    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @BryonyTilsley @hansmollman EE recently tried to get me to stay by rubbishing who I was switching to, saying that they're a virtual network and the backbone physical network was rubbish and had poor coverage and capacity. I was switching to Plusnet, who's piggybacks on the physical network of...EE.

    @susanstanwix @jon_mumford1982 Time to approach another supplier. Someone like Plusnet and find a price for phone and Internet. Tell BT you will change if they don't fix it.

    @dsue1441_re Plusnet. It's been great, we got it when there was an offer. Customer service is UK based & been spot on when needed. I got it for my 88 year old mum too as her hearing isn't too brill & she finds it hard to hear any advice & instructions if overseas call centres.

    @dsue1441_re Just one small point which you probably know. I used to have a Plusnet email address. This was a mistake to use it since when I binned them I had to go around changing all my accounts so I've never used the BT email address I can have. The free add ons with BT are good value IMO

    @dsue1441_re Plusnet. Owned by bt's but cheaper. Their service is excellent.
