@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Plusnet is there any issues in m44 area? My grandma has no Internet service coming in. As of weds evening. Same time I swapped over to another provider. Not supposed to change until 13/8/21 as per your email.

@leeackerley @Plusnet This happened to me few days back only thankful to cyberpro101 on Instagram who recovered my account after i reached out to him once. While i wrote to support team for weeks without any replyor help on getting my hacked account back.

@liztred @cambrianguy @Plusnet Clive, are you in the 14 day ‘cooling off period’? If so, quote the Consumer Rights Act at them and say you wish to leave without penalty. Plusnet are the low cost, read, ‘cheap and nasty’ broadband provider of BT. The broadband never reaches the speeds they promise!
