    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @Plusnet just hit me for an increase “in line with inflation” I’ll have no problem paying it if ALL their employees get it in their wage rise in-line with inflation…… but I suppose Al,those hard up shareholders need their dividends so much more

    Seriously thought about swapping from @Plusnet this year but decided to give it a final go. Disappointed to see the March price increases even if it is in the small print. An extra @£3.50 a month doesn’t make the service competitive. Stung for a phoneline I can’t even use!

    @Plusnet Please can you tell me the cost of your full fibre with phone calls. As we are not connected yet ( though shortly will be) I cannot find this information as, when I put in my address etc. it states not available. I am a customer of your broadband

    @plusnet - appalled and shocked that you allegedly win awards for service. The process of switching my elderly Mum from John Lewis to Plusnet has been nothing short of a shambles. -0/10

    @Plusnet It's fixed now, thank you. You should pass on, if you're able, that hiking prices, not just by inflation but by inflation plus an extra 3.9% mid contract is terrible PR for Plusnet. I know it's not just Plusnet and this is industry wide.
