@EllesBailey @virginmedia Keep hearing similar stories on our local Facebook group. If it’s just internet you’re looking for I would recommend Plusnet. Been with them ever since they started. Hardly ever a problem and when there is one it’s dealt with quickly.

@TalkTalk BT & Plusnet customers had a 2 hour outage from midnight last night, meanwhile it is now almost 24hrs later and I still don’t have internet?!? In the SAME BUILDING. When can I expect to have service restored? #talktalkfail #customerexperience

@OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

@Plusnet I'm really disappointed in this, too. I've been with them for almost a decade, I think. I used to RAVE to people about the quality of their support, years ago, and now it's apparently non-existent. Such a shame. @plusnethelp @Plusnet
