  @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

  @graceemsxx Always used Plusnet and they have been reliable. UK customer service call centre as well I believe.

  @ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.

  @SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏
