PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Definitely easy to speak to a human. Iβd rate them as βgood enough to not leaveβ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

The Cov Report (@TheCovReport) reportedThatβs not too bad, mine went from Β£102 to about Β£160. I said Iβll pay something like the same as Iβm paying and they offered pennies off. Now save Β£102 less my broadband Β£24.99 on Plusnet. Havenβt missed it.
