@SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

@SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Plusnet Reported that my broadband is down this morning, and also sent a text to the help number, but it has now been 7 hours (instead of the 30 minutes stated on the help site) with no response on whether this is actually being looked into. Can I get an update?

@Plusnet second day without internet, i have asked for information on when the service may be fixed in my area and no response. i am currently working from home and having to rely on my personal hotspot which is a weak connection at best !!
