@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@Plusnet broadband was ordered to the wrong flat and requested to cancel. 45 mins phone wait and customer service said an incorrect 144.89 bill will not be charged and it was. can you refund me asap - if not I will have to make complaint to the regulator. EH3 5AH - will eden.
