    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    Joined @Plusnet 11/11 activated 25/11 and connection has been unstable. Tech advised bear with for 10 days. Service not improved and reluctantly set up another isp for 14/12. Countless contact with techteam, still not improved. Received email, if I leave to go to another 1/3

    and state it needs to agreed by techsupport to waive the fees?? I paid £27 or something in the region to join a service like @Plusnet who do NOT Do You Proud.Woeful customer service response from <Justin> and overall disappointment from a very unprofessional company. Please avoid

    ... and now openreach are here, saying it’s not their fault. Possibly plusnet’s router. No nearer a solution, and can’t get through on phone to plusnet. Wish we’d stuck with BT.

    @bt_uk It's a new connection. We are moving over from Plusnet. We have had nothing but grief and not getting a straight answer as to when this will be resolved. Have been promised multiple callbacks which you have never actually done. Activation date was 17 November and still nothing.

    @plusnethelp I see you have many unhappy #customers Seems #plusnet has gone down hill since Andy Baker CEO left - you need to acknowledge my tweet sent today before l escalate this matter to Mr Jansen regarding your disgraceful mistakes & #failings which cause huge negative impact & stress

    @Ofcom @Plusnet is it right that when a new isp on day 14 of the contract asks the customer to allow them to improve the service, the customer is reasonable and allows isp to fix the problem, when they can't, gets charged in excess of £100 when attempting to move to another isp?
