    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @hmunitedkingdom @Sarrjamois Plusnet service sucks! I spoke to a plusnet technician yesterday about my wifi keeps dropping.He told me to unscrew my box from the wall and he will call me back. What bad service I'm still waiting. Plusnet get their line through BT might as well go direct to BT. Had bad service!

    @CryptoCobain Get a second line put in. They allow more than one per property. Works with phone line services and fibre (BT, Virgin Media, Plusnet, etc etc...) just got to be able to afford the bill which isnt exactly an issue for you lol

    @plusnethelp @RobBS25936512 PLUSNET SERVICE SUCKS! I SPOKE TO A TECHNICIAN YESTERDAY ABOUT MY BAD SERVICE OF LOSING INTERNET EVERY 10 MINUTES.THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME TO UNSCREW THE BOX FROM THE WALL AND HE WILL CALL ME BACK......STILL WAITING???

    @beccagroves @virginmedia Plusnet have the occasional glitch but that’s it, BT was best but I never new what it was going to cost me.

    @plusnethelp @RobBS25936512 Donot be fooled by Plusnet and there adverts.They get their service through BT. You get faster and accurate service if you go direct to BT or Virgin.Plusnet Sucks!

    @Plusnet I've been trying to cancel my account for a month after moving. Can only be done by phone- no answer x lots. Called by you today to collect my outstanding payment. Yes, I said, now can I cancel. Money taken. Transferred to cancellation team.. 1/2
