    @Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

    @Plusnet we like Plusnet and been with them for some time but the signal is now just too awful for words! We’ve had promises about sorting it out months ago and it’s worse now than ever! When are you going to deal with it?

    Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😡

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @WeAreOpenreach please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group for OpenReach couldn’t get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?

    @Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

    @ArmchairAdml BT is dreadful tbh. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍

    Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

    @Plusnet I want my £150 reward. Cough up and stop welching and breaking contract. It is bad faith and appalling behaviour. Sort this out as your team on the phone do not sort this out. They lie and gaslight.

    Pretty disappointed with @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. Engineering visit booked via PlusNet. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

    @saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin
