@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet This is like deja vu, lip service - let me see what I can do and then radio silence. I'm done, will get Sky to sort out a broadband connection for me.

@Plusnet I am just being told by one of your representatives that the fact I cannot ask a question in the Plusnet forums - despite being a customer - is not an issue. Are you trying to hide that people have issues? I just want to ask other members a question and I cannot do it.

What I learned this morning: Never upgrade or change package with Plusnet online. What I thought was a saving of £8pcm turned out to be an increase of £12 due to a loyalty discount on my current package being binned. But they don't tell you that. One call to them sorted it out.

@Plusnet Hello, thanks for reply. It has been rearranged and issue resolved today. Just frustrating taking a day out of the office and the engineer didn't come. I believe I will receive compensation for a missed appointment.

@Plusnet Openreach had an error in their system which indicated could not get FTTP. This error has now been corrected and I want to get faster full fibre broadband as I need it for work. Problem is that I recently extended my contract with you as I thought speed was fastest (1/2)

@Plusnet No the site is working perfectly fine. It is your network that is broken (lacking IPv6) As such you do not provide internet access, claiming that you do and not providing IPv6, is simply fraud. Untill you fix your network (fix IPv6) you should stop claiming to give internet.

@AmberValleyInfo Hi there, I'm really sorry you're continuing to have issues with your connection. I can see a request was made to arrange a call divert on a new fault raised, which has been completed and should be active within the next 4 hours. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
