@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet was in a queue/ on hold for an hour this morning trying to speak to someone about my Internet connection which is not working. Never had an issue previously with internet but not impressed with todays service when I have experienced a fault.

@Plusnet 3) "Worked quickly" - no, no, no. Your monitoring is clearly highly inadequate, no status page update until sometime after 8am (see point 1 in my message chain). This is not quick, quick is spotting the issue before your customers and then fixing it there and then!

@Plusnet Let me unpack this message for you.... 1) "short while" - reports started around 1am, mine was not functional when I tried at 6:30am. Issue resolved some time after 9am. Definitely not my definition of a "short while".
