    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    @TwinkleSea0 @liamnorris1001 No there were problems across many ISPs tonight that use Openreach in NI. Others saying in other threads. Someone with PlusNet and another with EE having issues too. Openreach been upgrading infastructure recently so it must be that.

    @Plusnet I have red light on the 2 plugs that came with my router (not sure what they're called). I have an Internet connection and have tried resetting the plugs. Nothing works. Any idea on a fix

    @Plusnet Your contract (BT?) engineers are letting you down. Three no-shows at my elderly mother-in-laws install. We're on the last week of Virgin notice and could lose the phone number. As a customer who recommended you this is very dissapointing.
