As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

No communication doesn’t reply to emails takes hours to talk on the phone only to be let down again!! @plusnethelp will anyone actually help!!

Since early November it keeps going slow of dropping out and I'm not getting any help that sorts it out. Eloise (@Eloise933) reportedWorst internet provider ever @Plusnet - have been trying for months & months to get a decent internet service & they are incapable of sorting this out - excuse after excuse. Final straw, no decent internet over the Christmas. You can stick your service (or lack of) from now on!
