@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

@plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

@Plusnet @Jhugz5 Speed tests never use WiFi but a connection between the router and their server. Why bring WiFi in to the equation?

@Plusnet Wouldn’t be leaving if everything was fine would we. We’re gonna be paying more on a new broadband contract. It would be@much easier to not have to change so obviously we have reason to want to cancel

@Plusnet Still waiting for you to sort my renewal problem. A new contract follows an old one, they don't overlap. Why does this come as a revelation to you clowns? What is wrong with you?

@Plusnet I split the channels earlier into 2.4 and 5 ghz as advised. Realised that 2.4ghz is faulty and 5 ghz is fluctuating. Chris at #Plusnet expects me to roam around the house with ethernet cable like 80s telephone cable.😠 Told him I want to escalate the complaint. He dint!

@Plusnet Since the Youview update a few days ago the box is now painfully slow! Really delayed responses when pressing buttons etc. I've noticed other people on here are also experiencing this issue. Is a resolution being worked on? @BTCare @YouViewSupport

@Plusnet @Plusnet @plusnethelp Seems I have to go public to get any help. Your service is so bad - both customer and wifi service - that an email is going off to ombudsman tonight.

@Plusnet Seeing as i'm not by myself having problems with all the complaints going on, i'm making a offical complaint to the ombudsman.

And also that they've offered me as a goodwill gesture a months services free but to get his I have to basically say that this is a sufficient resolution to the problem, but clearly it isnt as @plusnet still owe me £458, and now are saying I'm missing payments.

@Plusnet In the last 2 days my Internet speed has gone from bad to painful. Netflix is buffering every 2 minute. Over £30 a month for it to take me 2 hours to watch a half hour program.
