    Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😑

    @Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

    @Plusnet we have no internet and you have turned your phones off with no update left for customers!! You could at least tell us if you have a country wide issue.

    Never had such a shocking service with @Plusnet - after 19 months of working from home the past fortnight has been dire despite upgrading our package. And been fobbed off by their customer service team over & over 😬. Does anyone actually have a faultless provider to reccomend?
