    @Plusnet Slow speeds via ethernet now disconnections ( 2 just in the last 30 minutes ). the poor line quality cycle is starting over again so please don't say the line is testing fine - had months of this nonsense earlier this year and was resolved after a number of visits. Thanks

    @Plusnet WiFi really slow yet again yesterday and today have reported this previously followed instructions to change wireless channel online which helped for a while but now as bad as ever !!

    @MattLangleyUK Matt what is outage, no landline, but do have internet? nothing wrong with phone or connection. as BT supplies the line, I decided to check and to my astonishment my area RHll and RH10 is suffering from outage? Pennie contacted plusnet who say phone line okay? any advice
