@Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

@plusnethelp You sent me an email saying "Your Plusnet Protect service has been cancelled" and "If you still have the Plusnet Protect software installed on your PC, you should now uninstall it." What is Plusnet Protect? How would I know if I had it? Wouldn't YOU know? I don't!

Thank you doesn’t quite seem enough @Plusnet but after @WeAreOpenreach engineer placed a botched report yesterday, you escalated again & got another today who got a team, fixed the line that came down, restoring my phone line & broadband, which has made life immeasurably easier!

@Plusnet so my broadband is out for the 2nd time today. Go to support pages, says you are open until 10pm, phone up and lines say you closed at 8pm. Live chat also not available all day. Not great :(

@georgesampson @SkyUK I'm with @Plusnet and pay £17.99 I have 2 kids using their tabs for streaming and a desk top computer each PLUS I have my Now TV Stick on the go for Netflix all day and I have no issues.

@Plusnet I'm really disappointed in this, too. I've been with them for almost a decade, I think. I used to RAVE to people about the quality of their support, years ago, and now it's apparently non-existent. Such a shame. @plusnethelp @Plusnet
