Reverand Screaming Lord Clutch 🇬🇧🇳🇱🇺🇦 (@LordScreamin) reported from Teynham, England@Plusnet Why are you advertising broadband at 22.99 when you're charging ME £24.99 for a something you describe as a ' service ' which I can't even access
-
Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, EnglandSo @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years
-
Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...
-
Adam Williams (@AdamNWilliams3) reported from Minster-on-Sea, England@Plusnet I have and as normal, ignored! Superb customer service!

Not Only, But Likewise (@notonlybut2025) reported@Plusnet - I am trying to contact you. I went to your website, it said to message you here. I messaged you here, your message service told me to go to your website. My phone is broken and my internet has been cut - I am unable to get hold of you. Please check your messages
-
Alan (@metalheed) reported@Plusnet engineer just finished installing full fibre. How long until service is on?
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).
-
Richard Holliday | Author 🇬🇧 (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
-
Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet Why should I phone? The last time I phoned, I got someone who didn't know anything and wouldn't help. It's quite simple. If you email me, I should be able to email you back.
-
-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Dave O’ Connor (@piercepower222) reported@Benleo Awful shower to deal with. So relieved when I finally got shot of them and got a simple deal with PlusNet
