@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

I got onto citizens advice bureau and they said they are in breach of contract as they have twice denied me the adequate amount of time to pay my bill. Get onto someone about it so they can't get away with it.

@Plusnet Hi, I haven’t moved house, that’s the whole problem. I only changed my contract as my previous one was coming to an end & somebody made the error your end & apparently it’s cut us off completely, which is why I’m waiting for a new hub & new connection to be set up! No update.
