@NozzaMN @plusnethelp Plusnet is BT by another name. Last time I checked they did two fibre to cabinet services, theoretical peaks of 40 and 80. My sister gets 36 on the 40 service. I get 60 on the 80. Used to be 70+. Things get worse.

McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported
@AttieMacdonald @monsterjamgold @Plusnet Basically they are needing to go through a 3rd party to fix it, essentially why it is taking as long. They just don't want to admit it.

@Plusnet why when there’s a MAJOR outage (your words) do you say “some customers “. Isn’t it all those with plusnet email addresses? I haven’t had a mail since 22:20 yesterday!
-
Jamie McIntyre (@_JamieMcIntyre) reported
@Plusnet Yes, I read your first meaningful update of the day, posted at 3.09pm. And 'some customers' is a disingenuous way of putting it, plus it's not 'just now' it's been since last night. It's bad enough e-mail is down, without trying to sugar-coat it 😳
