Is anyone else having problems with plusnet ? For days now the connection has been poor, about 20mins a time untill it cuts out and stops working. I joined plusnet because I was told it had real people on customer support. Turns out I was wrong and the usual automated nonsense

It's now 3 hours and no response from @Plusnet at all - neither here nor on DM, and no connectivity for 7 hours and no sign of things improving/changing. Lack of notification is bad enough, lack of response when you've f'd up is even worse.

@Plusnet I'll be expecting compensation for lack of service at this stage - especially given you knew this would be happening and couldnt be bothered to notify me, nor respond now either by phone tweet or SMS

@plusnet now in day two of no internet since it went down on Friday morning. Seems to be a national issue but only messages I'm seeing are claiming it is resolved. #plusnet
