    Pinging loopback and pinging the router both show nothing wrong inside the machine or the local network - the problem is within the Plusnet network.

    @Plusnet hello I have internet problems and I can not get hold of anyone on the phone.. after 20 minute's I gave up and put the phone down.🤦

    @Plusnet But not when you find out how heartless you are. I had to increase broadband April at start of pandemic because couldn't get through to tech support and speed had plummeted. Now being charged early exit fee to leave after over five years. Will never return.

    Nobody would be complaining if they'd sold this as 'comedians sat down in their toilets/ airing cupboards talking in to a low res, 10 year old logitech webcam (streamed via the cheapest available Plusnet package)' #justthetonic
