Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

Switched my landline phone over easily to VOIP (same number) via my internet service provider @aaisp and now I'm paying £1.20 per month instead of the £21.22 I was paying Plusnet (since I moved away from Plusnet broadband). I should have done this a long time ago.

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband is down, I'm with Plusnet but think BT outages affect my internet. Is there any issues in the NE35 postcode, and if so, an ETA on a fix?
