  • John_Eccles John Eccles (@John_Eccles) reported from Diggle, England

@PatrickJDiamond @bt_uk I moved to plusnet fibre it’s been great. I was with EE and it was shockingly slow.

  • ts10uk Mike Brudenell (@ts10uk) reported from Haxby, England

@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

  • AlexWhiteGB Alex White (@AlexWhiteGB) reported from Hillingdon, England

@FrankSabine2 @BillyBigBollox5 Unless you live in town or are on virgin your internet will be on bt’s network either go to them or one of their subsidiaries plusnet.

  • HMSbeagle1820 HMS Beagle (@HMSbeagle1820) reported from City of London, England

Day 7 of no phone line/internet connection after Plusnet cancelled our Sky connection early, but have failed to connect our new service... @plusnethelp

  • LeanneGirt Lenny Grit (@LeanneGirt) reported from Guiseley, England

    Avoid @Plusnet @plusnethelp technical support line. I'm out. #whamageddon2019

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • joannas94 Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

  • Ed_Manning Ed Manning (@Ed_Manning) reported from Birkenhead, England

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

  • timeastonco Tim Easton (@timeastonco) reported from Bromley, England

@toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.
