@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!

@sadaplays @bt_uk They did the same with me! The sticker fell off the box at the post office and for reasons unknown it gets marked as delivered. Might be worth switching. Plusnet do customer service really well.

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I have now contacted you 3 times by private message as I can't get through on the phone lines and still no response, almost a month now! My Internet speed and connection is awful & the wiring into my property is electrical taped together 1m from the box.
