    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    Hi @Plusnet my SIM card hasn't arrived. My account has been ported over to Plusnet, but I am unable to make a call to speak to customer service as I don't have the SIM card. This situation reminds me of 1960s song There's a Hole in My Bucket by Harry Belafonte. Please help ❌📞

    Hi @Plusnet our broadband connection just dropped for a couple of minutes (and disconnected me from an important meeting), and did the same again yesterday. Is back now but any known problems you're aware of? Should I expect the same tomorrow?

    @Plusnet Hi, I've just ordered and paid for a sim contract. Wrong address in confirmation order. Called customer services to change it but no help and won't change it UNTIL it's arrived at the wrong address!? Is this correct?
