    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    @Plusnet my WiFi has crashed again. Run through all the tests. Again and still not working. No I don't have a 2nd router to test it out on.

    @Plusnet Good afternoon. I would like to speak to someone about my garbage Internet speed! The estimated is 7-8 mbps and minimum is 1.7mps yet my actual speed is between 0.05 and 0.06. How is that actually possible? Are we living in the late 90's still?
