-
John Hardy (@IamJohnHardy) reported from Glastonbury, England@Clairealou2 @SkyHelpTeam So I went with PlusNet and have never looked back. 37Mb/s all day long. Maybe SkyHelpTeam had a valid idea lol 2/2
-
John Hardy (@IamJohnHardy) reported from Huish Episcopi, England@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean Iβve had zero dropouts in two years.
-
Steve Porter π (@stevenjonporter) reported from Street, England@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
-
Not Only, But Likewise (@notonlybut2025) reported@Plusnet - I am trying to contact you. I went to your website, it said to message you here. I messaged you here, your message service told me to go to your website. My phone is broken and my internet has been cut - I am unable to get hold of you. Please check your messages
-
Frog Princess πΈ (@TheDivineFrog) reported@SamiC0hen @Plusnet Oh no Sami, that sounds terrible, was there any minimum term on your rental property? And has your work company given you any indication how long youβll keep your jobs for? My heart goes out to you, what a big worry π
-
Matthew Broadway (@matthewb79) reported@Plusnet only getting 20mbps when itβs usually over 100. Is there an issue?

(((Tim from Radio Clash))) π π³οΈβπππ€ππ€ (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

ΗΗqspΗΗl π¬π§βοΈβ‘οΈπ‘ (@leedsbee) reported@Benleo Never been a customer of theirs but Itβs probably a very close tie between them, BT, Three, EE & Plusnet. The needs of the customer are totally irrelevant
-
Red **** (@RedDyke69) reported@Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of βdo as I say, not as I doβ β preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !
-
Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for Β£7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.
