@Plusnet my internet is constantly dropping. On and off over 10 times in one hour. Any advice on a fix? There has always been a dropping issue but now it's constant.

@claudelittner @TalkTalk Customer loyalty means nothing to companies these days. I swap broadband and phone every 12-18 months for a decent deal. Normally Plusnet and NowTV broadband I swap between as they have both proved reliable for me.

message @Plusnet this morning at 9.40am saying i don't have any mobile data on my phone is emergency calls only it's not 2.17pm and still no response. So I had to go out my way to my parents house to phone Plusnet up to to order a replacement SIM so I will be without a phone

@Plusnet I have a spare router as I recently was sent an upgraded one. My grandfather is having trouble with his WiFi dropping out. Can I take my old router to his address to see if it helps? He has difficulty on the phone when speaking.

@Plusnet Forgot to add, this exact issue happened to me 2-3 months ago as well. I called up and the person I spoke to just said they would send me a new SIM card. The issue resolved itself with a day so I didn't ever use the new SIM. Could this be an issue between yourself & EE?
