@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet my mum has been waiting for a text or email about when she can set up her new router. The old service was disconnected this morning but she hasn’t had anything from you yet. Please can you contact me about this??

@O2 @thepeterhunt I'll just add that I agree with Peter, and I usually can't access the internet. Your team insisted it's plusnet, but it's not, it's the issues with accessing the internet on O2 when your masts are down as everything else works.

@bt_uk Money Expert knocked on my door earlier, pushy young lady, no introduction, claimed poor Internet speeds in my area (78Mb/20MbFTTC!) and asked about a letter you guys have sent me, despite being a Plusnet customer. Not impressed at all 😞

@Plusnet I'm confused by your reply "To answer your question about the final bill, once an 18 month contract with us has expired it automatically becomes a 30 day rolling contract with 14 days notice required to cancel, due to this there's a payment of £6.69 on the final bill."

@Plusnet text agent help and you reply saying will receive a call. Instantly got a call that didn't even ring a quarter of a ring and they hung up. 1mbs for nearly 2 weeks now spoke to offcom with screenshots of every day 3 daily speed tests on 3 sites
