Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

@plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

@Arsenal_Hev @_Wrighty7 It is absolutely atrocious. He is the worst "comedian" I've ever encountered and I've been to some truly horrendous comedy gigs. I saw that bloke from the Plusnet ad at a comedy night once and he was ******* painful but even he was a comedy genius compared to Hurst.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Since getting fibre with you we have had quite a few problems maintaining a good speed. We have lately had to reset our hub almost daily to try boost speeds back up and the connection keeps dropping. Could this be a hub problem?

Signed up 2 move our phone & broadband 2 plusnet went 'Live' 25th March Since then been more dead than alive, still not working properly, think were going back 2 old provider its £11 more than Plusnet at least it works. All I get is its escalated to BT to fix, they're part of BT?

"major service on your line" says @plusnet support. "started 2 days ago". Status page: All services working normally, no events current or passed, eta to fix is 12th of May. Nice handling of information and service there.

@Plusnet hi , I have been customer for number of years , my router ( original one ) needs replacing can I arrange one without calling the call centre ?
