@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@Plusnet please make it stop. I haven't experienced hold music hell like this since I worked for an energy company... just put in a call back system already, not a good experience for a new customer waiting on the phone for information you could have given over SMS or email :(

We're now left with no broadband or landline. Mobile reception here is crap. My plusnet router is in storage miles away. I work from home and have client meetings tomorrow. Getting very sick of their hold music now... 2/2

@Plusnet we have been without broadband for 6 days now without any timescale of resolution. You say this is a BT OpenReach issue but none of our neighbours are affected. Award winning service - I think not!

@Plusnet how come my internet consistently drops at 11pm every night with out fail, get great internet through the day then all of a sudden 11pm and it all goes to pot. I pay to use the internet 24 hours a day not for a select few hours of your choosing
