Very frustrating when informing @Plusnet I am moving home, customer service using high-pressure sales locks me in for another 24 months (£29 per month) for the same deal that is offered to new customers as a 12 months contract for 22.99. What are my options? @MartinSLewis

@philonoistcelt @one_mrs_k @Plusnet Yes indeed but it depends on the issue doesn't it, whether the problem is with the line or the ISP.

@Plusnet @SkintDad So how’s a bit of help with this issue I’ve spoken to open reach and they say I’ve to ask you to escalate what their moron engineer has done and I’m still speaking to open reach. No one wants to help. I’ve been with you 2 days and it’s nothing but a debacle

Aaaarggh! Does ANYTHING work any more? I decided to renew my contract with Plusnet (had lapsed, was paying too much) so after AN HOUR on phone I had it renegotiated on Unlimited Fiber Extra (80-20). Went online this morning and I'm now getting 40 down and 10 up! FFS!!!

@plusnethelp we're still having upload speed problems, what can we try next? New router? Also, please confirm cost to cancel contract. Never had this problem before, only once we returned to Plusnet & had to change the landline number. Too far from cabinet to benefit from fibre
