@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Ofcom @PSAuthorityUK it seems replying to free shortcodes (e.g. NHS, bank transaction verification, STOP to marketing msgs) is not supported on some MVNOs, esp those using EE (@plusnet, ecotalk, TTMM), locking users out of services. Should carriers not be compelled to support?

@Stewarthanson18 Hi Stewart, I'm really sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service, it's disappointing when issues go on with no resolution to them. You can drop me a DM with your username and what it is you're experiencing, I'd be more than happy to take a look -Curtis, Plusnet Sheff
