    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    The @Plusnet forum has "superusers" who are idiotic, toxic and aggressive with insults. I'm seriously contemplating cancelling the service just because the views of people representing PlusNet are so disappointing. #broadband #fail #plusnet

    @Plusnet is there any point? If it's already migrated it seems like a done deal. I'm just annoyed that now I have to accept t&cs ofa service I didn't want and provide a load of info, just to cancel it.
