@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@plusnethelp is anyone monitoring the plusnet fault raising service ? I last had an update 30/12 and no useable service since 28/12. seems to be a lot of ‘issues’ and no response or resolution? following another users what are the early exit fees? As i need reliable wifi for WFH.

@BertrandRustles @the_rope_again Is it the broadband or the crappy wireless signal? Fixed mine with a better wireless router. Anyway, Plusnet and Sky are the two I'd consider if I was leaving.

@Plusnet so I just moved to yourselves & my old broadband got cut off & Iv just received the worst worst service possible ! No internet as “router” not configured. Unbelievable 40 mins to be told “I’m not listening”. I’m going back to vodafone I want my refund !

@Plusnet customer service is a joke, new order last year you didnt install, updates a joke, support line a joke , chat offline, whilst my new business and premises suffer ... you have even deleted the questions on the account so cannot add to them ...
