@SilvermanCarol @BBCBreakfast It runs over the BT Openreach network (like TalkTalk, Plusnet, etc.) so you'd only ever get as fast as you could with BT.

@Plusnet I can't believe you've asked to speak to me on the phone when I have already told you that I CAN'T SPEAK on the phone! I literally can't speak on the phone and you've still asked. What use is it asking about customer's needs and then ignoring them?
