@MKarmy46 I’ve given up, absolute dog **** from Sky, now Plusnet, they can both stick it up their bums tbh 👎🏼😡

  • CllrWarrenWhyte
Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  • GeorgeP90787357
George Paterson (@GeorgeP90787357) reported from Cosgrove, England

@Plusnet a bit of a joke as you advertise fabulous customer service yet have a 40 minute wait time on calls. Very poor customer service.

  • ddtowe
Dale Towers (@ddtowe) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@plusnethelp are there problems with your service? My plusnet connection has been flakey for a while now and this morning had gone down twice already. NN3

  • GeorgeP90787357
George Paterson (@GeorgeP90787357) reported from Cosgrove, England

@Plusnet terrible customer service from you now over 60 minutes waiting time to get through on the phone. Not a great look. This is exactly why I am considering accepting a better offer from another supplier.

  • TeaKayB
Tom⇒maths AMIMA (@TeaKayB) reported from Milton Keynes, England

As @Plusnet is down again (that very much won't do) we're rediscovering the magic of DVDs this evening. I do hope they figure it out by tomorrow. I have a LOT of work to do.

  • edwardlui
Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

  • craigwest
Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@Plusnet Any issues in MK3, your web just won't connect.

  • purgstallheath
Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • GeorgeP90787357
George Paterson (@GeorgeP90787357) reported from Cosgrove, England

@Plusnet Impossible to get through on phone due to excessive wait times. Very poor customer service. I have been offered a suberb deal with one of your competitors to switch. Can you match it?? Please don't reply and state contact customer service.

  • GlennMillward
G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

  • GlennMillward
G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Avoid Plusnet like the plague. Awful customer service.

  • B81Designs
Bhavini Lakhani (@B81Designs) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@Dee_WkdCreative @DIFTK We’re with @Plusnet and honestly, just haven’t had it in me to kick arse today. Apparently there’s an issue with the earth cable?! Glad you’re ok!

  • peztyke
    peztyke (@peztyke) reported

@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

  • MarkHowitt
    GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported

I actually should have called up @Plusnet aka BT sooner. Might have to cancel my direct debit... shocking way to treat a shareholder.

  • mcnux
    Mike (@mcnux) reported

@Plusnet For the past two weeks I’ve been having trouble accessing website with lots of server not responding and very long load times and timeouts. What’s going on?

  • mandy83906280
    mandy (@mandy83906280) reported

@Benleo They, Virgin media are terrible. I'm with Plusnet now, wonderful customer service, always speak to an English person in UK, they pick up quick too.

  • ITVRobShelley
    Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported

@Plusnet I'm sorry it took so long - waiting for a call to be answered. I was starting to have 2nd thoughts about whether fate was telling me to sack you off. But as I say - the 2 colleagues of yours who helped me were lovely and got stuff done By the way, your hold music is awful

  • WendiSheard
    Wendi Sheard (@WendiSheard) reported

@Plusnet will you be answering the phone by 20.00? Or will I be disconnected as per voicemail? Is there an overall problem with the internet with you?

  • KyleRalphtdtr
    Kyle Ralph (@KyleRalphtdtr) reported

@Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s

  • CyberaxUK
    Cyberax (@CyberaxUK) reported

@Plusnet Hi - As I said in my DM the only option available by that link is a phone call and I can’t do that unless you want to hear someone coughing instead of talking…. Could you escalate to someone who can help please?

  • PeteJ134
    Pete Jackson #FBPE🐟🌻🇺🇦💙🐝🇪🇺🐾🍻👋 (@PeteJ134) reported

@Plusnet Disgusting practice fining my 91yo mother for cancelling her phone service early due to moving home for health reasons. No sympathy shown by your staff either. Cold heartless company.

  • iamonabeach
    -on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported

@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
