@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Okay, so I'm having some really weird issues with my @Plusnet fibre. Tech people don't seem to have a clue. Can load pages and messages, but very slow and laptop says it isn't connected. Have globe icon in the corner. Updates will not run. Says no connection on Ethernet either.

@Plusnet @Plusnet Hi, I am plusnet mobile customer. I have seen that the offers for new customers offer more data. Given I am a customer already, can I get those offers? Thanks

Any chance of the referendums?

@LouiseScottACTS Plusnet. Aside from I pay £18 p/m for fast (ultimately BT) broadband, the customer service is great. Speak to a human pretty instantly.

@Plusnet Does it mean I won't need to restart my router 3 times a day like for the last 3 weeks still? Coverage in Nottingham has gone awful

@plusnet Your engineer says he can’t fix our problem and we should be on ASDL. Have you called us to follow up? No. #poorservice. #complaint
