@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@Plusnet regular as clockwork as it approaches my billing date my internet starts to be intermittent. Or goes down completely as it has done now. Don't tell me wiring your engineer last person to touch it. I am in credit do not need to make payment.

@Plusnet, where customer service is the only service you receive. Great customer service folks, but I'd rather not have to keep talking to them. Two weeks of delays and regular calls. Still murdering my wallet with mobile data charges with no end in sight.

@btsportmotogp @suziperry Hi, using your power and influence can you ask BT to include a full catch up service in the BT App. At the moment there is no way to watch qualifying or a race if you miss it. Thanks. Losing @MotoGP coverage because of plusnet stopping their TV service.

@WilliamNaughto3 @Plusnet Wrong, BT own Plusnet but Plusnet have their own separate infrastructure and customer service. This is not the same as Sky or TalkTalk who use LLU to interconnect into the BT network.
