    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @Plusnet We're still having issues. Are you able to advise? He is totally unable to make or receive texts and calls and has been for numerous days. This is not the service we are paying for

    So the person taking the call at @plusnet didn't listen, doesn't seem to understand they can't redirect calls for a clients _voip_ phone system, and even though they are the one coming across as unprofessional and rude, threatens to terminate the call because I objected.

    @Plusnet Wireless. It was all fine till relatively recently. We streamed video without issue. Now even a little embedded twitter video won't play without several buffering pauses & iplayer or netflix/prime unusable.

    @EE It’s highly ironic that….with one single tweet, I got my neighbours’ phone issue sorted- with plusnet, yet here, despite multiple tweets and a visit to the shop, NOTHING can be done

    So the cabinet a @plusnet connection is on for a charity is down _again_. Down for a week, up for a week, down again today. No data. This means no phones either.
