Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😡

@Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

@Plusnet we like Plusnet and been with them for some time but the signal is now just too awful for words! We’ve had promises about sorting it out months ago and it’s worse now than ever! When are you going to deal with it?

@Plusnet Actually I lost a full 2.5 hours of working time, at a critical stage on a high-profile project. I would call that more than inconvenient, and not exactly a quick fix either. As I said, I did get a phone update, but the problem was never appropriately acknowledged on your account

My wife’s mother, who is 93, has found communicating via Facebook Portal to be a vital lifeline, especially whilst in hospital but with broadband down for over four hours she feels isolated. Come on @Plusnet, sort this out and at least communicate #fail @TheSun
