    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s

    @Plusnet That wasn't advised & there isn't anything the chat can do seeing as they couldn't help on the phone until 8am Saturday apparently

    @Seanfrank Many thanks. I have WiFi calling with Plusnet ( the £44.did include a phone line ) so now also looking for VoIP provider. Problem there is I will need a UPS as no method of contact with 999 if power is down. Hoping Starlink supports WiFi calling?

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @Plusnet service drop outs has been awful recently. Already had BT engineer out they said its to do with the central hub, nothing to do with our line or router

    @Plusnet absolutely awful service from Plusnet. Three weeks without any broadband. No one cares. No one fixes anything. No one takes responsibility to sort out problems. Absolutely terrible.

    @Plusnet I thought I had renewed my contract with Plusnet, now receive an email advising my contract has ended! Plusnet Website won’t even load to get help. Help!

    @Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

    @Plusnet Already raised a complaint and doesn't seem to be making a difference! Really quite woeful to be honest. Please can you forward my complaint to the Ombudsman
