@Plusnet Thanks Plusnet. I’ll read that to try to figure out why the charge falls on me, but what about the fact I’m still having issues? It seems unfair to charge me when the issues aren’t fixed. Will it cost £60 every single time you come out to see what the problem is?

****** internet shopping is hard Virgin ramped up my bill by adding things I never asked for nor wanted, Talk talk website doesn't work, plusnet want to charge £50 for BT landline - yeah ok, get ******. Shell are offering broadband HELL NO, NOW is owned by Murdoch, & sky, so no.

@Plusnet Broadband signal dropping out constantly for last 2 day in Eccles. Is there are problem your end? Router and wifi here are working fine.
