Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡
-
Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty
-
Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?
-
Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...
-
Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!
-
english (@BeingEngland) reported from Kennington, England@DANIELJAMESREC Great idea. Unfortunately my provider @Plusnet doesn't support short text numbers.

Kanu Dutt Pathak (@kanu84) reported@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet Help - We have no broadband for last 1 hour. Is there any fault in Warrington area?
-
GromitFoxZero (@gromitfoxzero) reported@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot
-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
Pete Jackson #FBPE🐟🌻🇺🇦💙🐝🇪🇺🐾🍻👋 (@PeteJ134) reported@Plusnet Disgusting practice fining my 91yo mother for cancelling her phone service early due to moving home for health reasons. No sympathy shown by your staff either. Cold heartless company.
-
Ann Jones (@littlehaven2014) reported@Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.
-
Mike Vine (@10mjv) reported@Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks
-
Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported@plusnet of all the organisations I've had to deal with after my father's death you have been the worst. No dedicated bereavement team, no sensitivity & unhelpful in the extreme. Why do you make a stressful & upsetting task so hard?
-
estevén (@superpaddiepads) reported@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
-
Paul Kennedy (@paulx1v) reported@Plusnet just been informed by Openreach that it will be another six weeks before they can connect us to the full fibre network. Not particularly happy with that, anything you can do to help?
-
Damo🏴 (@nanotek7) reported@Plusnet Please is there someone looking into the outage at KY1, a lot of neighbours down since 2am today. Could not WFH today 🥲Thanks.
