I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

No stream today. Internet has been acting up since yesterday. Plusnet may have been bad, but at least it was consistent. BT just wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and goes on a rampage randomly..

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp how do you expect me to work with no internet due to your engineer not turning up after rearranging the appointment 4 times? Btw is it company policy for customer service to put the phone down on the customer, or am I just special to get that treatment?!

@Plusnet Hi, I have made attempts to sign up to FTTP through your site over the last few weeks. Haven't heard anything.. We currently have FTTP through BT so there is not an availability issue. Must have left my details about 4 times. Is there any way I can just complete the order online?
