@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

  • MsJinnifer JinnynotJenny (@MsJinnifer) reported

@Plusnet Too late. I'm leaving for a supplier that supports wi-fi calling, since I doubt I'll ever persuade you that my signal is rubbish. And it wasn't broadband -- it was mobile! I wouldn't say 'signal' for broadband.

  • snapshot0681 Chris Tweed (@snapshot0681) reported

@Plusnet our internet connection keeps dropping out, router flashing red last few days. Is there an issue?

  • KireeP24 OGKP24 (@KireeP24) reported

@Plusnet Nope still doesn't work and has dropped out again. Drops out every evening 🤷

  • minnie12000 Niamh (@minnie12000) reported

@Plusnet Ten years ago, my parents (who are now pensioners) joined Plusnet and today they will be leaving. They’ve inadvertently signed up to a contract they can’t keep up with. Unfortunately nothing customer services can do, very disappointing for loyal customer.

  • coltom9 Colin Thomas (@coltom9) reported

@Plusnet Hi, my father in laws internet has been down since Thursday. Orange light and flashing red b on his box. Any ideas?

  • shakytripod Blurryphoto (@shakytripod) reported

So much for @Plusnet 'award winning' customer service. Cancelled my contract due no signal. Told no charges owed but still trying to charge & CS not sorting out, not passing 2 supervisor. Dreadful🤬 @itvMLshow @telegraphmoney

  • roseannerainbo4 roseanne rainbow (@roseannerainbo4) reported

@Plusnet you’ve sent me another Plusnet mobile bill! I don’t have Plusnet mobile! I’ve tried the link to “Help and support “ at the bottom of your email-DOESN’T WORK!! I’m a very happy satisfied Plusnet broadband customer but I’m beginning to lose my patience!!

  • neilmuirhead1 Neil Muirhead (@neilmuirhead1) reported

@scouseblue48 No mate Plusnet, I've told them ,they've been the worst provider I've ever had, they do though now think it might actually be a faulty router. Said they'd replace it if needed

  • MarcSchmitz18 Marc Schmitz (@MarcSchmitz18) reported

@Plusnet Hi Matt, are you telling me that with the package we have, we can’t stream anything? Seems a bit odd that Plusnet offers its clients a service which makes it impossible to stream any programme.

  • paulamos80 Weather Paul (@paulamos80) reported
