    @Plusnet Your contract (BT?) engineers are letting you down. Three no-shows at my elderly mother-in-laws install. We're on the last week of Virgin notice and could lose the phone number. As a customer who recommended you this is very dissapointing.

    @Plusnet have you got some connection issues in Renfrewshire right now? I’ve restarted my router twice now and nothing seems to be working.

    @onevoicesinging @Plusnet Problem is they only have 1 router and it’s rubbish. Supposed to get up to 76mb which is ok on wired connection but generally only get around 30mb on wireless 👎
