Interesting security breach attempt by bogus caller who knew I had @Plusnet and was asking me to check my light, saying issues with @BTSopenreach There were indeed issues for a couple of afternoons this week which makes me think it was an attempt by scammers today to 'break in'

@RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet I also encountered similar experience ..I never taught of having it back ..massive appreciation to @AgentFemiTv for recovering my banned..disabled or suspended ..locked hacked account you should check them out too….

@SketchLisa @bt_uk I was with BT, overpriced and the worst customer service. Switched to Plusnet which is owned by BT, never had a problem and UK based customer service.

can officially say @Plusnet wifi is the worst. this is the THIRD ISSUE i’ve had with them in 5 months. where exactly is the £20/month going?
