    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isnโ€™t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and Iโ€™ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I donโ€™t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course Iโ€™ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

    @bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed itโ€™s Vodafoneโ€™s, BTโ€™s order failed (CONโ€‘0004). Iโ€™ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone wonโ€™t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    @Plusnet how incompetent can a company be? forced me to transition to EE without my consent, closed my account now threatening legal action for non payment of cancellation fees. Spent days on phone with you and EE nobody wants to own the issue. Refused to give an email address

    @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same ยฃ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

    It's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend.Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach

    @joclegg @plusnet I'm in ME8. They've told me its a major outage but will be fixed by 6.20 pm. That Downdetector is rubbish.
