@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

My karen saga with @Plusnet continues, regardless of the hole in the window situation, not getting refunded my install or the £75 extra I had to spend on a mesh wifi system to get their shinternet to work, and my right to cancel contract ended 10 days before my internet worked.

@plusnethelp is someone able to get back to my DM? I've been having issues with my wifi for a month now and Plusnet still havent fixed it. I cannot bear to wait on hold to your customer services for another 45 minutes

@Shortwasp I've had Plusnet broadband for ages ( part of BT now) never had any issues. Get BT sport from them at £10/m. Dont get access to BT Sport app though as discounted price . Worth a look.

@ianlewins I fiddled with my Plusnet settings a few months ago. Separated the 5GHz signal to a different channel for Child 1s games system and left the 2.4GHz for everything else. He's experiencing far fewer cutoffs during the games (which he says is bad) - might be worth a try?
