@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet My connection has resynced overnight at a slower speed, despite the last sync speed been stable for around 3 weeks. Im guessing my sync profile has been limited for some reason, I would much prefer maximum speed and an occasional desync over this slow speed! plz help.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp just signed up, drawn in by your claims of great Customer Service. I've received an email confirming phone line and broadband up and running. However neither are working, i go onto your website for help, ring but in a queue which isnt great when ringing 1/2

Never had such a shocking service with @Plusnet - after 19 months of working from home the past fortnight has been dire despite upgrading our package. And been fobbed off by their customer service team over & over 😬. Does anyone actually have a faultless provider to reccomend?

@Plusnet hi all, I've been having DNS resolution issues for the last few days via my plusnet account. Switching to Google public DNS has helped, but interested to hear if there is a problem. Thanks
