Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

We (think) we got hit by lightning last night and it fried our modem. Trying to get it sorted but oddly PlusNet's daft automated support system doesn't have an option for "We got hit by sodding lightning"

Asked for upgrade to full fibre on 8th August, been let down 3 times with no explanation or promised secured appointment. What is going on!!!!! No idea when it will happen, no faith left in plusnet.

@Plusnet Hi Adam I received my SIM after 4 days of 0 service, I use my phone for work you can imagine this was a nightmare & costly. The people I spoke to couldn’t have been less helpful, and I suggest you look at the automation of cutting people off before confirming they have their sim

@Plusnet every single month without fail my net goes down for a good few hours, normally of an evening some point around 8pm til midnight. Just a flashing orange light for no reason. I'm in the Liverpool area and your site never says there's an outage. What is happening?
