    @Plusnet Hi, can you please fix my internet. It’s been over a week. Spoken to multiple people and you can’t even tell me when you’re gonna send an engineer. This is very poor service.

    Organising life today. @Plusnet cancelled. I DO NOT recommend. New service with @virginmedia arriving this week. Now tackling @AskNationwide and there 2nd payment delay this year! No payments in or out…you couldn’t write it #fail

    @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Placed order with PlusNet 17th Jan. Had 3/4 visits from openreach all of whom found fault outside the property. Still waiting on someone to fix fault. No info from openreach since 7th Feb. No broadband since 17th Feb. OR0000014344304 Plusnet:221537689

    @Plusnet you’ll find you will have better success rates with complaints if your stop letting untrained technical advisor ATTEMPT to deal with them. They should stick to attempting to fix things instead of playing office…#fail
