Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

@caz90210 Hi there, we're not aware of any issues in your area. That sounds like either a problem with the SIM card or the phone not being able to detect it. I suggest turning the phone off, removing and re-entering the SIM. Please let me know how you get on. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet It's so frustrating that you guys are not open AT ALL on the weekend from Friday night at 8pm. I mean seriously... that's when more people are free to use their services - and when they foul up... the most people will be impacted. Why no weekend service?

@Plusnet (2) each time they promise they are on their way, will be there by Monday etc then admit something went wrong they haven't been sent. Now they've promised a direct debit refund, said it would be 3-5 working days, it never materialised. They said it wasn't authorised @Plusnet ....

@marktheram7 Never had any issue with Plusnet, Mark. Very reliable and only once in 5 years have we had an issue. No idea if cheaper for you, but recommend them.
