Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@AmirTaghan @Plusnet Although Plusnet didn't mention it, check with your bank it could be cancelled on your end, and when Plusnet come to collect it could potentially cause problems later on. So check there if cancelled, contact Plusnet to set up a new DD mandate.

@Plusnet still only getting 10.45 mbps on ethernet connection. This is ongoing problem guess you don't like keeping customers just getting new customers. Oh and before you tell me it's my end I used to get 50mbps with Talk Talk and when I first signed up with you.

@Plusnet cut my broadband off but never even sent me a single bill and I haven't been notified of any issues with my direct debit. Poor service. This needs to be fixed so I can work!

Hi @Plusnet Having broadband issues nearly every night for the last month. Keeps cutting out, for up to an hour sometime, shouldn’t be happening this much. Please sort this out.
