@MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

Interesting security breach attempt by bogus caller who knew I had @Plusnet and was asking me to check my light, saying issues with @BTSopenreach There were indeed issues for a couple of afternoons this week which makes me think it was an attempt by scammers today to 'break in'

@RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet I also encountered similar experience ..I never taught of having it back ..massive appreciation to @AgentFemiTv for recovering my banned..disabled or suspended ..locked hacked account you should check them out too….

@SketchLisa @bt_uk I was with BT, overpriced and the worst customer service. Switched to Plusnet which is owned by BT, never had a problem and UK based customer service.

can officially say @Plusnet wifi is the worst. this is the THIRD ISSUE i’ve had with them in 5 months. where exactly is the £20/month going?
