  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet broadband outage in street. BT, Sky, Zen provide decent customer service to neighhours. Plusnet still haven't confirmed my problem is going to be fixed. Shockingly bad service.

  • tcfioftfic tcfi (@tcfioftfic) reported

@Plusnet a number of our Members of The ******* Idiots Club are having problems with their Plus Net Broadband connections. Is this due to the heatwave or some other problem? tcfioftfic

  • orchard_end Ian Watson (@orchard_end) reported

@Plusnet Only been a customer for three and utterly brassed off with Plusnet. Why on earth don't you warn people up front that if they include a PAC code in the order there is a great chance their number will be ported and so cut them off while waiting for the new SIM to arrive.

  • TheCraigusus Craig (@TheCraigusus) reported

@diamondsforex @Plusnet I fully agree. Do not use them, for anything. They draw you in with their 'cheap' prices. BUT, you get what you pay for. Poor service, poor customer support.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@felixeve Hi there Felix, I'm really sorry for how long it's taken for us to reply, we're much busier than usual at the moment I'm glad the issue has been fixed but please feel free to get back to us on a DM with your username if you need any further support. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield.

  • ProfPilk A P (@ProfPilk) reported

@rodakthered @Plusnet I think it is because they only have 3G partners and many countries are turning this service off as they have 4 and 5G. I found this out the hard way in Germany recently…

  • felixeve Felix Eve (@felixeve) reported

@Plusnet Ok, you fixed it. Shame you help phone line was down and you don't respond here either :(

  • CristinaMuntia1 Cristina Muntianu (@CristinaMuntia1) reported

@Plusnet the worst customer service ever! False promises, very disrespectful tone of voice and no care and empathy for their customers! Hugely disappointed with my broadband choice!

  • geet_k Geet K (@geet_k) reported

@Plusnet broadband has been down since Monday and there’s no resolution yet. Helpline isn’t helpful either. We work from home and suffering. Can we get an expedited response or else what’s plan for compensation as we’re having to purchase other internet packs while we wait?
