@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Hey @Plusnet! I’m a big fan, but I’ve been waiting on the phone for over an hour now - having been cut off once - to speak to customer services after you failed to complete my Fibre upgrade. It’s not a good look.

Plusnet a month ago . Your current monthly plan is to rise from your current £31to £42.00 as your plan is coming to an end .However we would like to offer you a new monthly price plan for 18m of £21 oooh woopy doo!!! Signs up for it. 4weeks LATER Dear customer unfortunately

@Plusnet GL1 is there an Internet problem? Keeps dropping out for last 2 days! I don't care but my 13 Yr old does as he's on his ps4 and it's my ears that get bashed!
