@plusnethelp Hi! Switched from Sky 6 months ago to PlusNet. Internet constantly dropping out (never had a problem in ten years). Usually at night or when two devices online. Any advice? Have reset and unplugged and used master socket. Frustrating as trying also to work from home!

Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄
