The online support robot tells me to call. As much use as a chocolate teapot. I bet the call centre to sign up to Plusnet is wide open.

I live in a two bedroom flat (albeit a fairly spacious one) and my plusnet router wifi doesn't make it more than 15ft without significantly dropping speed. Does anyone else have this issue? Same for my mum in her house. Had to buy a mesh system. Do I need to buy one too?

@plusnethelp I have been reporting intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity (from several devices) for several weeks now, Plusnet support checks have shown no issues, the router WAP is VERY intermittent. The router shows it is connected and the Ethernet connected devices work.

@MartinSLewis Didn’t need to switch! Quoted Post Office new customer price to Plusnet’s disconnections department and they agreed to lock us in at that price for 24 months! Old contract was due to end in a few weeks #bingo
