-
Tanya Ho (@tho78450) reported@gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
-
Tó's Right Foot (@UncommonNeutral) reported@longlaneroyal @virginmedia I don't understand why anyone uses Virgin Media. I've literally never met a happy customer of theirs. Plusnet forever and always.
-
David (@David297819311) reported@EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.
-
Prof Neil Martin (@ThatNeilMartin) reportedHey @Plusnet, you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 50% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK. Oh, and your emails are dead do-not-reply ones.
-
Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported@Plusnet I'm dealing with my father's estate & customer services won't help me - how do you deal with a bereavement query when the deceased username is not known?
-
Dog off the leash. (@paulturner2012) reportedPlusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.
-
sussexgirl (@sussexgirl3) reportedMy sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .
