@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

Why don't @Plusnet do a super fast broadband? Their service is good but sometimes too to stream football. Was gonna change to Virgin Media for 3 times the speed for less but they let me down & the customer service has been shite. Should I stick with the slower reliable Plusnet?

@Plusnet Managed to get someone after 1h15, then transferred and waited for a further 20 minutes. Issue now sorted - I’ve left PlusNet broadband!
