    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @MoneySavingExp please can you rattle some cages! Badly let down by John lewis to plusnet swap should of happened over night. Now two home workers have no internet for 5/7day😱😭

    @VirginCare @Plusnet When I finally got through, I asked to speak to a Dr but was given a pharmacist. When the pharmacist called he couldn't help and told me to speak to a doctor.

    I like pitch black to sleep. Fed up with so many things in house that emit light. plusnet router was worst with several very bright blue lights. My oven’s clock gives off enough light to make cuppa! I can turn other appliances off, but you can’t turn off a smart meter!

    @AFUSIONGOAT It's unplayable, it might also be due to Plusnet being bad.

    @VirginCare @Plusnet Last July, 999 referred me back to the GP, but when the GP called she said "What do you expect me to do over the phone", then told me to wait until it's an emergency, then go to A&E.

    @scouseblue48 No mate Plusnet, I've told them ,they've been the worst provider I've ever had, they do though now think it might actually be a faulty router. Said they'd replace it if needed

    @Plusnet So yet again nobody around whilst the internet crashes after 8pm once again, worst provider i've ever had! 3 months in and already want to leave
