    Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

    @plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

    @YouViewSupport Hi, I saw you updated or in the process of updating BT Youview boxes to fix the Now TV buffer and audio drop out issue. Is this update going to be pushed to the Plusnet boxes DTR- T2120 at all? As the Now TV app needs this fix on there!

    Engineer arrives today, but cannot install due to damaged wires. I know these things happen but it could have been sorted by now if Plusnet hadn’t cancelled the order in the first place, and now I need to let 3 employers down for zoom jobs I had booked!!!!

    BLEEPING BEEPY BLEEPING @PLUSNET!!!! Never touch them if they are the last provider on the planet!!!! First off they cancelled my order by mistake (I originally had an engineer booked on the 19th) but neglected to tell me until I rang to find where the engineer was!

    @plusnet Dear Plusnet, Trying to contact you regarding my phone line and broadband acc. I'm still not able to call you I can't open billing. My phone line is still not working, I'm in a no mobile signal area. I'm also self isolating so I'm in a lot of bother without communication

    @Plusnet I can't make or receive calls on my land line ..sent message on FB no reply , tried phoning from my mobile was on hold soooo long phone cut out , so trying this way to see if I get any response ....
