@Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😡

@skyhighshoes Plusnet. Off since 6pm(ish) on Friday. It’s a wider issue than just them, same for a neighbour on Sky, but they’re not talking to me which is what bothers me. I’ve ordered a 4G hotspot from 3 today because my mobile data won’t last forever and I have to work

@HoustonMargaret @Plusnet Probably a new socket, but that's a BT problem, not Plusnet. Your builder should really have covered the socket first. You can replace any additional sockets yourself, but the master socket has to be done by BT (though possibly someone can do it unofficially).
