    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @Plusnet Another day and another evening of useless so called fibre b/b. When can we leave this poor excuse of a service to a decent one

    @Plusnet @Google I’ve had to come back to this tweet to find that link. It’s not apparent on the actual web site home page or help page. Need the link on the Help page please! Likewise I used to like to check the Service Status page for reporting an issue. But I can’t find that on the site now.

    @plusnet Just found out from your service status page that the fault with my plusnet e-mails is at your end, not mine. You say it occurred this morning but no – it was down last night. Fix it soon please…
