So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@Plusnet So disappointed today. No working Internet, thrown off the phone line without being able to speak to anyone, and text support which was supposed to give me a call within 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I moved to PlusNet for the customer service, just disappointed.

Come on @Plusnet why is the whole country not being provided a service today....no official statement of why you are down and thank goodness for mobile hotspot on works mobile phone.....
