My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Plusnet we have not had mobile phone service since Monday. Why? When is it coming back? Why no obvious info on your website?

@SlowPsycho @theroyalfactor @Plusnet Getting any form of customer service is proving a right headache and everytime COVID is being peddled as the excuse. Its becoming rather tedious and infuriating at the same time.

@Plusnet are ridiculous. Couldn't fix our internet after we renewed the contract, cancelled 4days into the 14days cooling off period yet now trying to charge us a full cancellation fee! CS are no help, 3 manager call backs requested but not had 1. I'm going to trading standards.

@Plusnet Hello. How do I contact you regarding a home phone not working? There is an 0800 number provided but obviously I can’t use my phone. Is there a “landline” number for from a mobile ?

@Plusnet Hi, Considering joining Plusnet on a monthly SIM only contract. Spotted this in the terms & not sure what it means exactly. “22. Our right to suspend your service…” “22.1.5. ... (if) you fail to maintain an active Direct Debit on your account…”

@Plusnet Actually, there is. I've just noticed that I'm getting charged more than I thought & would be on a cheaper (approx. £10/month less) deal as a new customer. What can I do about that?
