Dear @Plusnet - seems you've known about the "change payment method" being broken for YEARS now, and have STILL not done a thing to fix it. I may just cancel my Direct Debit since you can't be bothered to fix it so I can pay you. Broken on on Edge, broken on Firefox also.

@Plusnet Iv have a contract that runs for the next 16mths. However you only provide FTTC as you are locked to the Openreach network. Other ISP’s are now able to offer FTTP (much faster speeds) in my area. Am I able to exit early without penalty? There is no date for Openreach.

@Plusnet I currently do not have any broadband service. The up date from your Chatbot is stating it will be back on line by 23:59 tonight, which is more than 24h!! Can this deadline be improved?
