    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @ConstableChaos @OpenreachHelp I had that when the previous residents ended their contract with BT. Took 30 days for openworld to flick the switch back so plusnet could activate my line. Terrible system, why does it need to be set on and off, especially when a reset is registered before the close command!

    Very disappointed with @Plusnet leaving a vulnerable 90 year, with lifeline on her phone with no service or comp date after a house move. Impossible to get thro to advisors or be offered any help so trying all avenues for her

    @Plusnet Help...had FTTP for just over a week at 150mbps - great. Checked today and download speed at 20. Upload speed constant at 28.....what do I do now...

    @Plusnet are you having problems with broadband in Cornwall? I have no wifi coming in to the house on any of my devices. Have restarted, reset, rebooted etc but with no joy. My post code area is TR18.

    @Plusnet I've tried on several occasions to sort lost phone issues out. I've just spoken to you & been told 3 times I should have tried harder even though you couldn't even manage to keep the line open just now. Tried to complain and email bounces back FURIOUS

    @JimSterling @virginmedia Virgin are absolutely worthless. Plusnet are surprisingly good. Never go with three mobile tho

    @Plusnet I have HAD it with you now! Got this bot telling me I can't get an advisor to chat to as opening is between 8am to 7.30pm but in an earlier text, it's 8am-8pm for Saturdays! I'm utterly disappointed with your service and have been putting up with it for long enough!

    @Plusnet There goes the internet ‘again’ in LN3 5UD. The house has been checked and cabling to the house has been replaced last time it went off. This has to be an @OpenreachHelp problem
