@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@GemmaWent @Plusnet my fibre broadband runs @100mbps which suits me, but my neighbour manages to get more yet we have identical setups and are only 100yds from the exchange at the bottom of our road. I am not a techie hopefully this forum will help🍀

@StiltonNinja Hi there, sorry for the delay. The IP address issue was regarding a 3rd party company that provides the IP addresses. This has since been resolved, so you should be back to normal with streaming services. Nathan – Plusnet (Doncaster)

@plusnet My internet has been off for a week and I have very poor coverage on my mobile phone. I have tried to explain that it’s not my house , the fibre has been cut to the village .I want you to find out what’s going on . All I get from you is a bot 🙄

@ACTBrigitte I have to say I always appreciate getting either US or UK based support teams, always had great experience with Amazon, Aspect, PlusNet and Delinea, and the complete opposite with Virgin Media, O2, HP and Dell
