-
James Montgomery (@monty772011) reported@EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
-
🇰🇪 (@MrLewisVuitton) reported@NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

COYS CORNER PODCAST (@TOTTENHAM6191) reported@Plusnet years of poor service and drop outs constantly. Never getting the speeds advertised. Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.
-
Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@Plusnet @BECCABEAN You really aren't thinking about your customers. I asked a simple question about being moved whilst out of contract and just get the stupid bots.
-
xxx ROSE xxx (@TanteRos) reported@marigoldfinds A friend has just gone over to Zen & is happy with them. They are also Which? recommended & rated high on customer satisfaction, speed, reliability. No mid term contract price rises. Plusnet also recommended.
-
Prof Neil Martin (@ThatNeilMartin) reportedHey @Plusnet, you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 50% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK. Oh, and your emails are dead do-not-reply ones.
-
Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported@Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order
-
-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
-
Not Now Dave (@not_now_dave) reportedMy broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one
