@Plusnet Why are you advertising broadband at 22.99 when you're charging ME £24.99 for a something you describe as a ' service ' which I can't even access

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@plusnethelp Hi, our plusnet wifi keeps going down (over the last 3 days) with an error light on the router. We have upgraded recently and are transferring to fiber soon so is this whats likely to be causing the issue?

Oddly reflective today. Tomorrow is my last day working for @plusnet. This account was originally set up as kelly_plusnet as I did a lot of direct support for people on here, just as customer support via Twitter was properly kicking off.

@neilmlomax @TalkTalk I believe they are all useless, I have 'super-slow' broadband from Plusnet, guess it will be back to BT again soon!
-
Jamie 💙 (@w1bble) reported
@SPCoulson @Plusnet spoofed numbers are still spoofed numbers, no UK telco bothers to stop or prevent them and blocking is (as always) a whack a mole problem.
-
Abbie (@AbbbieeeMaher) reported
Do @Plusnet just keep you on hold for ages cause you're ringing to cancel and it's their way of saying I'm not allowed?
-
Claire B (@CEB2920) reported
Utterly livid with the appalling service rec'd by @Plusnet Despite cancelling broadband & switching to Fibre with BT (their agreed partner), in Nov, I have rec'd numerous threatening emails saying I had to pay a cancellation fee of £171.39 😳

@Plusnet Very unimpressed with my call to you today to arrange a house move. Will not be renewing when the time is up. From a previously very loyal customer of 10 years +.

@Plusnet We’ve switched to your service on 27th January, however there’s no broadband service yet. We also haven’t received the router despite it being dispatched on Saturday. It is affecting our jobs and education a lot!! Could you please help?
