I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

Portia (@disneyflamingo) reported@Plusnet Our WiFi signal is really poor. If we connect our phones to the WiFi while streaming something on Netflix or Amazon prime it will start buffering constantly. We have unlimited fibre extra so should be able to handle this. What can be done to get it working correctly?
