@Plusnet Hi. After receiving an email with an offer of purchasing the Google Nest Hub for £40, as I'm a Plusnet customer, I clicked on the link in the offer and it took me to BT Shop with the hub shown at full price of £79!!! I assume the email I received was a SCAM??
@plusnethelp @Plusnet written a stupid amount of tweets about this in the almost two years I’ve been with you but for the love of god improve your customer service. Put in yet another complaint and the advice is there is ‘no lead time for a response’ explains the last 6 months.
@MartinSLewis Plusnet - fibre including landline for £26.99. Had it about 6 months. I continually switch between Plusnet and BT to get the new customer deal.
