@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet Yeah this happened after in game a remote signal from plusnet forced my router to restart, when fully restarted trying to log back in resulted in problems at that point, and the logs of the router showing data from the EU datacentre being blocked. Lets not shift blame shall we.

@Plusnet Shocking customer experience. My elderly in-laws have now been without phone or internet for a week as you’ve apparently messed up/duplicated their number. Still no idea when service will be restored. Anyone considering plusnet as a provider - JUST DON’T.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi, my broadband service today and yesterday has been shocking. It has cut out 8 times in the past 3 hours alone which is unacceptable as I need it to work from home (so I’ve had to use loads of my mobile data allowance). Can you please tell me when I 1/2

@EE really fed up with phone/internet service provided by Plusnet in our new house and also our previous one. Someone local recommended you but I gather you're also part of BT. Would you be any better?
