@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

Would recommend everyone not to use @Plusnet as they have awful customer care. Awful service. Don’t pay you the refunds due. But quick to take money off you.

Updates cont... 8. I've been told that the Product Team probably won't email me! 9. Emailed Plusnet's abuse address instead (it's also hidden away on the Service Abuse page, but doubles as a way of reporting security vulnerabilities. We shall see...) 10. Giving up for tonight.

Update: 1. Still no response from @plusnethelp. 2. Phoned Plusnet support. Had to pass security before they would put me through to technical; what if I wasn't a customer?! 3. Their technical team couldn't help me anyway. 4. The Product Team is supposed to be getting back to me.

@plusnethelp I haven't had a single phone call on our landline number since moving in 3 years ago. I've never used nor given the number out; I have a cheap handset plugged in purely for emergencies. As soon as I switched to Plusnet I started getting ~5 spam calls/day. What gives?
