@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet Good morning. I hope anyone reading this and are thinking of taking out PlusNet WiFi. DO NOT! Switched from BT to PlusNet and now 3 weeks and counting without WIFI with no sign of the issue being resolved. They are a joke!

@Plusnet No know issues apparently. Tried to connect again just now and it won’t connect. Tried turning router off and on again but that hasn’t worked. When it tried to send an automated email to you it keeps saying the url doesn’t exist.

@Plusnet Hi-A manager called yesterday, while I was in a meeting and unable to pick up. He left a voicemail (with no contact details) saying he would call again later, but didn't; I haven't had an email or text this morning. So I'm still waiting for my complaint to be escalated.

@plusnet Any chance you can fix your download speeds in Kent please? ME4 postcode. Getting download speeds of barely 1mb/s the last three days while trying to download software, games, music to a brand new PC. Not good enough.

@Plusnet penalising me for ending my contract early when their wifi didn’t even stay connected to any device, Why would I continue paying for a service that didn’t meet its expectations?

@Plusnet Really? We've got the best package you can offer, slow to stop service and not rural setting. Got the booster you advised, still awful and stuck with it. Heads up, avoid Plusnet.

@Plusnet Thanks Plusnet. I’ll read that to try to figure out why the charge falls on me, but what about the fact I’m still having issues? It seems unfair to charge me when the issues aren’t fixed. Will it cost £60 every single time you come out to see what the problem is?
