Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • scott161 ⚒ Sir IronLion ⚒ (@scott161) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet BT came round twice to the house and pointed the finger at internal wiring. Finally traced it to a line fault at the box down the road. I’m sure they would have tried to blame that on me too.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@Plusnet Thank you. The actual physical connection goes down, so the underlying protocols that control the DSL signals goes down. Personally I think it's losing connection to your management systems, which are dropping the connection.

  • _JimDavis_ Jim Davis (@_JimDavis_) reported

@Plusnet This is getting daft, can you please cancel my SIM account 447410699246 which I had for my car device at £8 per month, attempted this a number of times but it still keeps coming back, I sold the car 3 months ago, please cancel.

  • nhh322000 happy:0) (@nhh322000) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Same ours was too, but the thing I brought connects to something else, its not an ideal solution as vodafone investigate, but at least it plugs the gap so we are not without internet during 1-4am

  • NUFC786 George Khan (@NUFC786) reported

@rebelpaws @Plusnet Try Vodafone. I pay 20quid and get 82Mbps. Never let me down once.

  • tho78450 Tanya Ho (@tho78450) reported

@Plusnet Showing your "compassionate side" won't work, when Plusnet's customer service (so called) is so poor. Why bother to reply to an aggrieved customer saying, "please DM me" without the link? Disingenuous or what??

  • Dewi_Ioan David (@Dewi_Ioan) reported

@pipmadeley @carl_akers @Plusnet I do tech support (not for this..) you sound like the kind of dream customer we love, you've already eliminated most of the possible causes ... Hopefully they can find it ..

  • AndyLawrence Andy Lawrence-Levy (@AndyLawrence) reported

Hi @OpenreachHelp – I ordered @Plusnet a few weeks ago and was promised my Fibre would go live on 13/02. However, this morning I was informed it was 21/02 meaning I cannot work now for 2 weeks. They're blaming you, can you help speed up the process please so I'm not without work

  • bourneyr Richard Bourne (@bourneyr) reported

@Plusnet our Internet went down at least 5 times yesterday (just for 2 mins each time) over the space of 5 hours, was there any work happening yesterday or anything?!

  • cbailiss Chris Bailiss 🇺🇦 (@cbailiss) reported

@CaraLisette @EE I switched from EE to Plusnet sim only (who use the EE network) a long time ago and so much cheaper. £10 a month for 30GB of data and unlimited texts/minutes. Of course, depends on what you need/use but for me saved a lot every month.
