So now I'm in a dilemma. I've been quite happy with Plusnet this past year. Never the problems we had in Oxford with Vodafone. But that email is tantamount to attempted robbery. "Too busy to read this email properly? KERCHING!"

@LordWilsonVILLA @Plusnet We pay through the nose and get relatively **** in the name of internet speeds, whichever company you go for. Other parts of the world get ultra fast speeds, we get ultra fast wallet draining, and they call or progress.
