@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Plusnet Can you confirm that it’ll take until tomorrow for our service to ‘switch on’ as a new customer? Our hub is just sitting on orange… what is “seamless” about being without internet for 24 hours in the age of working from home?? Useless.

@ChrisWiegman @Plusnet I was shocked how fast the 4G was, actually. Latency isn't as good, but I'm not a gamer, so that won't be a huge issue.

Dear #Plusnet When you put me on hold and play that God awful teenage dance music it does nothing but make me want to throw the phone out the window or at the very least turn it down so I can’t hear it. Can you please stop playing crap music every time you put someone on hold?

@Plusnet Signed up to your broadband at start of Dec 21 with an incentive of £60 reward card for new customers. Was told it would take 30 days to arrive once I signed up. It's now Feb and still no sign of it. Can't seem to get through to anyone to talk to about it either! Help!

Hi @Plusnet can you confirm why your policies fail disabled people so consistently? You restrict what can be done online so I have to have someone listed on the account to use the phone for me. Why then is your phone team demanding to speak to me to clear security? #Ableism
