    Anyone having problems with @Plusnet disconnecting every 10 minutes if I am lucky. Sometimes less.

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @robotmaths Use a comparison site to see what is available in your area. Be aware some providers have poor customer service. You can then try negotiating if they think you may leave. Not sure if BT negotiate. If not, move providers. I am with PlusNet who usually will negotiate on renewal

    @Plusnet just can’t believe as a new customer I ordered broadband & phone service from you mid August with a 5-7 days connection, you said connection would be 19 Sept and now you are saying 30 Sept…. Appalling start to@our relationship

    @HolyDiver73 @Plusnet My point is that they haven't bothered to post any updates about the outage to avoid people wasting time trying to solve it themselves or call Plusnet. With thousands of customers coming to check service status, a picture of the Queen isn't what should be at the top of their page

    @Parag3791 Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -James Sheffield
