Hi @ShellEnergyHome I need to move my father-in-law away from his current broadband provider (@Plusnet) as I cannot help him renegotiate his contract. If I were to move him, can he add me as an authorised contact on his account and would I be able to renegotiate his contract?

Hi @Plusnet please can you sort out my broadband. It keeps dropping. Speed also varies. I've Txt HELP several times. Fault with line one moment, no fault with line the next... Never had any problems up until recently...
