So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet Emailed Jamie Ford CEO of @plusnet about a **** up by them which has left me - a home worker - without broadband for at least the next 3 weeks. No response. Not even an acknowledgement. Very poor. Wish I'd changed supplier now.

Hi @Plusnet is their problems with the internet connection at the moment in Chichester area ?mine has been playing up since last week & I need it for being able to work at home

@DavidByrnand @Plusnet Similar but early cancellation fee applies. Even for them been absolutely useless and causing stress through no fault of our own. Already been charged an early cancellation fee even though we still have the service.
