Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

@castelm11 @Plusnet Crazy tho at busiest time of year. To keep in touch with orders via son's bedroom; log, invoice & send out books via office crazy. Yes, I know BT line now virtual & clicking on/off costs £100 or so when I never cut off service in the first place... time to become a hermit/nun!

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet I have seen homes lacking a modern NTE5, split-face, master socket, with a very old 1970s PostOffice ‘BT’ rounded rectangular termination/junction box where the telephone line comes in.. this can be a problem. What did OpenReach check?

@jwripple @Plusnet Whole day on phone listening to robot alternatives - press 1 if you want boredom, press 2 if you want canned music… get to end & line cuts off due to problem you were calling about - apparently know learn it's called being 'slammed' someone trying to take over your digital ID

@Lesism Is there no chat option on their website? My human alter ego is with Plusnet sim only. 30 day contract 6gb pm for £6 as a Plusnet broadband customer. It is on EE network so excellent coverage. I have no affiliation with them.
