-
Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masks😷 (@ClareQ12) reported@Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?
-
Tom Bodu (@tombodu2) reported@Plusnet Why is loading you own page so slow?
-
SHRIMP - Hastings (@1066shrimprail) reportedWhy have @Plusnet become one of worst companies do try and communicate with? Departments simply seem unable to talk to each other.
-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
El Gato (@CravenRavenism) reported@Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

The Cov Report (@TheCovReport) reportedThat’s not too bad, mine went from £102 to about £160. I said I’ll pay something like the same as I’m paying and they offered pennies off. Now save £102 less my broadband £24.99 on Plusnet. Haven’t missed it.
-
Matt (@Mattcarpfisher) reported@Plusnet I am 2 months from the end of my 900 contract and the “offer” is to renew at 33.99 a month, more than a new customer… what’s the incentive for me to stay?
-
Kev (@KevlarBrock) reported@MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)
