@Plusnet I recently switched from talk talk to Plusnet fibre but it seems that my talk talk service wasn't automatically cancelled. I thought I didn't need to manually cancel my contract?

@Stokesy1966 @virginmedia .@Plusnet seem to be okay. There was a problem when our account was switched over, but that was the fault of OpenReach.

@Stokesy1966 had same **** from Sky, I did that in writing & said the same 'don't do it, I see you in court' as. I'm saying to @Plusnet. @virginmedia

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @Plusnet @virginmedia And of course I’d have to ring the ***** up to cancel it and I’d be on hold forever. Might just write to them and cancel then kill the direct debit.

@Plusnet my Internet connection has been dropping out over the weekend and it's now happening every two minutes. The only way to report a problem on your website seems to be to text help, followed by a landline number, which we don't have. Can you please advise?

@plusnet why do you have no customer service email? Why does your bot have no answers to any questions? Why has my smart cap apparently been exceeded by 300% in ten minutes? Why is my only option to call you, from a band 2 country, which I can't do because of my smart cap? DM ME

Would someone from @OFCOM point me in the right direction for the Communication Ombudsman regarding @Plusnet who give platitudinous apologies but no immediate solution to THEIR wrong ceasing of my service, putting mine and my wife's livelihood at risk?

@BridgeeCee @Plusnet I suggest getting a different modem - router. Own brand modems tend to be crap, except BT. I suggest tp-link.

@Plusnet my service went live on 16th August and I was told that I'd receive an email so I can sign up for the £75 reward card within 10 days after activation but I've received nothing. I've emailed multiple times but heard nothing back.
