Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

OrganisedPauper (@OrganisedPauper) reportedVery pleased with my switch to Plusnet. I got £10 from MSE and an £80 prepaid card, plus it's much cheaper and the WiFi coverage is much better. Had to have a signal booster with Virgin.
