@bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

@plusnethelp Hi! Switched from Sky 6 months ago to PlusNet. Internet constantly dropping out (never had a problem in ten years). Usually at night or when two devices online. Any advice? Have reset and unplugged and used master socket. Frustrating as trying also to work from home!

Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄

@ThingsByNik Plusnet only use the same cables as BT, Sky etc as opposed to Virgin who have their own network. In my experience you’ll get a better value all in package with Sky.

@BlondieRodge I changed my broadband supplier to Plusnet in order to get a much cheaper access to BTSport. Owned by BT, Plusnet were £20 cheaper per month than BT themselves.! Only trouble is my 18 months is up on April .
