@minniebirch They are all pretty much the awful same Minnie,we we're originally with BT but when it went down, they left us without internet for 6wks hence I left, My parents tried Sky & Plusnet and Sky treated them disgustingly, Plusnet only bucked up when threatened with legal action ? 🤓

@plusnet my internet keeps switching off and on again. The connect has also gone really slow like it did before it cut off for a month back in October. Can someone please have a look at it remotely before it completely packs in again. Continual poor service this. Really bad.

@Plusnet had issues all of last night and this morning too, is plusnet down in the LE3 area? It connects in certain rooms and doesn’t in others.
