@Plusnet Hi its Stevegaish. I have emailed on numerous occasions but still no resolution.

  • bowenmatt Matt Bowen (@bowenmatt) reported

@Plusnet I get why the costs rise, but it's a little cheeky to give me a price then put the price up before you've switched the service on. Surely you could have a) Quoted the new price, b) Told me the price would change when I ordered or C) honoured the original price for the 1st year?

  • JScottStirling Jill Scott-Stirling (@JScottStirling) reported

Horrific customer service from @Plusnet They ceased our wifi 3+ weeks ahead of house move & refuse to fix their problem. Left with no wifi. Avoid at all costs

  • kayleigh_hough Kay (@kayleigh_hough) reported

@Plusnet I'm having some problems with poor/no connection Internet. Bad quality streaming and Internet cuts off randomly. Apparently no problems with the line. Quite unhappy with the inconvenience it causes.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@onairwithgareth Hi Gareth, I hope you had a good weekend despite the slow speeds. I'm sorry about that, I know it can be a horrible experience. Have you made any changes to your home wiring? Such as installing new extension socket or internal/external systems like cameras? Salik- Plusnet

  • Richbut Richyoko (@Richbut) reported

@Plusnet answer your DM's - who voted you to customer service? Bs

  • lewesian Lewesian (@lewesian) reported

@tigger_tim @Plusnet SIM page says clearly “from March 2024” but chat help told me from the end of this month. I had exactly the same question. “The plan price will be increased on or after 31st March every year from March 2024 by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation + 3.9%” Misleading or…?

  • onairwithgareth Gareth Woods (@onairwithgareth) reported

@Plusnet No I haven’t made any changes whatsoever, on Friday the connection just dropped out of nowhere and is still as bad. It’s so bad my Alexa doesn’t even barely work.

  • bowenmatt Matt Bowen (@bowenmatt) reported

@Plusnet But that's my point, Mike. On 24/2 the call centre never mentioned the possibility of imminent rises. I'm not disputing the validity of the rise, just that you appear to have deliberately omitted that information to secure my custom. A disappointing start to our relationship

  • delpoi The Agoraphobic Gamer (@delpoi) reported

@the_sarge1984 @Nacon_Ah_Puch @Plusnet Apparently they understand that bills are going up and people are under pressure so they had to increase their costs and also cut a service honestly can't believe they wrote a letter basically saying you're paying a lot you're going to pay more while we cut one service 🤦
