    @MoneySavingExp please can you rattle some cages! Badly let down by John lewis to plusnet swap should of happened over night. Now two home workers have no internet for 5/7day😱😭

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @IanHardie9018 Yeeesh... No fun that. I do hope it gets sorted, cos I think we can agree many use twitter out and about and the outage of both is rather frustrating. I didn't notice the outage, but maybe that's cos I'm with a different phone provider (Plusnet).

    @Plusnet I dont need the engineer a colleague of yours phoned me today and tested the connection and the fault is in the router so a new one is getting sent out. Thank you for the most excellent customer service

    @plusnet - re Support ticket 221663285. This is a new broadband order but I want to cancel now. I am within 14 day cool-off and want refund on Open Reach install and 1st DD.

    @Plusnet All I see is a line on the ground - a lovely day - and no BT Reach Engineer attaching one end of a wire to another, I've just cycled down the road - and no activity. Do you have any influence to get things done! Down since 29/1.

    @WinderAsInMere Hi Claire, I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your connection. I suspect the page you're seeing is generated by the router, so if you haven't already; I'd recommend factory resetting the router for 15-20 seconds with a paper clip. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet Prior to this faceplate bring installed it was plugged into the socket. Open reach installed this after the last period of disconnections. The issue had not been at our end. Have openreach been carrying out work in my area? It seems that when they have, we have issues.
