    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    Fascinated about when @plusnet will consider posting a tweet about their so-far 2-hour DNS outage to customers en-masse, rather than trying vainly to post an inadequate reply to each person who points it out individually

    Hi @Plusnet👋🏼 Just a quick note to let you know that your psychological games won’t work with me. Your company leaves me with no broadband service, I’ll simply cancel my service & direct debit with your pathetic company & I’ll go elsewhere. PS I can still access internet with 4G.

    Sadly I’m a @Plusnet customer so currently no internet. Hopefully have some tips for later in the day if the problem gets resolved.
