Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

@Plusnet Honestly, I'm completely underwhelmed. We stayed with plusnet due to you offering us a fibre package at 60mb downloads, bt engineer has outlined we can't get fibre and we can currently get is 6mb. Today, even that keeps dropping out. Awful.

@virginmedia I was better off with 20MB broadband with PlusNet than this **** 350MB fibre. Intermittent speeds, router shut downs. Had 3 engineers out and still can’t fix the problem. Just get told to follow the link on the text message. Total cowboys!

@Plusnet service was useless from the get go. Wouldn’t even load a social media post. Called to cancel during cooling off period but was convinced to stay and that it could be resolved. assured we could leave for free of the internet wasn’t working.

Oh dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet you have officially won my award for worst customer service experience of the year. I call to find out why my broadband isn’t working, your rep insisted that it must be the WiFi, and then literally mansplained to me that there’s a difference 1/n
