@Plusnet That’s as maybe but when I can get a better, more reliable service AND at 80% of your costs, it’s a no-brainer

  • joe_mccraith Joe McCraith (@joe_mccraith) reported

Thorough fed up of paying £30 a month for snail-slow ‘broadband’ from @Plusnet.

  • MikeOxl61921318 Mike Oxlong (@MikeOxl61921318) reported

Just re-newed my #plusnet package it’s not a bad deal but the customer service guy is only 26 and actually has a landline😳

  • klharris30 🍾🎉🥳Keith Harris 🍾🎉🥳 (@klharris30) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Do Sky contribute to leaving a broadband supplier early? I am fed up with being ripped off by @Plusnet to the tune of £44 (£48 from April) for an erratic service I am stuck with for another 15 months.

  • JustChelsay Just Chelsay 🌱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🖤 (@JustChelsay) reported

@Chocomatt12 The most I can get in my area is 70mbps (unless I went with a Virgin and their dedicated fibre lines which cost a fortune) so I’m with PlusNet and pay £26pm and never really drop below 60mbps

  • pablox53 BÎFF Ø BRÄDLĒY (@pablox53) reported

@Plusnet No thanks. I’ve had this multiple times where Plusnet has ‘changed settings’ only for the service to be worse. Friends & family tell me they don’t have drops in service so this can’t be the norm. Also, it may be ‘stable’ to you but I can assure you, it isn’t at this end.

  • b33r Paul 🍺 (@b33r) reported

@Plusnet For anyone who reads this thread by “rectified” they mean I turned down their measly £20 compensation offer and donated double that to charity myself.

  • LeeReece18 Lee Reece (@LeeReece18) reported

@Plusnet Well, I’ve been a customer for 4 weeks, 3 of those I had no phone or broadband and on the 4th you put my bill up 10%. Outstanding service.
