@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Almost died of fright after banging on front door - After recent assault by neighbour (cause of head injury) was last thing I needed - Turned out someone here called an ambulance - Appreciated but had calmed down/was sleeping stress off. Utterly freaked out/shaking like leaf! 🤯

@yvonnemurphy53 @Plusnet I mean - sky charge for landline rental? It’s ridiculous!!!! We still have tv with them but cancelled home phone and broadband and are now saving £20+ a MONTH and have better broadband service.... seriously... they take the absolute p*ss...

@SamToddd @TRrift @RaymanXCS Change to a less popular provider like post office or plusnet, they both gave me engineers instantly when ever i had a problem and prices are better sometimes with better speeds
