@Plusnet Been a customer 8 years received a 17% price hike on my bill last month apparently I was sent an email - beware and keep an eye on those direct debits everyone

@Plusnet 1 hour and 26 mins on the phone to you today, to be told they can arrange a manager call back withing a week! Seriously? Counting down the days until my contract is up!

There has been a fire nearby but like @Plusnet has left us with no Internet for 2 days with absolutely 0 contact. Internet is an essential service imo disgusting to do this to anyone
