@Plusnet No, because it'll take hours for a response and by the time you run me through the "turn it off and on again - are you plugged in" routine it'll be back to acceptable (still well below minimum) speeds. I'm done with you - service has deteriorated since I joined.

@Plusnet @amandasegal Hello @Plusnet. I am the account holder. Complaint is underway and we've been told reconnection due Monday, although I am sceptical after months of hashes. Every morning I dread seeing red lights on the router! If it's not working, we will leave and will NOT accept charges to go.
