So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@PanasonicUK I have a home phone which has stopped working since I moved from BT to Plusnet . I have disabled PNet s answerphone system to allow me to continue to use my Panasonic phone. Any help ideas ? Karen

@Plusnet what’s going on? We’ve had no internet for 5 days now and can’t process card payments. You said it would be sorted by midnight last night and we’re still without internet. All of the support numbers on your site are not recognised by the operator…. What a shambles

@Plusnet Now, while I appreciate it's neither yours, nor BT's fault that a storm has caused an outage and the length of time it takes to be fixed, what you CAN control is informing your customers of the situation. Particularly as a communications provider.
