@OpenreachHelp 15 days and 4 engineers to keep repeating ‘no fibre ports” at the cabinet!! So no connection. The parting of The Red Sea would be easier. Openreach running on steam in the age of the microchip!! Outrageous Customer Service. @Plusnet

@Plusnet to say you cancelled our internet 2 week before contract expired in error was a bit annoying this week, with hybrid working. But, to have your customer support sound like they gave 0 interest about sorting a solution is the real disappointing matter at hand. 👎🏻

@Plusnet Its disappointing in contract, but Your rep implied it was more a regulation policy not down to individual companies to force these rises. He was wrongly deflecting the responsibility I believe.

@OpenreachHelp Your organisation has been in dialogue with @Plusnet constantly why have you not suggested and carried this out!! Not acceptable to throw that back as an answer. Woeful Customer Service. Maybe you can do this tomorrow as you suggest.

@Plusnet At this point, platitudes and empty promises from the likes of yourself, John Lewis Broadband, @edfenergy , @virginmedia are not helpful to my mental and physical health, Samantha. My help blog is needed, to show levels of service with these companies, and self-help strategies.
