My ongoing (8th day now without landline or internet ) with @Plusnet is mostly down to Open Reach . They came out on Saturday , made the problem even worse ran out of daylight saying they would be back Sunday , still waiting . Been told there’s nothing they can do !!!

@Dr_Bekka_UK @TalkTalk Talktalk have terrible customer service. I really rate PlusNet on their customer service if that helps. Not that it fixes your current situation.

If anyone is thinking of changing to Plusnet as a provider of broadband or landline I strongly urge against that . I am currently having an absolute nightmare trying to get them to restore a down service . Now over a week
