I switched from sky to plusnet. Sky all worked fine. Plusnet took over and no landline and no broadband Faulty line. Fine before. Earliest fix date=no pay. No fix til fri pm. No landline no Internet no mobile signalTotally cut off at home @plusnet @UswitchUK

@JohnMcArts Hi John, we live around the corner and have the same problem. The @bt_uk website is still claiming there is no outage but we've had no @Plusnet service since 12.00 yesterday. I presume yours is still down?

@Forsayk3nTTV @ExitLeftTV Personally never had issues with them, they have quirky systems for sure that could cause a headache but no worse than some of the others. Iirc plusnet start offering fttp next quarter.

@stoofer2 While we can try making some changes to the router remotely, its possible that this could have an effect on your other devices; which wouldn't be ideal. Have you had a chance to contact the TV manufacturer for any support they may be able to offer? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
