BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Caller from a similar sized house I recently visited where a good signal can be had anywhere in their home. Maybe that’s telling me something!

I was assured by your customer service team this was due to a major service outage in “my area”. Despite your website claiming all weekend there was good service. This was due to be resolved on Saturday at 4pm.
