There was no #openreach on our street, so it looks like someone just disconnected or switched us off! The earliest @openreach appointment is in THREE DAYS on Wed! On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

(@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.
