@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@Plusnet are a disgrace. They messed up an order to transfer over to them as providers. Left us mid week with no internet service for over a day and have offered £5 in compensation. Would you say this is acceptable? when we are all trying to work from home!!

@Plusnet Plus, I have neurodiverse kids, who have sensory issues. An intermittent, unstoppable static noise isn't great for them. And turning off the 5GHz capability isn't a solution. I'm not paying for a service without full capability.

@Plusnet once again you are unable to provide me with the internet speeds I pay for. It's always 15-18mb. Always. Literally the worst internet experience i've had my whole life is the 8 months I've had the misfortune of choosing Plusnet. Absolute disgrace

@eddiecoke Turns out the problem was the crappy PO router. I changed back to my old Plusnet router, logged into the router admin and entered my PO router's connection username & password. Now the connection never drops.

@TalkTalk Had it checked several times but theres an issue with fiber port. Openreach engineer marked job as complete today as Plusnet put a hold on our line (we're switching to them 24th may). We've had the hold removed. Now you are saying you cant get an engineer out for 8 days. Trash.

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met
