  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

  • nmacdonald1972 Natasha Shane (@nmacdonald1972) reported from Horsham, England

@phil_lovett58 @Plusnet Same for me went off around 0830 and been told be 3 days to be fixed as an open reach issue apparently

  • GaryAblett3 Greyman (Gary A) (@GaryAblett3) reported from West Molesey, England

Hopefully. But seeing as your team have failed to contact me when they say they were going to, I feel that tweeting is the only method of communicating the issue. #richardbranson #libertyglobal #loyalty #customerservice #bt #talktalk #offcom #plusnet

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.

  • NightingaleSC Nightingale Horsham (@NightingaleSC) reported from Horsham, England

@Plusnet my broadband connection has been terrible all day. Up and down it can’t be just me - your phone lines are extremely busy

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

  • rallen444 🐷🐮🐑 vegan 🐬🐥🐰 (@rallen444) reported from Farnborough, England

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet I was with them for 3 years... no price increase, no issues... connection was a bit slow sometimes tho

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet Yorkshire puddings is quite apt . Why as a long term customer must I pay £10.93 a month but as a “new” customer pay £9 for the same sim deal. ?

  • JessicaWaugh2 Jess waugh (@JessicaWaugh2) reported

@Plusnet Really disappointed that my broadband went off yesterday and it is now going to be next week before someone can come and look it and I’m left with no internet and even TV as I need internet and I’m still expected to pay for this service

  • heavenndhell666 i love ramsgate (@heavenndhell666) reported

@Plusnet find it a total disgrace there is no email provided for business complaints being held to ransom to upgrade or left with the same outdated useless router if I don’t. One customer lost when contract is up

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet as I logged on today I saw if I was a new customer I would be charged £9 instead of £10.93 ,as I’m a long term customer. I thought “April Fool” .. but nope penalised for being a long term customer. Cracking .

  • Safe3Dbarbell David Bean (@Safe3Dbarbell) reported

@SkyUK you've just stolen £75 from me for April ffs! WTF! Was £49/month. Unless you send me a 65" #skyglass I'm off to #plusnet at £20/month. You con artists

  • Ivy16122 Ivy_16_12 (@Ivy16122) reported

@Plusnet the Wi-Fi is completely down what’s going, can you fix it?

  • JimmyRiddlesIII Jimmy Riddles (@JimmyRiddlesIII) reported

@catrincollier plusnet. it leases from bt, but its cheaper. 4 years had no issues. I swapped over though because I got a better deal with community fibre but its only available in London

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet why as an existing long term customer am I expected to pay £24 a year more than a “new” customer ?
