@Plusnet HELP! Our internet’s gone down, how can we get it up and running in the next 1 hour and 11 minutes before we open?!

  • 2012neil2012 Outdoorsey (@2012neil2012) reported from Dunston, England

@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • ChattonCottages Sheila Bull (@ChattonCottages) reported from Riding Mill, England

@Plusnet If only..... 3 months ans till not connected. Dreadful service

  • amygrantpsych Amy Grant (@amygrantpsych) reported

@Plusnet hi, I called earlier today to cancel my contract as I have gone with another provider. My contract was due to end on 01/06/22 anyway, but I was told i will be charged a fee for cancelling. Please can you explain this?

  • WTEBN Will 📸 (@WTEBN) reported

@M0THB0Y @Plusnet I was with them before. The internet speed and reliability was a bit patchy but their customer service was infinitely better than TalkTalk. Unfortunately I have a long time before I can make a change.

  • custardwarrior Aaron hassan (@custardwarrior) reported

@Plusnet I got my partner's mam to sign up with plusnet online and she put down my username as a referral her services are up and running but I haven't received any refer a friend bonuses

  • kaiaetc Kaironavirus (@kaiaetc) reported

@Plusnet Hi, We upgraded our contract to a cheaper option and since then our BT Sport app has been disconnected from our account. We were told this wouldn't affect the app. We sent a request to get it up and working again but it's still pending four days later. Can you help?

  • HomotopiaFest Homotopia (@HomotopiaFest) reported

Hey @Plusnet, been on hold for 55 mins, spoke to three people and not getting anywhere. We're a small team running a non profit could do with some actual support. Thanks, Olivia

  • CharBinns Char Binns 🏃🏻‍♀️🏳️‍🌈 (@CharBinns) reported

@HomotopiaFest @Plusnet And @Plusnet if you're going to keep people on hold for an hour, can you at least get more than 4 hold songs?! Listening to the same songs on repeat is making us even more annoyed by your lack of basic customer service...

  • corbs536 sussie (@corbs536) reported

@Plusnet how the hell do you leave this company. 3 months I’ve been trying to stop my service with you because I have a company that can actually supply me broadband 24 hours a day. Last month I had words with a member of staff because emails cancelling service isn’t acceptable

  • rideabike3 rideabike (@rideabike3) reported

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @EE I work freelance & once wrote registered post to CFO of broadband company to say that I would be charging them my hourly rate for any time spent on their mess. I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.
