-
Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?
-
Mike (@mcnux) reported@Plusnet For the past two weeks I’ve been having trouble accessing website with lots of server not responding and very long load times and timeouts. What’s going on?

namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

🙈🙉🙊 (@lainey5565) reported@MadDogBrit Go with Plusnet.... Customer service when needed is MUCH better.
-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust

Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masks😷 (@ClareQ12) reportedAs a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

James Marshall (@jmgrahit26) reported@robsterowski @Plusnet BT/EE/Plusnet broadband went down about/before midnight on Monday/Tuesday. Have you rebooted everything?
