    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.

    @MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.

    @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

    @Plusnet just wanted to say how lovely the customer service staff are especially the lady I spoke to at 8.18 this morning over a moving to EE mix up (this is why I can’t leave you!!).

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    My Internet has been playing up all week and they said someone was coming Wednesday. they didn’t now saying they’re coming to fix it now it’s Monday. I’m not happy @Plusnet this is not your usual good service if you don’t get this it means the Internet is gone wrong again
