@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet General internet usage. Browsing, Discord, Teams, YouTube etc. The downstream connection is fine, there is no issue there. Additionally my WiFi connection is strong and stable, which I have checked by pinging the router. It’s the upstream connection that is the problem.

@Plusnet My home phone, 01507 343521 is down. No dial tone. I have returned home from major heart surgery today so a landline is VITAL to me. Please will you get this fixed as a matter of urgency? Also, why only phone a nd twitter. Why can't I log a complaint via email or online.

As a new customer with @Plusnet I can get unlimited text/minutes and 3GB of data on a rolling 30 day contract for £6/month, but as an existing loyal customer I can only get 2GB on the same terms. Not impressed. So much for "that'll do", eh?

@Plusnet I’ve done this. I don’t have a telephone handset to plug in so couldn’t test that. I’m currently using my phone data as I cannot get online at the moment due to this issue.

@EE You are seriously kidding me! I am with Plusnet which uses your network and I haven't had any signal for about 5 days. I'm not alone either.
