    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @danialhussain24 @asda_mobile I just moved to plusnet (ee). Great prices, signal and service (uk call centre and not Egypt). Now asda are with holding y outstanding credit. Asdamobile you are a bunch of thieves.

    I swear to god @Plusnet is such a scam I disconnected from my Xbox party twice. N I swear to god if they do a little reply asking if I want help I will punch a wall because there’s nothing to help I have seen so many people complain about issues yet they do nothing

    @Plusnet Spent 20 mins on phone to support and no answer so: Phone line went dead yesterday evening and no VDSL either. This morning VDSL back but line still has no dial tone but very loud crackles. Number : 01386751738 Followed your troubleshooter but comes back as "UNCLEAR"

    @Plusnet Please can someone help me get our Broadband up again? We reported a fault on 9th April and we are still waiting... On hold yet again... No answers... No help. Plusnet Customer Service appears to be a joke

    @Plusnet 83 year old Mum. No phone, internet or community alarm since Monday. Repeatedly told due to mass outage despite service ticket dated 23/10/2018. Today, many calls later told there is no outage and an engineers visit is needed. We need this fixed tomorrow!
