Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

@greencoatboy These companies are a nightmare, I've not found one that can get a job done or a basic problem resolved without endless back & forth bureaucracy & plain incompetence. Plusnet repeatedly failed to collect correct DD payments, then blamed me & throttled my internet as a punishment!

@Plusnet Very disappointing, can you imagine we don’t have internet since last Tuesday 31st May 2pm ! On contacting plusnet being answered the issue resolved in 3 days but now more than 5 days. Plusnet ruined our bank holiday weekend !

@Plusnet been medsaging you. No response. Internet APALLING for 2 weeks now. I have to work evenings at home just to function. Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again

@Plusnet why is it that even when phoning your business number I get through to the residential dept. & then wait for ages and no one in the business dept. picks up the phone. Please ring me so we can get the ongoing issue sorted. 3 MONTHS and you still haven't got it sorted!
