@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

Absolutely terrible service from @plusnethelp. Called yesterday to report broadband issues, spent 40+ mins on phone. I was told a ticket would be raised so that issues can be logged. No ticket raised as no email received & broadband still problematic! @Plusnet just dont care!

Tried calling yesterday - got cut off as no customer advisors available. Added to my ongoing support ticket - no response. This issue is Plusnet's fault and yet I am still having to chase them - and still without the internet service I ordered 6 weeks ago. @plusnethelp @Plusnet

@Plusnet we transferred on 1 Dec from BT and have experienced a massively poorer broadband. tried calling and been on hold for hours. Tried Twitter and got no response. There is no email address to write to. How can I cancel our subscription? Service is awful

@virginmedia So I've now given up....spent all day yesterday trying to sort this out...numerous hours wasted on hold. Will now cancel and go back to plusnet. Horrendously bad customer service
