Your website says to contact you asap, but sends me to page where "phone stolen" isn't an option and your phone lines are closed! Throwing in a "My Account" section with zero options to lock my SIM or divert my calls has been a big help too :(

Plusnet said their reading was around 80. Smart TV wouldn't operate so they blamed the TV. Switched tv over to a freesat box and it worked
