Avoid @Plusnet if you want internet. We've been having probs since start and now zero internet for two days but compensation only kicks in after 3 days no internet. If I want to cancel the useless contract, it will cost me £180! What a joke! #technology

@Plusnet Thanks. Thats exactly what i wanted and was told this wasn't possible which annoyed me as I am a loyal customer with 3x sim only deals with u and my fibre broadband, and I wanted 2 of the 3 sim only deals added to this and was told that would not be possible.

Another day, another problem with @Plusnet Internet connections. If you're looking for a new isp then I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
