@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@edwbaker Also Plusnet. In 6 years I’ve never had a reason to contact them so I take that as a plus, it just works! Remember them being good when we had issues getting connected though.

@plusnethelp can you please check our broadband connection speed. I have contacted Plusnet a number of times since March this year about lower than guaranteed speeds. We have Unlimited Fibre Extra but never get anywhere near our guaranteed speed let alone our estimated speed.

@Plusnet maybe in your pinned tweet you should point out your wonderful service doesn’t apply to #colonsay you seem to think it’s ok for elderly, shielding customers to wait until the 11th January for an engineers visit. Appalling!
