Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

Appears to me here that @Plusnet must be incompetent. Why would it take what was a perfectly good connection with @TalkTalk on 15th feb to having nothing. Bet they have no problem talking money out of my bank account.

Big shout out to Lewis @Plusnet Support for his help this afternoon - hopefully engineer visit on Tues will resolve - but very impressed by support so far from Lewis. Meanwhile Broadband still up and down - suspected issue with the copper pair...

I've been with @plusnet for broadband for years, and I don't intend to change, but you ALWAYS get the first bill wrong when I renew my contract. A phone call has sorted it out, but you really need to fix your billing system.

Having to cancel my broadband with @Plusnet due to family breakdown and house sale. Discovering they'll charge me for leaving the contract early is not ideal. Thanks for your support. Will not use again!!

@Plusnet Can I advise anyone else wishing to sign up to Plusnet not to, and most certainly do not pay up front. I had to cancel after 4 days within the 14 day cooling off period. After 2 weeks, I've received no response or money. £73.98 is a weeks pension, Join at you peril.
