    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp bd ordered 23rd nov, blamed bt,not one call, email,smoke signal,4 update,called everyday for 12 days to be told the same BS over & over again. 3 little boys are going without presents this year thanks to your BS & no existent CS

    @plusnethelp Have signed up with plusnet. u/n: jamesbryce. I believe current provider (Sky) is disconnected once your service is running. However, the Sky service was set up by my daughter, Hester Owenhill, same address & phone number. Your advice please. James Hill.

    @Plusnet my service is down again today. It takes 30 minutes to talk to one of your team, all they do it to do a spot check on the broadband then another team closes the ticket which is impossible to reopen. Please DM me

    Dam looks like the @Plusnet Hub One does not allow you to set the DNS used, making using Pi-Hole a bit of a problem @plusnethelp

    Hey @Plusnet, your sign-up site doesn’t work at all on any browser on iPad and iPhone. You’re going to want to fix that, considering many people now use iPad Pro for everything and they don’t have a Mac, Linux, or Windows PC.
