@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@plusnethelp are there issues with broadband? As your website says not yet others say issues? Also the help online says if you cannot try another router you may be charged? Yet when you sign up you are asked to send your old router to plusnet so are left with no other router ! 😡

@MarcAllera @bt_uk May I have your email address as my daughter would like to make a complaint as she had planned to switch to PlusNet but they cancelled her previous supplier, then cancelled her order leaving her without broadband over Christmas.

@Plusnet 08:25 on a Monday. internet broken since the early hours. Your 'customer service' is: online chat 'unavailable', telephone lines 'all closed'. When WFH reliability is important. This is a good indicator that you are not the ones to rely on if there's an issue.
