  If you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026

  @Plusnet Hello , I wonder if you can help, we are stuck in Thailand due to the unrest in the Middle East so we are not at home and do not have a way to contact you buy phone , we was surpose to have broadband fitted today 9th March with openreach but we wasn’t at home. Need help

  @Plusnet Let all of X see how transparent Plusnet's facade of good customer service is. Asking me to call a number that does not help me and just gaslights me / lies to me each time is NOT the solution. Plusnet honouring its promises IS. Plusnet cannot be trusted and abuses its clients.

  @Plusnet having taken a day off work to be here for an engineer and him not turning up (twice, on separate occasions), we were assured our fault was rectified, yet here we are again, internet disconnecting over and over This is shocking service. Please contact me ASAP
