So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

For 2 + years #Plusnet provided no working mobile service, then spent next 6 months chasing payment via 2 different debt collectors! Plusnet still wont take me to court, so am going to take them to court. Spending the weekend writing a letter before action. I want my day in Court

@Plusnet “the straight forward internet provider” who can’t help a customer when it comes to moving house, but instead add costly extras when the current service has stopped working!!

Oh, and every time I bring this issue up I get no response lately. All I'm asking for is the plusnet site to NOT be restricted when a payment is late. It's counter-productive and pointless.
