Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

@Plusnet Thanks Mike. I'm guessing I was allocated to Adam yesterday evening but have been bumped out of the queue due to these communication issues.

@Plusnet You rang me twice within a 15-minute period. You did not leave message. when I rang the number back it was a standard message initiating a new complaint process. I want a number I can ring and speak to a member of staff. I have no landline connection for three weeks

@Plusnet how can I get support with my broadband without calling you? I'm profoundly deaf and all your support directs me to call you which won't work.

.@Plusnet Hi there. Can someone please respond to my DM in regards to my cancellation? No one has given me any details about how it works and when I'll get my final bill/how it will be done since I'm moving house/when I can cancel my current Direct Debit.

@absoluteradio Is there an alternative text number other than 81215 I can use? I'm with Plusnet and they don't support sending to shortcodes on text! (I've entered online as I always do, but I'd like more entries!)

@kit2kat @Plusnet So 24/7 support would mean their staff have to work longer, this means they get paid more, potentially overtime/antisocial hours, which is more expensive, which then in turn will put your bills up. I think 8-8pm every day is alright!

@Plusnet Hi, we have signed up to Plusnet yesterday and today have received a message to call support or look on the website for help as there is a delay with our order. I have tried ringing but it tells me the phone line is closed and there is no live chat on the website?
