    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet epic fail - just had an email confirming removal of features that I had't got - I'm so confused now.

    @calisnenath @john_seto @magicroundabout They won't mind. Our ISP (plusnet) used to give us a free VOIP service which is why I set it up for Tricia to use. When they closed it down they recommended Gradwell and we're happy with them.

    @Plusnet It seems like the rubber banding and high ping was down to the 5Ghz channel starting to fail, router has been factory reset, channels split back into two and I can't pick up the 5Ghz channel on any device.

    @Plusnet my Hub One router has lost network time. Logs show NTP failing and its got the wrong time. Can you help fix it please? My Cctv box takes time from my router so it's playing havoc with that.

    @Plusnet our WiFi won't allow video calls on WhatsApp. Just suddenly stopped working and isn't working on either of our phones (android and apple). Says it's the WiFi and not the phones on the error message. Any idea how to fix it?

    @Plusnet Appalling today. I waited for a booked engineer visit which didn’t happen, and no explanation. Now I have had to delay moving house and the planned removal van, since I’d have been left with no service. Please sort yourselves out!

    @CharlieBeatnik Sounds like you are not through L1 support yet - I feel your pain. Its clearly on plusnet at this point. And "no means of contacting openreach" is obvious bs attempt to bounce ticket, as plusnet *is* a customer of openreach LLU
