  • Johnad25
John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • mouse5555
Lynn Dixon (@mouse5555) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@Plusnet Don’t worry about it plusnet doesn’t work for long enough for anyone to have issues with safety

  • LeDreamboat
Scott ⚫️⚪️ (@LeDreamboat) reported from Sacriston, England

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  • stevegaish
stevegaish (@stevegaish) reported from Whickham, England

@Plusnet Hi its Stevegaish. I have emailed on numerous occasions but still no resolution.

  • fredspoon
    Philip 👌🏼 (@fredspoon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

  • remenos
Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • Johnad25
John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • ChattonCottages
Sheila Bull (@ChattonCottages) reported from Riding Mill, England

@Plusnet If only..... 3 months ans till not connected. Dreadful service

@gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

    JaYmZ.exe (@JaYmZltd) reported

Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

  • peztyke
    peztyke (@peztyke) reported

@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

  • MarkHowitt
    GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported

@Plusnet Poor overall @Plusnet couldn't even give me some credit for overcharging me... may have to go to @Ofcom

@Plusnet my wifis been down all day, told I need to book an engineer, text service hasn't replied and when I call says issues with your system to book engineers?

  • A_C_Whitehouse
    Adam Whitehouse (@A_C_Whitehouse) reported

@Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

  • MachLoopWales
    MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported

@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
