@Plusnet My home phone, 01507 343521 is down. No dial tone. I have returned home from major heart surgery today so a landline is VITAL to me. Please will you get this fixed as a matter of urgency? Also, why only phone a nd twitter. Why can't I log a complaint via email or online.

@Plusnet absolutely disgusted with this company, customer service is non existent, Charged me £130 for leaving my contract early then passed the debt on after a few weeks even tho I had a dispute with them about the service I was received from them. Dont go near !!!

@sarforalltosee @MrsM_here We’re happy with Zen who aren’t the cheapest but worked better for something quite specific which was a problem with plusnet. Had a pretty bad experience with Talk Talk, not a great fan of Virgin customer service

@Plusnet @Samboss_ Why are you sending down updates to routers which resets all the parameters? This just happened to me out of the blue. Luckily I'm tech-savvy enough to log in to the router dashboard but 99% of other people wouldn't know!!!
