@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Just called your customer service no. "Push 1 if you'd like to speak to someone. If not, thanks for calling" Pushes 1. Phone hangs up. Why would I call customer services? Not to listen to a recorded message.

For @Plusnet Fleur in Customer Services not only has the tech know how, which is a given, but is patience & curticy personified when dealing with a technophobe.

@TimGander @virginmedia But I will say, even though Plusnet are on a BT line, they are good - I went to them about a new customer deal as an existing customer and they gave it to me, so swings and roundabouts

@JHow989 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Best thing I ever did was get on BT. Full control over it. What the companies tend to do is only release a smaller bandwidth to each customer, more you pay more bandwidth you get. Hence getting shitty WiFi from plus net /talk talk etc.

@plusnethelp Problems accessing Plusnet mobile account. Isn't recognising either password, email or phone number (doesn't say which is wrong)

@SPCoulson @Plusnet spoofed numbers are still spoofed numbers, no UK telco bothers to stop or prevent them and blocking is (as always) a whack a mole problem.
