@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

@plusnethelp Awful customer service from Plusnet. Since placing my broadband order almost a week ago I have been passed from pillar to post and no one cares. My "go live" date keeps being pushed back and I have no broadband as I have just moved into a flat (rent). Poor service.

I called BT and they admit that they have transferred my line without my permission. They cancel the transfer and will confirm by post, but they won't contact @Plusnet (even though they are the same company)

I don't check my email as much... but I just had a thought, and saw the bill from @Plusnet and now I'll likely have trouble sleeping, because the broadband stuff I thought was sorted last month seems to be sorted... but now they're overcharging me two extra line rentals...

So @Plusnet says on some pages of it's customer help that you can call them at 7.30 am... ring and the machine says 8.00 am

@MoneyTelegraph So @plusnethelp wrongly cut off a vulnerable customer-Left her with no phn/b'band. Then rang her demanding £ (which she didn't owe) to reconnect service whilst DD been set up for yrs. Further failings, billing errors,stress - minimal gogw/insult proposed #plusnet
