@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@plusnethelp switched to plusnet in mid Sept and all has been fine up until this week when the Internet has become really slow. Tried the tips on "how to boost your WiFi" but hasn't worked. Tried to go to our account to log the poor speed but the website isn't working. Pls help

@plusnethelp Hi, I am trying to confirm the max speed I can get for my address, but getting conflicting info. My Plusnet account shows 40Mbs but comparison sites say 66Mbs. I know they say average, but it would be useful to know what the actual max speed is. Can you help?
@plusnethelp one month in still no promised phone calls to resolve issues - forgot to connect new house, disconnect old house, no internet, no access to member centre. You paid £100 to my plusnet account to apologise but haven’t resolved the issues - customer service - not!

@Plusnet so much for your customer service you bang on about. Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. Complaint to @Ofcom next
@Plusnet Please can someone help!! You have left my 85 year old mother with no broadband or phone!! Set up a new account on the 3rd Sept she is vulnerable living alone and in a tier 3 area so is high risk. She is now isolated due to the poor service
