@plusnethelp hi Plusnet, need your help urgently as my vulnerable parents (chemotherapy patient and deemed at high risk, needing to fully isolate) have significant issues with their WiFi. Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

@Plusnet is there anyway to get my reward as I’ve missed it by a few days? Didn’t realise I had to claim it, assumed it was automatic. I’ve already had to fork out for a new (non Plusnet), router as the two you’ve previously sent have never work properly.

@Plusnet @HowardJEvans Hi, the complete lack of meaningful information about the email failure is appalling!! Messages every 12 hours with no meaningful content are a complete insult to your customers. Someone needs to make a full statement about what has happened and if/when service will be restored.
