@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@TalkTalk Why nobody in your company has the backbone to pick up a phone and explain why you didn’t repair, why I got charged, why I had to pay a exit fee, Plusnet sorted it in 3 days and I’ve never had such a good signal by the way it was a faulty master socket

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@gadget_gaz Hi there @gadget_gaz, I'm sorry your having problems switching your service. I get that this must be so annoying and I would like to get it sorted for you. Could you DM me your Plusnet username so I can have a peak at your account? -Mike.P Sheffield

  • gadget_gaz Gary Stephens (@gadget_gaz) reported

@Plusnet @BTSopenreach don't know who is causing our issues but no service for a week since we were due to be switched over. Compensation means nothing when we can't get any work done/watch tv/basically do anything. I've been patient but it's getting silly now

  • DougPaterson1 Doug (@DougPaterson1) reported

@Plusnet you're all "arent we kind by giving yoi a reduced price to renew again". You should give loyal long term customers the cheap price on a 1 month contrast and rely on your "service" to retain them. But you can't do that can you? Wonder why?
