    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    Anyone having problems with @Plusnet disconnecting every 10 minutes if I am lucky. Sometimes less.

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet Almost impossible to work from home with the current Internet service I'm getting. I've tried everything plusnet has advised. I can't believe I'm paying for this!!!

    @DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Nope. I moved back to BT after trying Vodafone, Plusnet amd Sky. Even though it all comes down the same line, other people in the village have problems and aren't on BT. I know they are not the cheapest but are extremely reliable. Cheap is not always best.

    Literally pay £18.99 for plusnet a month to use all my 4G data because it doesnt work anywhere in the house

    @katamaridumassy @spencer_lincoln @BBCNews My vodafone broadband £21 a month, line rental included, plus plusnet one was £22 a month Inc line rental, getting an average speed of 48 down 17 up

    @Plusnet Thank you for your reply. I’ve worked through the list of things to try, and have not been able to resolve the fault. I’ve therefore called the Plusnet support line which has confirmed there is an issue, and arranged for an engineer to visit during the week.

    @Plusnet I am leaving after a month of problems and out of spite Plusnet cuts off my broadband leaving me without internet until new ISP takes over in 2 weeks.

    @Plusnet we switched over on the 21/05 and the wifi signal is rubbish. Now TV router was great even at the bottom of the garden. Now you are putting my price up already. I want out!?

    @Plusnet any chance I could get some help with my internet? It’s saying my wifi password has been changed according to my phone but everything else connects to my internet.
