@plusnethelp Hi Chris! I’m not even going to bother. We’ve got so many notes and complaints on our account already it wouldn’t achieve anything. I’m SO disappointed in the service we’ve had and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Plusnet 😡

We left Sky because their service was **** and we’d been recommended @Plusnet, who it turns out at the moment are even worse!! Never had such poor customer service!

@plusnethelp @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Here we go again, although I hope it doesn't turn out to be a very prolonged saga this time. Download speed intermittent/very slow today. Currently an unacceptable 0.5Mbps. OR has been active in the area providing superfast FTTP. Please check.

@Plusnet hi can I get any kind of response about what is happening to my not working broadband in Preston, lancs please? It went down about half an hour ago and will not come back up. Red light on the router. I work from home so I need a fix ASAP.

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

@plusnethelp @Plusnet awful! Every night I have to turn off my WiFi and restart it! Terrible terrible terrible!!! Please do something about it. Speed guarantee... worst connection I’ve ever had. Contact me for details please
