@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet Upgraded my plan, told sometime in next 10 days my internet will switch. Sat at my desk today ready for another work day from home to find I have no internet and won’t until midnight. Where was the warning? If I had known I would have warned my colleagues! Poor form PN.

@steve87540247 Not yet! @Plusnet is the provider & they said BT will fix as fault at the exchange. Ridiculous the time it takes when we all need to stay home but need the internet! #comeonBT

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we are under the impression now that 1 of our volunteers has received a debt letter at their home address! how is that even possible? we have evidence of all our past correspondence with you we even emailed Phil Jensen detailing the bad service (2 of 2)

@plusnethelp Are existing customers able to contact Plusnet customer support via web chat or email? I have a family member who is hard of hearing, so phone support won't work.

My parents are still without internet almost 3 weeks after @Plusnet said @OpenreachHelp needed to “test something”. This is some really **** customer service for us being new customers. And to think we moved away from @virginmedia because they weren’t able to fix their line.

@Ofcom is there any way to get service restored? Internet is such an important part of life even more so with the effects of the pandemic. @Plusnet is just incapable of even applying pressure to @OpenreachHelp to fix the issue and we are still paying for internet we don’t have.

@lizpusey @plusnethelp @Plusnet That's attrocious service. Might be worth talking to Money Saving Expert, or even You and Yours. They'll bump Plusnet into action and maybe reduce the chances of it happening again.
