    Avoid Plusnet like the plague. Awful customer service.

    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    Hi @Plusnet - please could you respond to the DM sent yesterday morning. Have just tried calling again but, despite your website saying support is available from 9am-6pm on Sundays, an automated message says you are closed.

    @Plusnet Yes it is. Nobody ever told me that Plusnet don’t get the full signal range when I was migrating from EE. 😠 Feel like I’ve been sold a dud.

    Hold we have up. Why don't tell people where they are in the queue when you ring up? I have been so disappointed with @Plusnet today I really kicking myself for trusting you. Your customer service was the main reason I signed up and now I find out it's all lies

    @Plusnet Hi Matt. The engineer hasn't visited yet, but it does look like service has been restored. If it's all OK in a few days, I'll cancel the booking.

    Solidarity with @CWUnews for striking. Just completed exit from both @Plusnet and @bt_uk mobile service. Left because “community pantry” aka food bank in call centres. Disgraceful that shareholders and senior management feel low wages to those who generate their profits are ok
