Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

@Plusnet Like lots of other people my internet is down in Brighton. Why don’t you have automatic monitoring of your services / an up to date service outage page on your website / out of hours service to get stuff fixed before 8am! I start work at 6am!

@Plusnet my internet has been down all morning. Have tried resetting, etc. seems to be connected but web pages, etc not loading. I can’t get through by phone and need to work from home. Help!!
