@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@plusnet my internet keeps switching off and on again. The connect has also gone really slow like it did before it cut off for a month back in October. Can someone please have a look at it remotely before it completely packs in again. Continual poor service this. Really bad.
