    @Plusnet we like Plusnet and been with them for some time but the signal is now just too awful for words! We’ve had promises about sorting it out months ago and it’s worse now than ever! When are you going to deal with it?

    @Plusnet only had your Internet a matter of weeks and nothing but issues 😭 the time I get in from work, the online chat and customer services are closed. Router showing red and flashing orange and trouble shooting not resolving. Feel like I'm paying for a non existent service.

    @Plusnet router keeps turning orange and internet goes down. Restored after a few minutes. Any ideas please? (all cables etc checked, it’s new router so assuming service issues?) Few days now.

    @Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met

    @LizParkin3 @Plusnet I have been with them 1 week. Their router is terrible. I am pretty PC savvy and if I had any hair I would be pulling it out. Was with BT but they got very expensive. Their router was Brilliant. Never lost a signal.

    @BeldomN @Plusnet I am with Plusnet and their customer service has been brilliant. When I was getting connection problems with my Netgear router, they sent me one of theirs, FOC and it has been fine.

    @theabingdontaxi Glad you’re getting a discount but frustrating, isn’t it. We switched to BT a couple of years ago from PlusNet (owned by BT) because BT’s equipment was so much better & we were frustrated with PlusNet’s attitude. It’s difficult, I hear good & bad things about all the providers.

    @Plusnet once again you are unable to provide me with the internet speeds I pay for. It's always 15-18mb. Always. Literally the worst internet experience i've had my whole life is the 8 months I've had the misfortune of choosing Plusnet. Absolute disgrace
