@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

  • MichaelLeneha12
Michael Lenehan (@MichaelLeneha12) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

@plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

  • ThisIsMahala
Mahala (@ThisIsMahala) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

  • trevormiddleton
Trevor Middleton (@trevormiddleton) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@RodHardpan I can’t recommend one but I’d avoid plusnet. Everybody I know with them in the greater Manchester area is having problems with the signal just cutting out

  • ultraman_ginger
Shep The Great {parody} (@ultraman_ginger) reported

@scribbles78 Plusnet are as straightforwardly okay as you can expect. Signal is up and down, but generally good. Never go with Virgin unless you can face being on the phone with them for 12 hours every time there's the slightest issue. TalkTalk are also evil.

@Digital_MW Evening gorgeous, you got any opinions on virtual network owners (tesco / Plusnet / VOXI) running on the main operators networks (o2/EE/Voda) they offer MUCH cheaper monthly rates with more data compared to the actual network owners.

  • peeblesrunner
    Paul Nichol (@peeblesrunner) reported

@plusnet having just renewed by contract with you to get FTTP I am disappointed that you want to now crank it up by 14.4%. Especially since inflation is going down and therefore your costs for the next 12 months with be lower than the Dec rate. Very poor IMHO!

  • Grumpcake
    Caryanne (@Grumpcake) reported

@Plusnet hello, started a correspondence via DM yesterday, concerning our problematic Internet and last I heard from one of your team was last night. I guess shift ended. Can someone tell me when someone will be able to fix problem.

  • napoleondynorod
    Sasquatch79 (@napoleondynorod) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Ahhh so it drops repeatedly?? I thought it was dropping completely for that period..i'd still say its an exchange issue though, possibly switching traffic around during low demand times

  • Jaundice66
    Janice Barrett (@Jaundice66) reported

@Plusnet Utterly insane service. The only way to cancel your contract is by PHONE in this day & age??!!! coz of security???? So no one could impersonate me on the phone but they could use the same security details to do so online so that’s “unsafe”. V rude too! Good riddance

  • solarwrath
    Andy Johnson (@solarwrath) reported

@Plusnet my broadband service has been down since yesterday morning (was reported yesterday). How do I get an update on the fault?

  • MarkMillarx889
    Millar Millar (@MarkMillarx889) reported

@Plusnet I can't see how you can request payment when a service has not even been provided one day during the contract.

  • HartleyRobinso6

@Plusnet I have just now found out that you havr badly, badly let down a family member. I need to discuss this with you now.
