@Clairealou2 @SkyHelpTeam So I went with PlusNet and have never looked back. 37Mb/s all day long. Maybe SkyHelpTeam had a valid idea lol 2/2

  • joannas94 Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

  • iusher Ian Usher (@iusher) reported from Bognor Regis, England

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

  • jillywincho Jill Winchester (@jillywincho) reported

@Plusnet @Plusnet if you’re part of the BT family why do I have pay £200 of charges to go to BT when your service doesn’t work? Also asked to throw away the modem or sent it back- surely there is a more green way of re-using modems. #poorcustomerservice #daylightrobbery

  • Snaptophobic Heather Kavanagh (@Snaptophobic) reported

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT I can’t help with specifics, but we’ve got a Netgear wifi extender. It plugs into a wall socket and lets the main wifi bounce out around the house much better.

  • AmandaHepburn3 Amanda Hepburn (@AmandaHepburn3) reported

@TToplis1 I had a huge discussion over two weeks with PlusNet. They eventually assigned someone to the issue and over two days I got a decent signal. It took some persistence and refusal to take their rubbish excuses. Good luck 🤞

  • liam_fowler liam fowler (@liam_fowler) reported

Shocking from @Plusnet , cutting off the internet just because a customer has said they want to leave, people working from home now aren’t able to because of this! Piss poor from them and highly recommend people stay away

  • tony_lappin tony lappin (@tony_lappin) reported

Plusnet don’t like slagging. Firm but ******* service is a disaster

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@CliveStar01 @Plusnet Hello, Thanks for getting in touch and I hope you are well. I am sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately, we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. All the best - Beth Plusnet Sheffield

I'm on the verge of losing my ****, why ******** is my Internet so ******* bad today **** you @Plusnet **** you @bt_uk

  • SkellyoUK SkellyoUK (@SkellyoUK) reported

So, unfortunately our #PlusNet internet is 'up **** creek' once again 😔 This means no Community Stream tonight, and likely no streams next week. I'll keep you all posted and let you know when we see hope on the horizon. 👍
