    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet I have 4 mb contracts. I have an ee signal booster at home till two days ago worked for my mb's. It's stopped working looks like ee have stopped the service, I now have no signal in the house. Do you have a similar device or WiFi calling?

    @OpenreachHelp Broadband in NN3 area not working since yesterday morning. Phoned Plusnet who said it was down to OpenReach maintenance or work. Any idea when service will return? Plusnet were not able to give me an answer.

    @Plusnet it’s been great until today , so much hassle to be told you are ruled by a computer, it’s a pity a customer is leaving on bad terms . Still not sure which different info sent is correct
