@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

Plusnet. Very poor. My 88 year old mum moved house. All booked. Didn’t come and made lots of excuses no Tv or internet. Said they can come in 8 days. Don’t use Plusnet or Open Reach. Useless

@Plusnet What is going on with your network and billing systems? Why is my service blocked again?! First your direct debit system fails to take the monthly payment. Then I have to spend an hour on customer service line to pay ovef the phone..

@Plusnet it seems there's no Internet connection in IP33. Devices are connected to the broadband but Internet is not working (exclamation mark next to the wi-fi icon). I switched on and off and reset the reuter to no avail. Help, please!

Sky broadband increasing prices, notified on the very same day I've had almost no service (Castlereagh, Belfast), and NO timescales for a fix. When this is sorted I'm going back to plusnet. Not good enough in the slightest (pretty disgraceful actually) #skyhelp @SkyHelpTeam

I switched my phone contract to @Plusnet but they emailed me to say there’s a problem which I need to call them about. I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes so far, not a great start Plusnet!

Really @Plusnet! Can't you even manage to give customer support callers useful feedback like an estimated time to be answered or at least their queue position? Even local council helpline can do this.
