    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet It's not the router/internet that's the problem. It's the mobile signal that's the problem.

    @Plusnet is there a reason my Internet disconnects every 10/15 minutes? Not to mention everyday at 1pm and again at 1am it drops everyday without fail

    Yet again disgraceful service from @Plusnet STILL not supplying agreed speeds so in breach of contract. Also in breach of their complaints procedure by not only failing to respond in timescale, but also not even acknowledging the complaint. But I can't leave cos of contract???
