    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    @Plusnet another weekend, another two days of my wifi dropping out constantly. I’ve gone through the help text service, twice now, and still no difference. It’s gone beyond a joke.

    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    Dear Sky, Your customer service is rubbish, our loyalty used to matter not any more. As soon as our current contract for broadband is up, we are switching to Plusnet. A pissed off customer

    @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.

It could be a node, it could be a cable, a pole, hell.. it could even be another user of that same net that has a device that's faulty, which results in a very unstable connection for you and A LOT of other users of that same cable that goes through your den. It's complicated
