    Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

    @plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

    @plusnethelp Hi! Switched from Sky 6 months ago to PlusNet. Internet constantly dropping out (never had a problem in ten years). Usually at night or when two devices online. Any advice? Have reset and unplugged and used master socket. Frustrating as trying also to work from home!

    Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! ๐Ÿ™„

    Champions League - 4 goals in first 12 minutes I think. Missed them all though thanks to useless @Plusnet service and waste of money BT Sport subscription. Only one mobile phone on in the house and got fibre. Can't wait to get away from Plusnet - avoid at all costs

    Hey, @Plusnet @plusnethelp people. I have fibre broadband with you guys specifically for watching movies (Amazon Prime). But I'm getting such slow speeds from you, it's ruining my viewing. The speed I'm paying for would be nice, gents.

    Every single previous ISP has failed to solve connection issues. When theyโ€™ve happened, weโ€™ve (literally) had to change ISP after weeks without broadband. I chose @Plusnet for the customer service reviews, Iโ€™m pleased I did.

    @Plusnet Iโ€™ve tried contacting purecard as was previously advised but cannot get an answer. Just curious if this reward was from plusnet why do I have to chase this up? Customer service surely should do that?

    @PanasonicUK I have a home phone which has stopped working since I moved from BT to Plusnet . I have disabled PNet s answerphone system to allow me to continue to use my Panasonic phone. Any help ideas ? Karen
