So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

Hey @Plusnet I have been with you guys for many, many years, and over these many years, your braodband speeds have gone down hill big time. I started off with you guys at around 36Mb/s, it dropped to 32Mb/s for many years, now It's around 25Mb/s! I pay £55/Mnth! Whats the deal?

@Plusnet such terrible signal. Supposed to use the EE network but I can’t get a signal, it drops calls and is useless. I use another phone with an EE Sim in the same area and I have no issues connecting or taking phone calls. Not impressed with the Plusnet signal at all

@DanToTheFuture_ Yeah, I used to be on Plusnet mobile. Only problem I had with them was finding out shortcodes didn't work. Annoyingly thanks to an airport parking service it cost me £80 to find this out.

@Plusnet Hello; I recently switched my mobile service to Plusnet. However after experiencing numerous dropped calls I contacted your customer service department today and was surprised to be told that this is caused by a defective mast which has been faulty since November 2021!

@Plusnet Hi, I was wondering if you could help me. I was asked todo a trace route by a video game company, and I need to check if the results are normal? One was done wired via PC and the other was done on my iPhone. Would it be okay if I message them to you?

@IL_Tenore @Plusnet also a customer for many years. Currently paying for 32Mbps .. getting 0.6Mbps. If it wasn't for the grief of changing email address I'd be gone.
