    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet Hi. Can someone tell me why my bill is double what it’s meant to be please? My services have now been restricted as when I came to pay the site was down? The payment page seems to be down a lot or maybe I’m just picking a bad time. Can someone help please?

    @Plusnet having terrible problems with internet, cutting out randomly for a few minutes at a time. Now back on a blue light and devices not connecting. Fed up of having to login to router, change channels etc. This isn't on!!

    @samatlounge @virginmedia Plusnet is exactly the same. Anything to stop you moving your money, except giving the service you want.

    One of the worst customer service experiences of my life, let down massively not once but twice by @Plusnet trying to set up a straight forward account. “award winning” I think not! Utterly disappointing more like.

    @Plusnet absolutly disgusting £10 for less than 200mb of internet, which is surprising as we dont get a signal anywhere. We are off see ya late. your getting no more money off me.
