"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@Plusnet for a company that seems to pride themselves on a finagled high end customer service, it seems virtually impossible to actually contact you without getting tossed about to non PN support forums and the like. i need to report my router/service not being fit for purpose.

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

@maobook @TalkTalk Give @Plusnet a go Lee They've been fantastic since I've been with them Don't charge you extra for Superfast broadband and I get another brilliant deal on their mobile service too I get Broadband unlimited and unlimited calls I can honestly say Plusnet have been the best
