@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@Plusnet can't change my password on my account because theres an error sending me a email and router is a steady orange with a flashing red B. I want to cancel and change internet provider because all I'm having are outages with this internet now and it's getting ridiculous

@SouthsideTrekk1 @Plusnet Yeah,first time having an issue with them. Also moving to a benefits capped service (as they do not have it but BT do), so a cancellation charge of 186 is being levied as well.

@SouthsideTrekk1 @Plusnet Also tried explaining that I prefer email etc as I have hearing issues and not always great on the phone, and, nope, phone it is. Then they asked me to rate how likely I am to recommend @Plusnet to others....

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.
