I’d love to move to a different supplier and go elsewhere but since nobody can tell me if my line is sorted/connected/completed I’m worried that I’ll start the whole loop of problems that @Plusnet blame on openreach all over again 🙈🙈🙈🙈

@ShippersUnbound @virginmedia I don’t know if this is helpful to you, Tim, as I don’t know where you live and what media package(s) you have, but our internet service and landline provider for many years has been John Lewis, who use PlusNet to deliver the services, and we have had no cause for complaints.

@Plusnet And you had contract for almost an year and still internet doesn't work properly and keep getting fake promises. Rip off company
