Plusnet Issues Reports Near Longworth, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Longworth and nearby locations:

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

  • LiosaMGC *°:⋆ LisaMGC ⋆:°* (@LiosaMGC) reported

@SketchNI @Plusnet i'd be happy with what we're paying for tbh, but we're not even getting that, they asked me to bring my desktop downstairs last time and connect my pc directly to the router...i was like not possible babe its connected to the wires through the damn walls

  • stephen_kahn Stephen Kahn (@stephen_kahn) reported

@BTBusiness I'm sole trader been with BT for 18 yrs want to renew at end of contract but on different package. Told there is a downgrade charge & I would not get same kit as new customer but no I'm not being penalised. Interesting service! @VodafoneBiz @plusnet can you do better

  • thomtheknight Thom Knight (@thomtheknight) reported

@LiosaMGC @Plusnet I have PlusNet and have found their website support very good, would recommend contacting them through that.

  • AndyJGuttridge1 AndyJGuttridge 🍻🍕🎮🌄 (@AndyJGuttridge1) reported

@ThingsByNik I've used plusnet for 5 plus years in three different places and never lost Internet connection once like I used to with talk talk. Also able to get bt sport cheaper and not on a contract so just sign up for football season.

  • Scubadooper Matt Bleasdale (@Scubadooper) reported

@Plusnet "Our award-winning, UK based customer support is available 7 days a week 0800 432 0200" BT (Plusnet's parent company): "The number you are calling is not recognised, please check the number and try again" So how exactly do I contact your award winning customer support?

  • ReetNortherner4 Alastair 🏳️‍🌈 (@ReetNortherner4) reported

@hookandpinweb I've never really had issues with Plusnet, and remember they use BT infrastructure.

  • PlumTory ToryPlum #IStandWithJeremyCorbyn (@PlumTory) reported

@UKLabour Even if this wasn't disingenuous and didn't look like a contact us icon on a support page for plusnet (such is your inspiring new colour scheme), this is just so tepid and uninspiring. Rather than an alternative transformative vision, you're offering me an extra £50. Shove it.

  • Grumpyduck Chris (@Grumpyduck) reported

@BlondieRodge I changed my broadband supplier to Plusnet in order to get a much cheaper access to BTSport. Owned by BT, Plusnet were £20 cheaper per month than BT themselves.! Only trouble is my 18 months is up on April .

  • LiosaMGC *°:⋆ LisaMGC ⋆:°* (@LiosaMGC) reported

@SketchNI @Plusnet you'd think for something so damn necessary (internet) they'd take the time to try and have better customer service
