Plusnet Issues Reports Near Irthlingborough, EnglandLatest outage, problems and issue reports in Irthlingborough and nearby locations:
from Irchester, England
@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Robster65 @Plusnet They were excellent once upon a time. They made major **** up with my mum & admitted it. I finally left them myself after 15 odd years only a few months ago. No issues since. Very sad but imagine got too big
Anoush @Plusnet sorting out the refund. Well done Anoush, appreciate the help.
@scottkenneth83 @plusnethelp @Plusnet Online has been disabled all the way through lockdown. They were great at the start but gradually got worse. No internet for 8 weeks, went down every time weather was shite, told me to tether my work laptop to my mobile, wanted to charge me £100 for a house move.
I left PlusNet after 3 or 4 years not because of how **** both their service & customer service are, but because they go on & on about how good those things are when they are so VERY ****. TalkTalk might be a little bit ****, but at least they sort problems out... eventually.
@Plusnet Had email to say plusnet call protect activated on my account, it's not showing. I now get email saying it and voice mail is being removed at my request. WHY .. I NEVER REQUESTED IT TO BE REMOVED
@AnnieK751 @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've always found them great Ann. Was it over the phone or online chat? I've always used online chat and never had any issues with them
Terrible customer services from @plusnethelp @plusnet avoid if you can.
@Plusnet I have just now registered a formal complaint on my account with you. This after9 days of no answer.

@Plusnet not great customer service just ignoring your customers 😒
@simesa just had a chat with a Plusnet tech person (*they* called *me*!) who advised on positioning the router better; using 2.4ghz in rooms far from it not 5ghz; also, I should search for better channels (?!) I’ll try all that but a Mesh is the next stop if things are still bad.
