    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet I’ve just received my first bill with you complete with extra call charges. Problem is… I don’t have a phone connected to the line. It’s for broadband purposes only! I can’t get through on your phone line. Not a great start to my contract with you to be honest.

    Interesting after almost 18 years of great service with @Plusnet they can't offer me service at my new address. No problem, account closed at last billing point and nothing else to pay. Email today demanding £1.09 or the bailiffs are coming! Please explain.

    @DallawayO Hi Oliver, as this is only affecting your wireless devices; there are a few changes we can make remotely which should help improve your Wi-Fi. It will cause the signal to drop for a few minutes while the changes take place. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet why is it so hard to make an account on your website trying to make an account appears impossible as I still haven't found how and there is no help on the customer support pages. Please provide a link to the page that is CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

    @Plusnet Hi Plusnet, I just had an amazing experience with Dom from the customer services team (he said he is based in Merseyside), he is a credit to your workforce and if there's any kind of recognition scheme I hope he can be considered cos he is a star ⭐

    @Plusnet I am trying to change my direct debit details and there is nowhere I can do this online. According to help I go to bills. I do, but nothing to change details
