So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@Plusnet literally at the end of my tether with your appalling service. No service since 6am told by customer services that our service has been taken over by another provider! We haven’t instructed anyone to take over our service (should have though 🙄)

@SamsungUK TV is Samsung UE50TU8500UXXU Firmware is 1460 Internet provider: Plusnet Connection is Ethernet cable. Fixed IP address App version: 6.25.401 Please let me know what the fix is as this is a new TV and @All4 worked fine until they auto updated the app in Feb. Thx

@Plusnet We are due for renewal .suffered low WIFI in Kinross not often reaching MBPS that we are paying for Do you put pressure on Outreach as it seems an on going problem with different suppliers If we stay with you would we get a new hub like new customers as ours is outdated

@BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.
