Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😡

@Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

@Plusnet we like Plusnet and been with them for some time but the signal is now just too awful for words! We’ve had promises about sorting it out months ago and it’s worse now than ever! When are you going to deal with it?

@jlandpcustserv Nothing but problems from August changing bband from Plusnet to John Lewis (who use Plusnet) Latest - i asked to keep plusnet email rather than JL & they closed it by mistake! They reopened it but now I cant receive emails. Each time I call I'm on hold for 40 mins

@Plusnet You pride yourselves on customer service, yet I spent over an hour yesterday in a queue waiting to sort out an issue and gave up. The same thing is happening again this morning, so how are customers supposed to contact you to resolve issues???

@plusnethelp what an absolute shocking service! Complaint outstanding for over 5 months! Broadband is useless and customer service is appalling- we are on count down to leaving Plusnet!!!
