Hello once more @Plusnet - "some customers may be experiencing difficulties". Yes - for 4 days now. Still can't receive or send emails. Still no explanation. Pitiful customer service. I'm looking for another ISP because this is useless. What is going on?

@Plusnet It seems very much that none of your guys work 24/7, whereas many of your service users do, or rather would if you managed to fix your service. You keep saying it is OK when it is absolutely not. You are now staying off Twitter it appears.

@OpenreachHelp Hi, I’ve spoken to @Plusnet re an outage in CM6 which they say is an external fault since yesterday but won’t get fixed until Tuesday afternoon. Bearing in mind people rely on an internet connection to work from home, is this really acceptable?

@Plusnet Hi, This issue has still not been dealt with. The account holder rang earlier and was told he would be rang back within 10 minutes but he has not.

@Plusnet simply issuing the same, bland, uninformative statement every few hours does nothing to reassure customers that Plusnet know what the issue is and have the capability to fix it. Anymore of this stand-offish nonsense and I too will be off.

@Plusnet I can log in but get continuous “Fetch” errors so can’t see any emails which means it’s next to useless…

@samyidcharteris @virginmedia @plusnet I can’t recommend. Currently day 4 of no email no poor communication regarding what the issue is

@alastairjgilroy @SkyHelpTeam Had exactly the same issue with Sky. After hours of calls to support they refused to admit it was an issue their end so I left in my cooling off period, moving to Plusnet. The instant the line was switched over to Plusnet all devices could again connect to Netflix.
