  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • ChattonCottages Sheila Bull (@ChattonCottages) reported from Riding Mill, England

@Plusnet If only..... 3 months ans till not connected. Dreadful service

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • 2012neil2012 Outdoorsey (@2012neil2012) reported from Dunston, England

@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

@Plusnet find it a total disgrace there is no email provided for business complaints being held to ransom to upgrade or left with the same outdated useless router if I don’t. One customer lost when contract is up

  • Kevin_Bridgend Kevin Jones #FBPE (@Kevin_Bridgend) reported

@Plusnet Just to update everyone, the fault has been resolved with Bob's help. Call was raised on Feb 9th, it was sorted on March 31st but I am delighted to see it working again even if it was a huge struggle to get plus net netops team to accept if was a problem on their server.

  • Andi_J_H Drew Hunt (@Andi_J_H) reported

@Plusnet doing all they can to provide a great service. As for the present provider simply unbelievable! Emailing, posting, delaying to the extent that it's near harassment. Get it straight! You get paid until Monday. Soon, the only TT we wil be involved with will is on the IoM

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet as I logged on today I saw if I was a new customer I would be charged £9 instead of £10.93 ,as I’m a long term customer. I thought “April Fool” .. but nope penalised for being a long term customer. Cracking .

  • SpiceSugarand Sugar and Spice (@SpiceSugarand) reported

@Plusnet hi my mobile signal strength has been very poor/non existent over the last few days. Do you know if there’s a reason for this? Thanks

@Plusnet no mobile internet just sometimes H+ for more then 3 weeks , what is issue ,why nobody fixing it ?

  • DougieLawson Dougie Lawson (@DougieLawson) reported

@LJB41 My Plusnet internet has been rock solid (since Mar2020) with no outages during the day except when the mains failed. Only problem I've got is 27Mbps down / 5Mbps up. I've been logged on to systems all over the world. I have to say an AWS desktop sucks (due to my low bandwidth).

  • YAGWG The Man Who Shouldn't Exist (@YAGWG) reported

@Plusnet I need to raise a formal complaint: what's the fastest way to do that?

  • JakeAvis96 Jake Avis (@JakeAvis96) reported

@Plusnet hey, if I've had my refund after moving provider can I now cancel my direct debit with my bank? Thanks!

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet why do you seek to punish long term customers ?. My current deal (as a long term customer )is now £10.93 a month … new customer pays £9. Fantastic.
