    @PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @EE I work freelance & once wrote registered post to CFO of broadband company to say that I would be charging them my hourly rate for any time spent on their mess. I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.

    @SarHarSuperStar @CooperativeBank @Plusnet With the lengthy wait times to get answered I would have a thought a Freephone number would have been provided at least until the staffing levels problem has been addressed , however long that will take.

    @Plusnet Hi, We upgraded our contract to a cheaper option and since then our BT Sport app has been disconnected from our account. We were told this wouldn't affect the app. We sent a request to get it up and working again but it's still pending four days later. Can you help?

    @Plusnet - plusnet direct debit in my banking app still showing as £35.93 despite arranging monthly payment of £18.95 in March and complaint ref 224545915 and subsequent refunds. PLEASE SORT THIS.

    @Plusnet having waited for you to answer and being told that the porting problem is at your end, I’ve now received a message from you asking me to contact you because we have given you the wrong information. No way am I sitting on the phone again for 30 minutes. Call me.
