@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@Plusnet Please can you tell me the cost of your full fibre with phone calls. As we are not connected yet ( though shortly will be) I cannot find this information as, when I put in my address etc. it states not available. I am a customer of your broadband

@HelenAshby72 Ours with Plusnet was easy. It even suggested making a cup of tea whilst waiting for it to find its signal. My kind of manual. Good luck.

@Plusnet Sort the prices out lads. How's it fair for WiFi to increase by £6 then a few month later increase by the same amount? Meanwhile new customers get it for £22. You never mention prices rise until a couple of days before and try make me pay £100+ to cancel my WiFi. Jeezy peeps man

@pipmadeley I've had 2 providers fail to repair broadband. (neither of them Plusnet though) I left both of them (one mid contract, they didn't pursue it). My BT broadband has yet to fail in 8 years. I have unbreakable, the connection has dropped but the 4G backup kicks in.
