Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@amandajp17 @Plusnet Absolutely. For a company that prides itself on customer service it's pathetic. Heaven forbid if they want to keep their landline and in a poor mobile area. It's always call them....and wait. As most of the current moves aren't at a customers behest, they should be ringing us.

NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, donβt set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.

Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@Plusnet @BECCABEAN You really aren't thinking about your customers. I asked a simple question about being moved whilst out of contract and just get the stupid bots.
-
Liz (@Liz14752830) reported@TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service
-
Tee (@TGunson) reported@johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. Iβll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends
