I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

I now can't log into my Community account (I'd used same username/pw as my Plusnet customer account for ease) and the password reset email isn't appearing. Most confused!
