    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @MoneySavingExp please can you rattle some cages! Badly let down by John lewis to plusnet swap should of happened over night. Now two home workers have no internet for 5/7day😱😭

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @Plusnet hi having some WiFi issues keep trying to ring the helpline but it’s saying the number In calling isn’t recognised, it’s the Number on your website

    @Plusnet my mobile transfer should have happened today. I've had no phone service all day and still nothing. My sim appears to be locked and the helpline has closed. The PUK I have been given hasn't helped. What can I do?

    @Plusnet No time of day is better/worse, and only 1 other network in range so no congestion. Speeds over wired connection when working from home can be painfully slow at times, and WiFi range is terrible. I have never had problems with Virgin or Zen in the past.

    @photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK I've been with them for 32 years with my phone. No problems whatsoever. However, I have recently moved from Plusnet to Vodafone for broadband. It is terrible. Keeps going offline and there is reduced coverage on the property. Will leave them when the contract ends.
