    Part 3 Customer service advisor blaming me for not checking if direct debit is in place and advise to pay a cancellation fee to the debt recovery and then sign new contract with them again - ridiculous! Well done @Plusnet! Let the customer pay for your mistakes! #plusnet

    @OpenreachHelp Plusnet spoke to your chat center in India and said they weren’t getting anywhere. Then when we told them we wanted to make a complaint they sent us to your web page which then sends up back to plusnet. So something is going to have to give at some point?

    Plusnet engineer booked for tmw. Bloody broadband issue now, car needs 2 new tyres yet kwik fit won't answer, slow fit more like. What's gonna be the 3rd thing to go wrong 🤔

    @Plusnet I have just signed up to a package which I would like to cancel. I have 14 days to change my mind but can find no way of doing so. I am travelling and unable to call you. Can you cancel this contract please. I will revert when I return. Thank you Clive Massias

    @ariesweeter @ThreeUK Same, tried calling my dad who is on the Asda mobile network and I am getting no ringing or sound on both mobile and landline. Called a friend on Plusnet and it rang.
