So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet Thank you for your message - very considerate - we are have our issue logged and in regular contact. The issue is one - sadly - that plusnet nor its seems BT can do nowt about.

@Plusnet I’ve done that and this issue with one hub has been known and unresolved for over 18 months now. Band steering should work without having to name 2.4 and 5Ghz networks separately 🙁

@Plusnet Heya, I managed to sort the 1mbps issue myself. I logged in to my hub (admin) to find that my hubs username had "setup@", instead of my PlusNet username and login. Please pass the message on if anyone finds they've lost internet speed.
