  @TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

  @BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

  @john_seto It's not that bad, except early evening speeds, which are still OK, and may not be down to plusnet but the local area. It's also that we had a renewal, and I'm thinking that I don't mind paying more now that I'm going to be working at home far more.

  @Plusnet what are you playing at?! Meant to have our internet set up on the 1st then the 16th then the 22nd and still nothing!! No communication doesn’t reply to emails takes hours to talk on the phone only to be let down again!! @plusnethelp will anyone actually help!!

  @Plusnet maybe in your pinned tweet you should point out your wonderful service doesn’t apply to #colonsay you seem to think it’s ok for elderly, shielding customers to wait until the 11th January for an engineers visit. Appalling!

  Is anyone else getting a dreadful service from John Lewis Broadband? Since early November it keeps going slow of dropping out and I'm not getting any help that sorts it out. It's the same as @Plusnet but with no Twitter help account like @plusnethelp #xmaswithoutbroadband

  Worst internet provider ever @Plusnet - have been trying for months & months to get a decent internet service & they are incapable of sorting this out - excuse after excuse. Final straw, no decent internet over the Christmas. You can stick your service (or lack of) from now on!
