    @phil_lovett58 @Plusnet Same for me went off around 0830 and been told be 3 days to be fixed as an open reach issue apparently

    @Plusnet I have a worry that a note has not been given to the engineer to ring me 15 minutes before he arrives, I have dogs and one doesn't not like strangers so I'm taking them out whilst he's here, I'm worried he will just turn up please help

    Over the past 10 days we are experiencing at least one incident per day of the router losing connection ..generally comes back on after about 2 minutes but have never had this before @Plusnet

    @Plusnet we switched over on the 21/05 and the wifi signal is rubbish. Now TV router was great even at the bottom of the garden. Now you are putting my price up already. I want out!?

    @Plusnet Hi, I'm getting really good ping times from UK servers but US servers are at about 90msecs. That means that many services (including twitter) are very slow. Have you changed your backbone network arrangements recently?

    @Plusnet I am leaving after a month of problems and out of spite Plusnet cuts off my broadband leaving me without internet until new ISP takes over in 2 weeks.

    @Plusnet Thanks for this. I've now been able to phone Support and get the line checked. Excellent response as ever, confirmed there is a fault on the line. 3 day wait for a fix is tough for work, but that's not your fault, it's under way. Thanks again.
