@Plusnet Managed to get the text service working and an engineer to come out. Improved but still inconsistent. Fingers crossed it settles to a better speed soon.

@ato_yorke_ Next time go for Plusnet. They are honest and their customer service is pretty good. Unfortunately I've recently left them for Vodafone. Somebody kick me!

@Plusnet what has happened to your amazing customer service.I have tried to resolve an issue all day and have been unable to speak with anyone just automated responses had one response via Twitter then didn’t respond to my reply poorfrom a company I admired about their service

@Plusnet Hi Matthew, someone must have tweaked/fixed something on the line or at your end as d/l speeds are back to around 10 Mbps. No dropped connections yet but will monitor for next 48 hours and if gets worse again I'll update the Help Assistant question #219249945.

@Plusnet Plusnet hopeless I pensioner very desperate to save money to pay to warm home! Plusnet so slow to install after taking money I am paying them AND another provider this is a very hard difficult month for me. Think twice before a switch to them

@Plusnet acc 78082711 moved from EE Friday been without Mobile service since because I hadn’t received my Plusnet SIM but glad to say it has arrived this afternoon and I’m now up and running again.
