@Plusnet Appreciate this is a let down from @OpenreachHelp not PN but as I have to liaise through yourselves to ensure pressure is put on them to solve the issue and not to just not turn up on the day causing our previous internet contract to terminate and costing all involved time and £!

@WeAreOpenreach My service provider ‘ PlusNet ‘ has contacted OPENREACH on several times about a new port being installed in the cabinet, after breaking YOUR PROMISE to get it done by 2nd November which wasn’t done OPENREACH have told PlusNet that you don’t have any plans to fix it
