@EE Strange, I left Plusnet last month which uses EE network due to poor reception in Manchester, and parts of Cumbria, I'm now on Lebara which uses the Vodafone network, much better signal, and far cheaper, I think your advert is miss-leading @vodafone

@Plusnet Thank you but we have exhausted it all. Awful experience on Friday and (eventually) spoke to a manager today and without batting an eyelid said I was off to BT, who in fairness have been superb so far! House moving broadband with Plusnet is stressful!

@chalkeblue @Plusnet @BritishTelecom I can’t wait for my contract to be up. The most appalling international service ever. I’m just glad I didn’t give up my Virgin contract until I saw how Plusnet performed. Now as regards Plusnet, I’m simply doing the equivalent of burning five fivers in the stove every month.

@Plusnet Had really slow broadband through ethernet cable today, way below what I have been guaranteed. This keeps happening working from home and affecting my job. Time for a switch if this keeps happening!
