@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

I warned my sister that @Plusnet had an iffy customer service reputation when she decided to switch to them. And, right from the off, they haven’t delivered the router in time for the switchover. Great start lads.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Since getting fibre with you we have had quite a few problems maintaining a good speed. We have lately had to reset our hub almost daily to try boost speeds back up and the connection keeps dropping. Could this be a hub problem?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp If it’s so important to stay connected, why have I been without internet since March 22, when I signed over to you? You guys messed up in multiple ways and now I’m expected to wait until April 6!!! Plusnet = **** service. You simply don’t care.
