    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    @plusnet I’d say its EVERY plusnet email user, even the awful webmail wont authenticate. Why no proper updates, aren’t your customers worth it?

    @Plusnet I'm going to lose a whole day of work. I know you are the mouthpiece off the organisation but I can't understand why there isn't a working back up system, it looks like corner cutting to the determent of the customer.
