  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • MilsDay Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Are there any issues in the SO42 area please? About 45 mins ago connection went down and normal troubleshooting is having no effect (permanent orange and flashing broadband red light).

Incidentally, whilst I was moaning my plusnet billing last night, I should give credit. Their customer service people are generally very helpful, understanding, and want to resolve problems when they crop up. Unlike some organisations I could name.

  • Skypirate_ 🎩 Luke Ray ルーク レイ (@Skypirate_) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

So nobody been living in this flat since last year but apparently there was a cease order on my phone line? What ********? I'm guessing someone in the plusnet team doesn't 100% know what they are talking about.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@ghostofpieface Hi Phil, I'm sorry to hear that you have been having problems with the speed and stability of your connection. Is this solely affecting your wireless connections or are wired connections affected too? Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

  • ADMason Andy Mason (@ADMason) reported

@Plusnet Hi, any issues in BS30 area? Broadband’s gone down at least *four* times throughout today (and orange light on router). Normally very stable, but something isn’t right. Need any further info? Cheers, Andy.

@HubNutVids If your landline / broadband is with BT the likes of Plusnet / Sky / Talktalk are cheaper with mostly better service. Mobile wise, you can get an unlimited SIM only contract from 3 for approx £25 a month (unlimited data) and O2 150GB for a similar price.

  • Skypirate_ 🎩 Luke Ray ルーク レイ (@Skypirate_) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@Plusnet got me with your adverts and headline price of £29.99 a month, what you fail to point out, although its in the fine print, is your call charges, if you ring during the day they are exorbitant and you put your prices up 3.9% every June plus the CPI. Be aware people!!
