So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Any idea why my upload is down from 17-18MB to 0.3MB, my postcode is WV16 4DX if that helps.

@CarrieHFletcher I'm with Virgin and don't have any problems. If that's not an option then Plusnet are good- owned by BT but operate on their own. Would be using same BT lines though so might be worth asking BT why you're getting such poor performance.

@Plusnet I’d look like that if I could actually get an install date from your shoddy company, or just not lied to when I speak to your customer service operators #joke #poorservice #liars

@plsimps @bt_uk You are very lucky that you have had no broadband issues.. If you have issues, TalkTalk are reliably the worst company to hope to get help from.. many, many people are saying this.. @Plusnet are far better, though you have to watch price, as it jumps at end of contract, like 50%

@Plusnet You’r service is an absolute joke I’ve been waiting a month for an install date! I’ve had my order cancelled multiple times without notice. As for your customer service I’ve been consistently lied to and passed around your switchboard like a rag doll. #poorservice #joke

@xoalexo @virginmedia @Plusnet Tried switching to Virgin because it's the only ISP offering more than 60Mbps in my area (which definitely isn't enough for 6 people doing online uni). Of course, they only offer 18-month contracts for anything above 100Mbps, so I'd have to cancel 6 months early for fast WIFI

@Plusnet my monthly rental has been £23.99 for months; i have just noticed my Feb bill went upto £29.35, then March's bill has come out as £36.52. What has changed? why am i paying over £12 a month more for the same service, with no correspondence from yourselves? regards
