    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @MoneySavingExp please can you rattle some cages! Badly let down by John lewis to plusnet swap should of happened over night. Now two home workers have no internet for 5/7day😱😭

    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    @Benleo Never been a customer of theirs but It’s probably a very close tie between them, BT, Three, EE & Plusnet. The needs of the customer are totally irrelevant

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

    Plusnet is absolutely garbage no option to cancel online have to call them. Plus their website has been down for ages to even get that number. Joke.

    @Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of “do as I say, not as I do” — preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     AVOID @Plusnet for yr Internet Pull you in with fake fast Internet speeds! After 2 months absolutely slow as ****! Ring up complain same old bullshit its at yr end! No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended me contract!!!
