    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet one of your advisors has just rung me, I haven't aske to be contacted by phone. He was unsuccessful, tried once ,so will ring tomorrow, or i can ring him as he's there until three pm... I.dont need to be rung, just answer my. Complaint via the ticket raised!!

    Shocking service from @Plusnet . Several calls to try and get internet back. Advised new router coming. Never arrived. Phoned to cancel. 30 mins and adviser not interested. “That’s fine, cancelled oh and we will charge you despite no internet for a month” #minusnet

    @Plusnet what's the latest on your broadband outage?, this is ridiculous, being told 7pm on the 27th at the earliest which is shocking. Im sure if I didnt pay my bill you'd want to know why. It seems BT openreach dont work weekend's and your happy with that, not us lot 😡
