    @Plusnet when you don't have the option of email or online chat, then technical issues such as are happening now which prevent being connected to the call centre are really frustrating. Not even the option of getting a call back

    @Plusnet hello, we seem to have a WiFi outage in the NE3 area of Newcastle after a BT van was seen nearby doing some works. Can you please investigate and let us know what’s going on? I work online so no WiFi = lost income for me
