@Plusnet still haven't returned my money to me. 5-7 working days was supposedly the earliest they could return it. It's been 14 days since the first complaint. £270 stolen from me and my children. See you in court for emotional damages!!

@plusnethelp Hello. My Plusnet Broadband started on 29th March but I currently have no access to Wi-fi. I have rang customer support Friday, Monday, Tuesday and today. Each time we’ve been told you are “chasing the suppliers”. We’ve been asking for support because we cannot WFH

@plusnethelp is a "0800 587 58xx" (I've removed the last two digits) number an official Plusnet contact number? (not just a plusnet phone line, but actual customer service/support/accounts)? Can't see it on the website anywhere but it was in an email today.

@xandvt Zen Internet Every Room is excellent, as is their broadband service. With BT & Plusnet I suffered internet dropout too often. Service 100% from Zen. I run Every Room in a largish 1930's 4 bedroom detached with their router and one extender and I have no wi-fi black spots.

It's official, I hate @Plusnet! I don't believe they have fully lifted the restrictions on my WiFi, because I can't watch what I want on demand! In fact, I can't watch ANYTHING on demand! I think it's time I look for a provider that takes responsibility for their errors, and

@TalkTalk I am sick and tired of speaking to so called tech experts who have to run line tests every few months. The issue is always the same, disconnected and then reconnected to the wrong port. This is the worst ISP I have ever had. Sky, BT and Plusnet never had issues.

@virginmedia Tried the reset and seemed to work for a short while. WiFi dropping on all devices again tonight. So frustrating, never had this issue with Plusnet 😕
