So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet I appreciate that you are having problems, but I am still unable to access webmail to delete my emails as you keep on asking me to do. I know that this is not a problem unique to me, I have twice asked for emails prior to Oct 1st to be deleted but have had no response

@Plusnet Curtis, I appreciate your help but I have now spoken to 4 people @Plusnet who say my only option to get the broadband I was promised on the day I was promised and have paid for is to take a mobile data plan with another company at my own expense. #plusnetcon
