    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    @Plusnet I only need a date changed. It’s so simple. And I’ve already gone through the stress of making a phonecall to the company to get this issue sorted, I was promised by a human voice that it was fixed and it hasn’t been. So I can’t to call and speak to somebody again.

    @Plusnet Calls with your support always end the same way "Oh I'm sorry, but we're escalating your case to level 2!". The same level they apparently escalated to last time. It's so exhausting dealing with you and openreach, how can you both be so disorganised.

    Dear @Plusnet - seems you've known about the "change payment method" being broken for YEARS now, and have STILL not done a thing to fix it. I may just cancel my Direct Debit since you can't be bothered to fix it so I can pay you. Broken on on Edge, broken on Firefox also.

    @Plusnet your system has suddenly kicked out my husband's phone & my sons from wifi connection in their own home for no reason only mine connected why??? Saying their connection not private never happened before what is going on.
