@Plusnet i had issues with my broadband on 23rd September. Was promised a new hub and my compliant to be escalated to a senior manager within 5 days. Neither have materialised. The service from plusnet is shocking.

@Plusnet is your broadband service down yet again? Your service is absolutely awful and the worst I’ve ever had to endure in a decade. Your router is not fit for purpose and drops connection frequently. All round shocking broadband service along with poor customer service.

@Plusnet I have multiple mental & physical health issues & rely on the wifi to keep in touch with people as I live alone in an isolated area and rarely have visitors or leave my flat. I have less that 1gb data to last 3 more weeks... Which means I can't use the support network I rely on

@kristianvanders @Plusnet That's fine, most routers are ICMP rate limited. So long as your destination isn't seeing any packet loss, there's no problem to report.

@Plusnet de56, Belper, broadband been down since midday yesterday. Seen openreach vans everywhere clearly trying to fix it, any idea when it's going to be fixed?
