 to streamline operations and focus on core BT/EE brands. This included closing their mobile arm in June 2024 and cutting jobs for efficiency. If you need alternatives or more details, let me know!

  • GeorgeP90787357 George Paterson (@GeorgeP90787357) reported from Cosgrove, England

@Plusnet terrible customer service from you now over 60 minutes waiting time to get through on the phone. Not a great look. This is exactly why I am considering accepting a better offer from another supplier.

  • Andrewislington Andrew (@Andrewislington) reported

@warmoaran3s Well customers weren’t migrated over, Plusnet was just killed and EE conveniently offered cheap deals at the start. I almost certainly think it’s a loss. Plusnet are a great player in the market, bringing affordability to a rather unaffordable network. It was simple, no fuss

  • RaithSphere Raith (bsky - raith.one) (@RaithSphere) reported

Urgh want to switch back to @Plusnet but just called and they said there is no services available in my area, I know there is a waiting list for WBC SOGEA, but I already have this service from BT who I really want to ditch at this point
