@Plusnet asking me to trust them to send me a cheque for a payment they wish me to make when they can’t even organise a simple call back from a manager that I requested on 17/10 🤬😭 I literally can’t deal with this bullshit from their customer service team anymore

@virginmedia The engineer gave us his number to call if the connector he fitted doesn't work, he's said that if it doesn't work it will mean the cable will need digging up. I've paid full price for the service that hasn't worked. I've had a more reliable ADSL connection with Plusnet!
