@Plusnet Been getting slow speeds and drop outs for the last 3 days. Router rebooted. Today on speednet I was getting 50 & 56. BT I got 60. I cant get a connection to the service page to see if any issues in my area as it times out. Is this a plusnet issue or my home setup

  • GregorBuick Greg B (@GregorBuick) reported

@Plusnet can you help explain to me why the guaranteed minimum broadband speed I was offered was 61Mbps. But when I log in to my broadband account on your website its now only saying estimated download speed of 41-46Mbps, which is what I'm getting. (1/2)

  • LiamHumpage Liam (@LiamHumpage) reported

@Ofcom Thanks for this! Does this include wifi as @Plusnet support state they are providing the min guaranteed speed to the router, but the wifi is the issue They’re not really willing to help with the wifi issue either

  • JamesSa07747803 James Sanderson (@JamesSa07747803) reported

@Plusnet text agent help and you reply saying will receive a call. Instantly got a call that didn't even ring a quarter of a ring and they hung up. 1mbs for nearly 2 weeks now spoke to offcom with screenshots of every day 3 daily speed tests on 3 sites

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@hazzajunk Good morning Harry, thanks for your message! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Plusnet sim, I'm sure this must be really frustrating for you. Other than over the phone, reaching us on this platform would be the next best thing to do. -Dale - Sheffield

  • LiamHumpage Liam (@LiamHumpage) reported

@Ofcom - what’s the regulations around wifi speeds? With @Plusnet fibre 145 (guaranteed 80mbps). Wifi speeds drop lower than 5mbps at peak times. Support team are useless. Ethernet speed is fine Been advised to buy a mesh network or run a cable around my house at my own cost 🙄

  • dresdeb Beccy Dresden - @dresdeb@mastodon.social (@dresdeb) reported

@Plusnet As I tweeted last night (?not shown in your reply?), it only lasted a few minutes this time. No obvious cause at this end though - usually when I have issues with your product, I lose service completely, but this time it just slowed to a crawl, with router looking normal.

  • ExploreGeoff Explore with Geoff (@ExploreGeoff) reported

@Plusnet So you're putting prices up too? Yea I know, it's in the contract. It's frustrating because all companies are doing this, yet my income is going down. Most people are worse off than ever while huge companies put prices up & many are making record profits. #pricehike

  • STittayz SugarTittayz (@STittayz) reported

@EVPuzzle @maxsec @TalkTalk Plusnet are terrible. Just as bad as talktalk. They are not what they used to be.

  • LizzieAnnS91 Elizabeth Snell (@LizzieAnnS91) reported

@Plusnet hi our internet keeps cutting out every few minutes. Are there any known issues?
