    @SkyHelpTeam How useless are Sky? Moved to @Plusnet Sept, Sky keep debiting my acc. Spoke to Sky last month who apologised as Sky had failed to cancel my account and Sky owe me money. Just got an email ‘you’ve cancelled your DD don’t lose your services’. Sort it please!!

    and state it needs to agreed by techsupport to waive the fees?? I paid £27 or something in the region to join a service like @Plusnet who do NOT Do You Proud.Woeful customer service response from <Justin> and overall disappointment from a very unprofessional company. Please avoid

    Signed up for broadband with Plusnet, they cancelled my order but didn't tell me why. Tried ringing them, tweeting them but can't get anywhere. Where is their award winning service?

    My first ever call to @Plusnet and I’m waiting 30 minutes and counting for you to answer. My landline not working since the switch. Poor service.

    @plusnethelp Hi there, I asked for support on this before but I was ignored. My Plusnet Hub keeps disconnecting from the internet at least 4 or 5 times a day now. I work from home, so it's making things harder and it's also disrupting our entertainment viewing.

    @Plusnet An aged friend of mines telephone line and broadband has been out of service since 3rd of December, he has been told by Plusnet that the fault is at the exchange, he has been told again this morning that 'systems are down' after waiting for an hour on his mobile!
