@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@mike_leckenby @Plusnet I agree 100% about BT my hatred for them knows no bounds! However, up until now PN have been pretty good & fixed a recent BB issue pronto, with new wiring etc.

@HRH_Hattie @Plusnet Yes. Running at half the speed. Used the text service bot and they text back said it wasn't their end yet for 10mins the speed went up but the connection was in and out. Now running at half speed again.

Okay now I'm beyond pissed. Just noticed they have all 1* reviews on Trustpilot. They have also closed their phone line for the day shortly after telling me my broadband was ready when it isn't. Love that for me. Avoid @Plusnet at all costs - hope I can cancel.
