@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@Endless_PaulyT @Plusnet Same here, @plusnet has been up and down regularly in the last week (LS27 area). Each time is only for a minute and then it comes back again. Been great for 2 years before this week, now down more times in 2 days than it has in 2 years.

@Plusnet Thanks for the reply. That link seems broken so I can’t see the rest of your reply. Other MVNO’s used in my family eg @SMARTYMobileUK and @virginmedia seem to be able to implement it?

The fact I have to connect to data in own home that's how bad @Plusnet is keeps going orange now and then especially every night. Plus I keep having click on and off on WiFi setting on phone. Swipe down press it. So bad. But apparently going cost £75 if its to do with indoor 😩

@Plusnet I asked four days in a row if @Plusnet will be reintroducing data roaming charges and you ignored my question every day. I say I need to pay you money and I get a response within the hour. There's that legendary customer service at work again 🙄

@Plusnet any news on the internet outage in LS11? Seems to be affecting lots of different companies, but only the customers seem to be aware of it. Been off for 7 hours now.
