@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

BTW I’m not knocking PlusNet, who are pretty good for customer service and value, and I can see myself buying fibre broadband from them later on; this is probably down to me overloading my free router with too many connections. But the mesh stuff could be handy later. 5/5

@Plusnet couldn't find my mobile, dialled the number from my home phone. Never answered the mobile but charged. 47p for a 1 second call. RIP OFF PLUSNET 😱 HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT?????

@Plusnet hey, why no 4G when roaming? Caused real problem yesterday in Germany (only 2G so no internet & no satnav) and is only 3G here in Austria

How come my cheapest upgrade for 3 GB sim with @EE is £21.50 p/m, yet I can get the same gig with @Plusnet for £7 p/m ? and.....Plusnet uses the EE network ? total rip off & no brainer really. Sorry EE you have lost a long standing customer #EE #Plusnet

@Plusnet wow! Went on to uswitch yesterday to switch from sky... no problemo and take 24.99... then message says it's been delayed call this number or go to the help CAN'T GET AN ANSWER FROM ANYWHERE. RUBBISH
