Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😡

@Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

@ColSkye I'm with Plusnet atm. I'm switching to BT this week i was with BT for 10 years, very happy with the service, but I got fed up seeing great deals for new customers, but only price hikes for existing ones. 20thC Customer Retention Marketing hasn't reached @bt_uk yet

@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!

@Plusnet Why haven’t you advised your customers via social media, in The Vale of Glamorgan, Barry CF63 that the internet will be off for 60hrs. It went off this morning at 07:00hrs & an agent has advised that it “SHOULD” be on by 12/02/21. BAD, BAD SERVICE 😡😡😡 @plusnethelp
