@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

  • ddtowe Dale Towers (@ddtowe) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@plusnethelp are there problems with your service? My plusnet connection has been flakey for a while now and this morning had gone down twice already. NN3

  • 2GreenMonkeys Sarah @2GreenMonkeys (@2GreenMonkeys) reported

@MartinSLewis is there a certain length of time in which a broadband provider @Plusnet doesn't fix the broadband (that they've admitted has a fault) I'm which they break the terms of the contract, meaning you can switch early without fees? Thanks

  • BirdsBikesBoots Hilary May (@BirdsBikesBoots) reported

@Plusnet my elderly mum has no phone or internet. I believe it’s a wider problem in the area, any news when it’ll be fixed - nothing on your website. GL6 area. Nailsworth, glos. She’s a plus net customer btw!

  • NeilSmithJones Neil Smith-Jones #FBPE 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 (@NeilSmithJones) reported

@Plusnet seem to want to lose customers. Service increasingly patchy, and all options other than phone for reporting issues (Twitter, online chat, web ticketing) closed down. 45 minutes to answer calls to the support desk. Rueing the day I switched.

  • W1l04 W1l0_ (@W1l04) reported

Another days loss of earnings because of @Plusnet incompetency to facilitate a simple change of address. Terrible customer service. @plusnethelp

  • Salt14 Salt14 (@Salt14) reported

@VogonLaundromat @SimonCoopey @plusnethelp We have same issue with Plusnet

  • shrutinha Shruti Bhargava (@shrutinha) reported

More appalling customer service @PRoberts666, this time from @Plusnet, who I have decided to leave. Sick of low bandwidth problems, inability to get any customer support. Even trying to leave, and find out about current contract details a nightmare.

  • LouSmith52 Louise Smith 💙 (@LouSmith52) reported

@Plusnet We’ve had little to no internet for three working days. Called customer service twice. Told of a fault on the line that it would be fixed but we still have 0.06mbps download. It takes over 30mins to get through by phone. Please help. @plusnethelp

  • ChimericalCal Cal (@ChimericalCal) reported

My @Plusnet Internet always stops working just after their support team have gone home (after 8pm), right when I’m ready to sit down to watch a movie 😡 It’s atrocious. You can’t claim my Internet is fibre optic if a 10-minute video buffers.

  • ChimericalCal Cal (@ChimericalCal) reported

@KevinMPMcNamara @Plusnet Thanks. Good to know it isn’t just me. I hope my rights as a consumer allow me out of this 12-month contract considering they’re not providing the advertised service.
