@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

@plusnethelp It is now nine months since I transferred my phone number from @Plusnet to another supplier but you keep sending me messages that you will be taking a monthly amount for my non-existent service. It is annoying.
