They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Speed tests showing a maximum of 0.20 when router intermittently decides to βactivateβ. Yes, tried switching to different channels etc. Shocking!

I have Plusnet fibre which is FTC and I am getting 35Mb/s, down and 7Mb/s, I have a server backing up to cloud, Iβm working from home and kids are home schooling and itβs fine.

Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

For 2 days I have had no dial tone, have tried contacting by mobile to be met with a 'cannot connect due to high volume' message. Equally unhelpful on line merrygoround!!!
