Folks, take my advice and stay well away from @Plusnet for Internet. Dreadful service and changing goalposts as they blame light bulbs and washing machines for interfering with the service. Full of empty promises.

@TalkTalk @plusnethelp how can I stop talk talk from harassing my elderly parents? left talktalk on 19th April and joined plusnet on 26th yet are still getting bills from talktalk and now a barrage of messages from debt collectors. #talktalk don’t go there as you can never leave

@Plusnet another month. Another problem. We had a power cut yesterday. When it turned back on the Hub light is stuck on green. Tried restarting, resetting, unplugging. Literally nothing. Still green. Any suggestions?

@Phillip91gamer @IBadDriverI It's complicated there's other operators involved talk talk,virgin,Plusnet they lease the line from BT as Plusnet is BT rebranded cos monopoly had to be split between Broadband and Fiber hence endless headache for providers you don't want to upgrade your service for competition
