    @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    The fact I have to connect to data in own home that's how bad @Plusnet is keeps going orange now and then especially every night. Plus I keep having click on and off on WiFi setting on phone. Swipe down press it. So bad. But apparently going cost £75 if its to do with indoor 😩

    @Plusnet AGAIN. No broadband since before lunch. This is weekly at least. Very poor service! TN33 please fix this. It is insane to be without broadband so regularly and so often. What exactly am i paying for? How will i pay my bill when i can't work!!!

    @buntypartridge @Plusnet I am having the same issues and they expect me to be able to diagnose if my router or line has an issue or they will charge me for engineer?! I mean that me doing half the work

    @plusnet Can you let me know if the connection problems currently experienced in YO62 area are likely to be fixed soon? Home schooling isolating kids with no wifi is near impossible

    @LC_186 @bt_uk When did yours go off, Laura? I'm also in Glasgow, and mine stopped between 11pm and Midnight. BT reports everything OK, and various web down detectors say that customers of BT and Plusnet are experiencing problems, but the network isn't. Perhaps they only listen to businesses?

    @Plusnet I am seriously disappointed with you! You should want my custom and not fob me off with 2nd class customer service abs inaccurate statements. A mistake was made and now we have to spend a further 14 days without internet. You really make BT look amazing!

    And already spent money bad enough spent 29. A month for it to keep crashing. And even if pay to get it repaired even though more likely to do with outdoor and cable. It might not even increase the speed can't wait to leave @Plusnet 🙄 and don't get any money to myself

    @Plusnet why is today’s fibre-broadband connection so poor that I’m using my mobile as a ‘hotspot’ to send this? This is the third time in 10 days, when no emails, no connection, is available Please update, and sort out @BritishTelecom
