    @Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    Hey @Plusnet I have been with you guys for many, many years, and over these many years, your braodband speeds have gone down hill big time. I started off with you guys at around 36Mb/s, it dropped to 32Mb/s for many years, now It's around 25Mb/s! I pay £55/Mnth! Whats the deal?

    @Plusnet Hi, I’m wanting to cancel my order with you as I’m finding it very frustrating as in able to get questions answered via chat line or telephoning. Please note I no longer wish to pursue my transfer to Plusnet under my rights during statutory cooling off period.

    @Plusnet How do I get help with my landline. I have dialing tone but any number (including medical assistance) comes up as dead sound? No calls in either as they get the same their end.

    @Plusnet You've completely cocked up my phone and broadband transfer to you. I need to know what is going on, but I've been on hold for 30 minutes now. Award winning support? Doesn't say a lot for the industry.

    @Plusnet It's not his broadband, it's his landline. An engineer was allegedly doing "something" yesterday but failed to fix it. My broadband isn't working. Nor is my mobile signal functional.

    @Plusnet just spent 25 minutes trying to get through on the phone. I moved house a week ago and still no wifi transferred over due to a problem with the phone line. Was meant to have an update Friday and still nothing. 😵‍💫

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My condolences George. It seems to be the strategy of all mobile companies. We ended up with bad credit and couldn't get a mortgage over a 38 quid debt because plusnet wouldn't cancel a contract!
