@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@Plusnet I seem to have a router issue, first lookup error with WiFi and now no ethernet..have pressed reset on my desktop ethernet and it stated resetting for too long. Pressed the factory reset on the box now

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Assume you've tried these. To speak with someone at Plusnet UK, call their customer service number 0330 1239 123. You can also call 0800 073 1120. For 12-month contracts, use the number 0330 1239 123.
