Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.
