Well... Joined @Plusnet less than a month ago... Not making a great impression considering the service is down and there is zero update on the issue from social media teams. Poor form.

@Plusnet Hi, seems everyone has their internet from you down and I'm the same. Can you get someone to sort it? Incredibly difficult to work from home with no connection.

  • SarahmontSm Sarah Montgomery (@SarahmontSm) reported

@SoProJanet @Plusnet Ours been down about 45 mins now

  • josh_the_tech Josh (@josh_the_tech) reported

@bigcox Awful customer service. People in an offshore call centre who just follow scripts. It’s all Openreach infrastructure so I’d go with someone like Plusnet, same speeds but you get much better customer service if you need it.
