    @MoneySavingExp please can you rattle some cages! Badly let down by John lewis to plusnet swap should of happened over night. Now two home workers have no internet for 5/7day😱😭

    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @Plusnet hi can someone please dm me as I've got a billing issue (DD didn't go out as I didn't realise bill was going up and didn't have enough in the bills account). In a bit of a panic that it might go down as a missed payment and stop me getting a mortgage next month!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi William, still no internet 😕 we have another engineer coming out Monday but I don’t know if this will help. I think the line is stuck between Sky & Plusnet & we are on day 18 of no internet.

    @Plusnet my Internet speed keeps dropping way below what it should be. When I reported it it was suddenly back up to normal but its struggling again tonight? Is there a better fix for this please?

    @Plusnet The technician who visited last week said he would report what he thought the problem was and that another type of technician would need to come out, was this not done?

    @Plusnet hi, my service was restricted as I paid a mere 2 days after my bill date-bit unfair that you literally get no chance to pay your bill! However, I have paid this morning and normally comes back on straightaway, but this time it's still not working :-(

    @Plusnet Not really an adequate solution for what you have admitted is your mistake. 4g coverage is patchy and does not provide the bandwidth I require, as a result I will now have to travel to one of our offices a 5hr round trip daily. Anyone reading this DO NOT sign up to Plusnet.

    @Plusnet Thank you for checking for us. We tried changing to Netflix and it was eventually fine which suggests the problem was not with Plus net but was possiby the BBC i player which had already required a new sign in from our other TV. We have a tv licence.

    @Plusnet morning! Is there a signal issue in Wensleydale North Yorkshire currently? Have had no service since yesterday, likewise husband on EE same issue?
