Having the worst few days of switching to @Plusnet, firstly I didn't receive the sim for 13 days, part of it thanks to @RoyalMail. Then when I popped it in, I am not able to connect to internet. I am out of any kind of mobile internet for about 6 days now!!

43 days now without phone and broadband Plusnet tell meOpenreach have to much work have not got an engineer available you would have thought after 6 weeks they would have found one after continually telling people are working on the issue what a load of lies

@gentlebite_ @Asuthe1 @itsBeeChu Out of that list I would go BT/Sky. Both are ultimately **** to deal with, but tbh all of them are. From experience Vodaphone/Plusnet have more outages. Virgin will just lie to you on the phone. BT from personal experience is the more consistent option as sky dropped out alot

@Plusnet I’ve waited since last Tuesday for my SIM card and I’ve been networkless since Thursday. I’m paying for a service I can’t use. I know it isn’t your fault but is there a way of getting a SIM card to me via courier?
