@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet I have been without Internet on my work laptop for 4 days now, I spoken to someone over chat but their 'changes' have done nothing, I only joined on the 4th August, this service is totally unacceptable, I am doing my masters and I need Internet!

@Plusnet my internet speed keeps collapsing (I have fibre with you) to download speed of 1mbps, if I reset the router it works fine for a few hours then stops working again. Has been doing this for a few wks. Please help, i’m working from home and it’s so unreliable.

Three days without broadband or phone now. Not @Plusnet ‘s fault - BT Openreach seem to have issues. Lovely timing when I’m isolating from my partner. Doing much more book reading though.
