    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @plusnet ignores people. Customer service is dreadful. When you do get through they can't fix the problem. AVOID this company. Hassle from day one. #plusnet

    @oIiverjohnson @Plusnet Same - it’s been awful for a few weeks now - web chat is down. They are going the same way as the company that owns them - BT

    @Plusnet having lots of issues with drop out and really slow. Ran all tests as guided on the website and tests run at under 25mbps. Rebooted router etc. Can someone please look into this

    @Plusnet @Ofcom Although the issue was fixed by myself, there is still no explanation of why a customer would have to reset there router password when a person password hadn’t been changed by myself across any part of the plusnet network until it was needed to be done regarding router

    @Plusnet Hi Tony, I have tried it on both wired and wireless. The timings also seem to vary with the packet loss in the sense that some days it’s all good and others it’s bad. Or it’ll be stable for say 30mins and then all of a sudden pings go up and packet loss happens
