Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only
