@Plusnet for a company that seems to pride themselves on a finagled high end customer service, it seems virtually impossible to actually contact you without getting tossed about to non PN support forums and the like. i need to report my router/service not being fit for purpose.

Thanks to the incompetence of @Plusnet employees we are without iternet for a whole month. Absolute shambles. All we did was move house. This should have been really straight forward. Utterly crap #CustomerExperience

@Plusnet Let down AGAIN this morning after promise that engineer would be out to sort out issue between 08.00 and 13.00 today. No engineer - no update - no surprise. Waiting for installation since October 25th. Absolutely shocking service!!
