So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@plusnethelp we have switched to @plusnet 2 weeks ago and since bt switched off their service we have had no internet!!! Husband is VERY stressed having to ring daily and explain the issue DAILY with NO RESLOVE DAILY!!! Not impressed with this company AT ALL!!!

@ZenInternetHelp switched from Plusnet to you in March and my internet has really suffered. Can't get on zoom meetings in places I previously could and regularly shows as unstable connection 😭

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Its not premium service. Its an SMS from Post Office, HMRC, Broadband service etc. I have been using Plusnet for over 5 years now and never faced this issue, You can update your site tomorrow that you dont offer calling? what good is such a service without SMS?

My #TalkTalk per month was £22.99, then they informed they were putting it up to £29.99 so I am moving to #Plusnet for £18.99, then TalkTalk came back with an offer of £17.99 per month if I stayed with them, but the damage is done, not they want £39.99 of me for stopping with em
