@Quickos @Plusnet I have the same problem since this morning. I was told by Customer Service 3 hours ago that this is a National problem, i.e. the entire Network. Why dont you update your service status online which is showing 'no issues'?? Not the first time I've had this problem.

congratulations @Plusnet ! That's one customer jumping ship as soon as possible. When will providers learn, if you don't treat existing customers as well as new customers, we're just going to jump ship!

@TaraHorner6 @Quickos @Plusnet A national problem on fibre BB? I came home this evening to an orange light on my router and a continuously flashing red symbol. They said it was an outside line fault for me. I have no landline or BB. Coincidence?

@Quickos @Plusnet Service status still telling lies! All Good. Clearly not. I have 5 mobiles on plusnet and half can’t calll each other but others can. Offnet and on-net calls the same. Admit there’s a fault, there clearly is otherwise your call ctr wouldn’t “be receiving higher than usual calls”
