    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @Audrey1Marks @Plusnet Still unable to send any emails via any on my email accounts. Thunderbird just hangs for ever "sending". Also unable to access webmail. We have been given no information about what has caused the problem or when or even IF we will ever have a working email again.

    @Steve32680144 @johnlewishelp It was getting so bad that I no longer use Plusnet's email and am paying for a well-known alternative and more reliable email service that's rock solid.

    @mourneshiker @Plusnet Yes I'm still having probs too. Can log in, then after a long wait won't down load properly, so still can't use. C'mon Plus Net !!!!!!

    @Steve32680144 @johnlewishelp It was getting so bad that I no longer use Plusnet's email service and am paying for a well-known alternative more reliable email service. No issues with my broadband connection, just PN's email servers.
