@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet I've been trying to cancel my account for a month after moving. Can only be done by phone- no answer x lots. Called by you today to collect my outstanding payment. Yes, I said, now can I cancel. Money taken. Transferred to cancellation team.. 1/2

@ChrisM4Chester is there a more incompetent company than @BT_Openreach and @Plusnet? We have been trying to get them to install broadband at St Thomas of Canterbury church since July last year and yet again they have screwed up installation. Their customer service is a joke!
