@SkyHelpTeam hi, we moved into a new house on Friday - which had sky broadband - and have been trying to get our own broadband set up so we can work. Our supplier @Plusnet has been trying to connect us but says sky keeps rejecting it. Can you please help?

@plusnet My Dad asked me to drop by because his internet (Plusnet fibre) went down. The problem seems to be external (local or national). He lives in Stoke-on-Trent. Do you know anything about an outage?
