@Plusnet I tried calling the customer care through different options on IVR 40-50 times but hardly got through once and the customer care executive was not of much help. They seem to have a unique customer care call handling mechanism where the time wait is more than 40-50 mins.

@Ofcom why are openreach still working in the stone age? 10 days for them to connect a service in 2022 when a lot of people work from home is a joke! They ceased the previous owners connection on the 14th and I’d already placed an order with @Plusnet why couldn’t they connect it

@Plusnet Yeah when it works ? Had an engineer come out on Friday to fit new line and box....still not working 5 days later?? No communication or reason given ? Shocking customer service for a new or old customer!

@Plusnet My life would be easier if openreach wasn’t prehistoric and allowed you to connect my service in less than 10 working days! Considering they have just ceased the previous owners Plusnet service on the same line, you’d think they’d be able to connect mine at the same time 🙄
