    @MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

    @Benleo Never been a customer of theirs but It’s probably a very close tie between them, BT, Three, EE & Plusnet. The needs of the customer are totally irrelevant

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @Plusnet please can you help-we have been in contact with you numerous times without a resolution over an issue with our switch to you from Virgin media-Virgin are saying we owe them hundreds of pounds which we don’t as we had switched to you.

    @Plusnet I've had an email about phone line switch off. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.
