I'll not be on much for a few days, my internet is down. The lovely lady I spoke to at @Plusnet said it could take 5 days to fix my faulty line. Sigh. (She was genuinely one of the best customer service reps I've had)

  • QGreen43 QueenOfGreen43 🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@QGreen43) reported

@padster1979 @virginmedia Seriously don’t bother. Pitiful reliability: not a day passes without connection issues. It does on rare occasions achieve 350 meg but I have to keep a Plusnet connection to the house for when Virgin fails on a daily basis.

  • pasteech Cheech Pasteech (@pasteech) reported

@LetsTalk_FPL @MMABrad48 Think it's 75mb with Plusnet, using ethernet direct from router into mains and get the full 75. Never any issues with lag at all

  • sjwdy Steve Williams (@sjwdy) reported

@Plusnet I telephoned customer services last Friday to my wireless signal had dropped dramatically over the last few days. "Angie" said she'd run some tests and that she would have to escalate the problem and that someone would call me. Please advise.

  • QGreen43 QueenOfGreen43 🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@QGreen43) reported

@Plusnet @bt_uk @CompAtSch what's going on with yr site??? I can't get to the home page, and I keep getting pages coming up that won't load saying "failed billing"....my acct is up to date....is there some server problem??

  • Loz82xx Laura 🖤 (@Loz82xx) reported

@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!

  • josht2802 Josh Thompson (@josht2802) reported

@Plusnet can you fix your **** WiFi connections might aswell be paying for a bag of mud each month

  • AndyNor55099018 Andy Norton (@AndyNor55099018) reported

I've rang Plusnet 14 times totalling 7 hours of call time trying to sort the issue. I constantly get passed from provisioning, to technical, to faults in a vicious circle. Not acceptable at all. @plusnethelp @OpenreachHelp
