@Plusnet An hour waiting to get through to support, and you have the tagline on an advert " tired of poor customer service" . Well yes I am, and if I can get out of my contract I will.

@highwaylass @Plusnet @plusnethelp 95% of the time it’s too many nearby routers all on the same channel. Change wifi channel at the router, or try disabling 2.4, or 5ghz, mine are all on the 5ghz, got a customer where have to set them all on the 2.4. Also some kit likes the 2.4 & 5ghz to have separate names

@plusnethelp @Plusnet #Plusnet You have now left a vulnerable person (my mum) without a way to be in touch with the outside world for 3 days. Each day I queue for 45 minutes in your system (twice), am promised a solution and nothing happens. Shame on you.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Manager bluntly refuse to talk to the customer requesting escalation! Never calls back when promised! Making homeschooling and moving so much more stressful!

@plusnethelp Signed up to Plusnet on 16/12 - Engineer out on 8/01 to connect me up and still no internet. The line has been incorrectly set up and you need to cease and reconnect using the correct exchange. I've tried customer services and I don't know what options I have left.

@MartinSLewis is there a certain length of time in which a broadband provider @Plusnet doesn't fix the broadband (that they've admitted has a fault) I'm which they break the terms of the contract, meaning you can switch early without fees? Thanks
