PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

I am on Plusnet right now Β£43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do Β£3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get.
