    @steventeague16 If you haven't done so already, can you please test the speed of a device which is connecting directly to the router via Ethernet; rather than through the Mesh? It would also help if you do this while no other devices are connected. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @plusnethelp Hey Plusnet. You have archived one of my mailboxes and left an email in there saying "please contact our support team by raising a ticket using the Help Assistant on our website". Would you like to give me a clue as to where that is, cos I've been looking for 20 min.

    @vodafoneuk My broadband went live a week ago and still no router, or even an estimate of when it might arrive. Should not have been switched from plusnet until router dispatched. Shocking service. Have been told I’ll get compensation but how and when will this be organised?
