  Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

  @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  @Plusnet astonishing incompetence managing this issue with mail servers. Remind us, what is it that #Plusnet does: are you a sandwich company or a broadband service provider?

  @Audrey1Marks @Plusnet Still unable to send any emails via any on my email accounts. Thunderbird just hangs for ever "sending". Also unable to access webmail. We have been given no information about what has caused the problem or when or even IF we will ever have a working email again.

  @Steve32680144 @johnlewishelp It was getting so bad that I no longer use Plusnet's email service and am paying for a well-known alternative more reliable email service. No issues with my broadband connection, just PN's email servers.

  @Plusnet I am using an email client and I can assure you it isn't working properly... Service keeps throwing the same error messages as the last 2 days however now a few emails go through.

  @Plusnet Stop with the standard message. I can access my email today via my phone, but it is no longer working via email client outlook! Was working yesterday so what has changed! Support is pathetic and standard message useless.
