43 days now without phone and broadband Plusnet tell meOpenreach have to much work have not got an engineer available you would have thought after 6 weeks they would have found one after continually telling people are working on the issue what a load of lies

Having the worst few days of switching to @Plusnet, firstly I didn't receive the sim for 13 days, part of it thanks to @RoyalMail. Then when I popped it in, I am not able to connect to internet. I am out of any kind of mobile internet for about 6 days now!!
