    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @plusnethelp I have told plusnet how slow and intermittent my fibre broadband is several times,it cuts out for several minutes at a time sometimes up to an hour, I cant watch a film, I might as well have a cheap broadband. and plusnet dont seem to care. :(

    @SkyHelpTeam @plusnethelp I am confused. I have been having problems with my internet connection. Spoken with Plusnet who made an engineer appointment and Openreach came today. @ weekend had a message from Sky about a broadband engineer coming to my house and coming tomorrow?

    The more I think about this the angrier I get about it. All it would have taken is one email with a confirmation of the date in and all of this could have been avoided. To say "it's done now, hotspot using your phone" is not good customer service, @Plusnet, it's really not.

    @plusnethelp shockingly #badservice from @plusnet, moved into new house a week ago, wifi only available in one room and drops out non stop. Called to cancel and you want me to charge me £130 for your bad service!?! Awful

    @EveryCountry @bt_uk @Plusnet ....believe they are BT rebadged but never had a single issue they didn't solve immediately...really good telephone support...

    @VodafoneUK You failed to connect service for 2 months even telling me an engineer had covid a lie as I live in a fking village I KNOW the engineer (there is only 2 for this area and neither had covid ) I got Plusnet to connect me and NP now you want £70 for NOT providing a service

    Hi @Plusnet , been trying to get help from customer services and don't have the security details to access my account (no access to previous bank account and ex-wife set up the security Qs). You're showing on my credit check as missed payments. What am I supposed to do now?

    @larsselleth @SkyHelpTeam Openreach issue affecting most of Saddleworth. Plusnet advised us that Openreach were aiming to repair by 1000...
