Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

  • AtheneSecure
Athene Secure (@AtheneSecure) reported from West Bromwich, England

@VodafoneUK broadband down AGAIN for the THIRD time in less than three weeks. Truly appalling 'service' - I wish I hadn't moved from the reliable service I used before with @Plusnet

  • Coops19891
Coops (@Coops19891) reported from West Bromwich, England

Yeah @Plusnet a nationwide Internet outage and not a single word from yourselves in what the issue is or any estimated fix time. That'll do.

  • OscillateWWFC
Oscillating Wildly (@OscillateWWFC) reported from Wolverhampton, England

Plusnet wanted £120 for me to cancel my contract early. Negotiated that down to £0. Jeff, if you're looking for a Director of Football, we can talk. #wwfc

  • sileason
Simon Leason (@sileason) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp ...!! Shocking customer service.. @Ofcom is my next port of call....

  • ZHollowayy
Z/\K (@ZHollowayy) reported from Wednesfield, England

@jeremycorbyn But you’re willing to make people lose their jobs at Plusnet Sky Virgin and TalkTalk. Yet alone every ******* phone company that gives a broadband service. There’s no limit to your stupidity is there.

@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?

Try @Plusnet treat their existing customers so much better!

  • ComTekMan
    Carl Fandidango (@ComTekMan) reported

@CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buck—no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

  • AlisonMLees
    Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported

@Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

  • AlysonAjm
    alyson (@AlysonAjm) reported

@Plusnet plusnet keeps going down - what going on?

  • egrefen
    Edward Grefenstette (@egrefen) reported

Pretty disappointed with @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. Engineering visit booked via PlusNet. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

  • BobaliciousBob
    Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported

@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...

  • piercepower222
    Dave O’ Connor (@piercepower222) reported

@Benleo Awful shower to deal with. So relieved when I finally got shot of them and got a simple deal with PlusNet

  • MachLoopWales
    MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported

@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
