@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet is leaving CE to upgrade to fibre but am vulnerable person and not confident in setting it up myselfVodaphone and other providers would send an engineer to set it up for me free of charge if I switched to them. Why don’t you gofer this service?

Never go with plusnet it a rip of we are with a 2 year contract and it is £211 to leave it, like we're not gonna pay that.

@Plusnet Well my broadband speed had dropped from 20mbs + down to less than 2mbs for about 2 weeks now. I used the help assistant on plusnets homepage which they responded telling me to disconnect and reconnect through the router settings which did nothing.

@Tonysmini @Plusnet I don't have an alarm. I can't say I've ever noticed another socket around the loft. I've not had this problem before with other providers.
