    @LouiseA17186459 Hi Louise! So line rental costs are essential for a broadband connection. The broadband service runs on the same line as the phone so this is necessary for either or both services, if that makes sense.     @Plusnet this still hasn't been resolved! Day 6 now without service, no response from any of your support either. I'm reliant on WiFi to email you and contact you here. Can you at least send me a new sim so I can continue to contact friends and family? While I continue to wait 😴

    @Plusnet Hi Emily in past 6 days I have restarted device as many times as I haven't done in year. And No still Is NoT working. Turn off sim out NOT working. Flying mode Not working. Manual network Not working. So what did yr team fixed?

    @Plusnet Please stop advising and telling people they can port in their old number before you fix the issue. Warning to the new joiner, DO NOT port in your number to Plusnet.

    @Plusnet pride themselves on customer service. It's 2022 and you can't cancel online and "all their staff are in a meeting until 12.15 so call back later" .. absolutely ridiculous. Can't wait to get shot of this crap internet.

    @NeilZammit5 @Plusnet @ktnolanxx Same problem. Been two weeks now. Poor communication on issue from Plusnet, no indication if or when it will be sorted. Couldn’t cancel within the 14 days or number would be lost. Have had to get another sim and as soon as I can I will be requesting a PAC and a refund.
