-
Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reported@Plusnet Cost? A bit like tethering then? I'd not thought of that. Considering the earliest date for reconnection is to be the 28th March (from the 1st March outage) and it could be some time in April, if it is a gift the. Yes. If cost involved, no. Could I tether to my android?
-
James Lane (@jhl_digital_ag) reported@Plusnet credit (literally) where credit is due. Noticed a load of calls on landline that have never made on latest bill and v.quick to answer at 7.30pm on Saturday night, dealt with refund and also helped sort dial tone. Excellent customer service! #plusnet #customerservice

Stephen Spencer has gone elsewhere (@stephenspencer) reported@Ofcom @PSAuthorityUK it seems replying to free shortcodes (e.g. NHS, bank transaction verification, STOP to marketing msgs) is not supported on some MVNOs, esp those using EE (@plusnet, ecotalk, TTMM), locking users out of services. Should carriers not be compelled to support?
