@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet hey! Been a customer for 1 month and every day this week between 230 and 3 the Internet goes down. Today its not come back, used your text service and apparently no issue with the line and I've done all the advice it's told me to. I need my connection to work as I WFH

@Plusnet hi, our router is showing blue and the WiFi connection is still available but it says "connected without Internet" and just isn't working. I've tried resetting it, usually it goes orange when it's down?

@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back
