@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@Plusnet Every member of staff I speak to says I've been misinformed by the others. And after 37 minutes on the phone, I can't even cancel! Appalling service, yet again.

@jugglerbry @WolfBaginski @Plusnet I would use a good wifi analyser app and check how many other local routers are using the same channel for 2.4ghz. I've been in the situation where my signal has been competing with 6 or other routers on the same channel. 5ghz shouldn't be a problem.

@jugglerbry @Plusnet I had similar problems with my speeds via wifi, the gentleman from Plusnet support suggested that I changed my 2.4ghz wifi channel. It's caused by too many other routers in range of you using the same channel. I now mostly have 67Mbs+ download speeds

@Plusnet I have had TERRIBLE service from you and I want to know how to make a complaint please? I signed up to a new contract. Not only did you screw up writing down my PAC code, but also wrote down the wrong address. And now that I'm going to be without a number this weekend!!

@Plusnet I have messaged recently and logged a speed fault. I understand the response time for this is 72 hours but why is there no way for me to check tickets anymore? Speeds fluctuating between 24 and 48Mbps - well below the minimum guaranteed. Help!
