@Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

Switched broadband through @quidco compare over a week ago, tracked to Plusnet, made the purchase, hasn’t tracked on Quidco. WTF? Where is my tracked cashback @quidco? Unable to investigate claims on themselves it states. Sorry @Plusnet I may have to cancel

@DerekThomasUK can you please help? We have been without a phone line since January. @OpenreachHelp have failed to turn up on EIGHT consecutive occasions and @Plusnet refuse to supply deadlock letter so we can go to ombudsman.

@ShayMay_ I abandoned Plusnet because my Xbox wouldn't connect to my router at all and they said it's cause I didn't have fibre. That isn't how bandwidth works! 😩 "This is the support I'm supposedly paying more for?"
