@Plusnet - The Absolute Worst Broadband Provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. My mother has been paying £25 per month for over 3 months and getting downspeeds of less than 10mbps consistently. Your customer service people are useless. I will be taking this to OFCOM

@2plus2isjoe Visiting my mum and just spent ten minutes lecturing her on the obvious shitness of her Plusnet internet. Got weirdly animated and emotional about the whole thing even though I know nothing about how the internet works. She must never know.

Plusnet has gone down again It goes down everyday for 5-10 minutes sometimes longer If you’re looking for an internet provider please choose anyone else cuz no matter how much I’ve called them and they’ve sent people out the issue is never sorted and it just seems to get worse
