Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

APY (@a_p_y_7) reported@Plusnet your service is appalling. I’ve had no internet for eight days. I have to call for updates every day and you don’t know what’s going on or when it will be resolved. Apparently there’s a £73 cancellation fee unless the service is down for over 30 days. Unbelievable.
