@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

@Plusnet woke up at 7am to a red light and the broadband symbol flashing red. Tried all the usual recommended tricks to fix it and nothing works. Would love to know if this is a current issue and not just me. Working from home is kind of impossible when your Internet stops workin

Again your supply over the last 24 hours has been poor with constant buffering and signal lost #plusnet do I expect it to get any better? No? You gave up on my first complaint in February!

@Plusnet Shocking customer service. Trying to sort my elderly mums bill which is wrong. Won’t speak to me as I’m not named on a/c (which I was added 2.5 yrs ago when my dad passed away) Mum now really upset & has to ring to add me. Trying to get through to sort out!!!

@Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Yes... Going down the list. Some providers "no capacity" (TalkTalk), "wrong tech" (PlusNet), some choose to not connect to Openreach fibre (Vodafone)... Latest info is one provider may have bought the rights for 12 months (suspect it's BT)... So much for having fibre built in 😟
