    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @Plusnet you've emailed me about changes to my email service #Plusnet website says 'We’re pleased to confirm that the new supplier is Greenby, and they’ll provide you with your Email, domain and webspace service.' BUT you only supply me with broadband & landline. What's going on?

    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet Our fibre installation has taken over 3 months — constant delays, no-shows, no communication. We’re paying for a service we don’t even have! No one taking responsibility. We demand refund, compensation & immediate action. #CustomerService #Fail
