    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

    @Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @WriteMindedPub @EE @Plusnet i switched to plusnet about 6 months ago, brilliant service first class customer service too, and deffo cheaper than EE my previous provider

    @LordoftheSplash I have told them that they can no longer access the neighbours just action bad as it is on my property . Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway

    When you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?

    @ArmchairAdml He could switch to plusnet which is actually owned by BT and gives a similar service, but as a new customer, he gets the introductory rates.
