@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@jimmycobb_ @UniHomes @Plusnet Me and my house mates had the same problem, it ended up arriving 3 and a half weeks late, for it to not work. After several emails with UniHomes they offered us a £10 each compensation after we spent £100 on extra data. A joke.

@virginmedia service is poor, getting internet drop outs almost daily, this never happened with Plusnet. If I could break my contract I would. Getting back to reliable broadband asap.

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and it is starting to affect my health both physically and mentally. Cancelling my DD today and going with another provider ASAP - plusnet can take me to court if they want.

@Plusnet 00:29am & my internet has gone down, router flashing red. Have turned it off/on, rebooted but after going blue for about 5 seconds it just goes red again?? … Any issues reported in the LE12 area??

@Plusnet Morning,we think there is a problem with my father in law's phone line,it's very crackly when we ring him, not helping with his very hard of hearing!! Is there anyway we can check without having to call out an engineer as one of us would have to be with him. Thank you .

@Plusnet Open reach contractors disconnect us in order to provide our neighbours with internet 6 days ago. The engineer confirmed this yesterday, and now both houses are without internet. We work from home. No way to speak directly with open reach and plus net have been no help.
