I genuinely cannot believe the way I have been totally scammed by @Plusnet . Anyone else had massive problems with them? This is worse than when a woman selling bracelets in Ibiza ripped my last €20 out of my hand and ran off down the strip

@Plusnet Why customer service agents lie to us ? I was told my broadband will start running from 3rd August. When I called plusnet yesterday evening, he said broadband will be active within an hour. Now it's been more than 7 hours and it's 4th August now. Unbelievably bad service.
