@plusnethelp hi Plusnet, need your help urgently as my vulnerable parents (chemotherapy patient and deemed at high risk, needing to fully isolate) have significant issues with their WiFi. Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

@plusnethelp I'm already a Plusnet broadband and mobile customer. If I wanted to swap to a better Plusnet SIM only deal can I just change my existing contract, or should I just order a new SIM then cancel the old one?

@Plusnet Your guides and online help don't help at all. I have had £10 added to my final bill with absolutely no explanation, no extra usage and closing my account at the appropriate time. Last time I tried to call it cost me £10. I cannot wait to leave you.

@Plusnet Hello my dear supplier of all things internet and home phone stuff. I just tried phoning 0800 432 0200, my phone has broken so I used my old one which is a rotary phone (BT standard issue), the automated thingy didn't recognise press 1 and said goodbye

@Plusnet That't what I did. I've been told twice that I have to agree to the higher charges. I've raised a formal complaint and will pass this on to the communications ombudsman for the false advertising and pressure to take a new 2 year contract.
