@Plusnet Standard replies just don’t cut it.This is more than an inconvenience.This is damaging my business.Are u going to cover my losses? Being able to log in is pointless if u can’t reply to mail. Your service is a shambles.Well over 24hrs to fix this but u haven’t.Not good enough!

@Plusnet can’t send email now! What is going? It’s well over 24hrs, cut and paste responses are not good enough. My livelihood depends on email. You went down the pan rapidly when you were swallowed up by BT. #plusnet #plusnetdown #notgoodenough

@Plusnet @barongilbert11 Was able to download a few this morning n an iPad, now nothing since 09:44 on any of the three devices set up for Plus emails. Also no emails from yesterday. Has you fault reappeared or is something else causing this outage / service issue?

@Plusnet Hi there, this is not the issue I am having. I can receive emails but I am unable to send. I get an error message of “undeliverable…error 550.” This has been going on for 3 days now. Grateful if you could investigate. Thanks
