Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

@nervousgradient @vhixy @SkyHelpTeam YO26 here and the same. It’s been down since at least 7am for me. Just spoken with them and checked a couple of different routers … both saying ‘no internet’ Openreach unaware of issues but Plusnet end & our routers aren’t the issue … so it must be an exchange problem

@thebojko @Plusnet I noticed this, too. Look at the section of your bill headed "Your charges broken down". My contract ends 28 Feb, but the billing period runs 6 Feb to 5 Mar. The extra amount I've been charged is to cover the period 29 Feb to 5 Mar.

@UKLabour Even if this wasn't disingenuous and didn't look like a contact us icon on a support page for plusnet (such is your inspiring new colour scheme), this is just so tepid and uninspiring. Rather than an alternative transformative vision, you're offering me an extra £50. Shove it.

@Plusnet so annoying it goes off every night at this time, it shuts the telly down what you are watching. Surely your internet should stay on 24/7?
