Well got 2 wait up to 5 days for a new router as the engineer gave everything the all clear. Hate waiting too. Problem being I am getting another router the exact same as the one I already have and the engineer said my one is well old and @Plusnet have newer versions???

@Plusnet appalling service. Had to suggest maybe the router the issue. After months, I've finally received and fitted new router & solved the speed issue. So that's 2 years I've paid for over 30mbps & received around 20. 2 years! And not once you suggested the router!

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I've been a customer for years, but the service I got when trying to get my new house set up was a bit of a joke :( I can barely get enough speed to load this website just now. The engineer didn't come despite you telling me on the phone he was coming..

@theurparanoid @xStormxBringeRx You know what? I work in a job where a stable internet connection is more important than a fast internet connection. I have no problems with my 80Mb Plusnet line, but a colleague has terrible with 500+Mb Virgin all the time. In Edinburgh they seem terrible.

@Plusnet I’ve cancelled my BB from the 6th Jan. I did it yesterday and tonight for the first time I’ve got issue with no internet. Coincidence? Or did you turn me off? Been on hold for an hour! Very poor experience.

@Plusnet disgusted that after being a loyal customer for 9 yrs due to no fault of my own I’ve had to sell my flat , move in with my mum therefore cancel my broadband. My reward from Plusnet - £140 cancellation fee! So disappointed. No empathy whatsoever. Never using again.
