So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

I recently switched to @Plusnet leading to many drops in connection. Their advisor blamed the issue on the hardwiring and said that an engineer would cost a significant fee! (1/3)

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

@Plusnet Hi team. I've moved over to hey broadband. They have used their own line and I need to cancel plus net but you only say to phone if im moving to virgin. How do I get in contact with your team to sort this ?@HeyBroadband
