@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@plusnethelp @plusnet @DailyMailUK absolutely shocking service from Plusnet will not allow me to order new SIM card on behalf of my vulnerable 92 year old deaf father. Nor will they allow me to make a complaint!! Avoid.

@plusnethelp Also your live chat seems available for NEW customer sales but stuff existing ones....... not a clever move Plusnet. Live chat should be accessible for everyone.

@plusnethelp Thank-you for your attempts at helping me today, I’m obviously very annoyed that Plusnet can almost double my fees, I waited to the end of my contact to cancel following such poor quality broadband issues throughout my time as a customer. I do not feel it is fair

Dad moves over to @SkyUK broadband. Sky mess up changes over of BB, leaving him vulnerable/shielding, home alone, without internet 3 weeks after his wife dies. Poor 3G, can’t order food online. @SkyUK do nothing to rectify it. Should have stayed with @Plusnet

Just a thought but maybe @plusnet shouldn't activate & port numbers to new SIMs before the customers have even recieved them, leaving them without mobile service for days, especially when the postal service has been disrupted due to a pandemic 😑
