    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @plusnethelp we need assistance ASAP. We were due to be transferred to Plusnet today from sky. Plusnet was arranging this. Sky have switched off their wifi. We have no WiFi. We are unable to get through to customer services and as we are working from home, unable to do this also.

    @plusnethelp My Wi-Fi is still not working, the fault has apparently been fixed twice! Trying to contact @Plusnet via phone and Facebook but no answer! This needs sorting!

    @Plusnet Hi. I'm an existing customer trying to sign up to the £19.99 BroadBand deal online. However I'm in a frustrating loop of logging in to my account, choosing the deal and then having to log in again.... and repeat...please help!

    @BritishTelecom plusnet The only providers who dont provide. B aware do not sign up with these Bandits, yr life will become hell and full of stress. 2wks No service=No compensation=No reply from CEO's=No customer service. Waiting 39 months. They refuse 2 payup. Avoid both Bandit
