@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet Have to say I was quick to complain when my email was down for about 8 days but would like to give credit to Plusnets Philip Macleod who once the server was sorted was very patient and helpful in getting my emails back to normal.

@Plusnet I don't want to be tied to a phone line and have it cut down again. Last time I didn't use it for 18m, Openzone cut it down and removed it after I changed to Virgin. What 4G/5G broadband deals have you got? This is what people want now, not the restrictions of phone lines!

@Plusnet as a customer of 6 months we now have the choice of getting full fibre to our door but I notice you don't offer this option, why not? If this is not available then I will be leaving plusnet at the end of contract or sooner if my slow spreads continue
