Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Since yesterday the connection is intermittent and it comes at a critical time at work. :/ If I take a day off - which I have had to - then I am out of pocket (furious)

Brian Winter (@brianwinteruk) reported@NigelsRadio @Plusnet To be honest. I've been with them since 2007. Never had a major issue. The one I had was the fault of Openreach. Engineer cut the wrong cable at green box. Most problems are not @plusnethelp themselves, but usually Openteach.

Your latest update is completely false: e-mails are *not* sending (even with 'a delay'), and incoming mail is being rejected. Completely unusable. @Ofcom can you look into this?
