    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @whippletom I've had a commercial relationship with PlusNet, which I rate quite highly, that involves them upping the price after a year, me leaving and then, a year later, returning as a 'new customer', for the following 12 months. It's ridiculous. ....of course, they've all now invented

    Yet again Scotland & those most disadvantaged get shafted!! Because my rural area still has no fast fibre broadband line,we get the worst offers. No cashback, no reward card, highest monthly payments for lowest speed!! Thanks @Plusnet !! Some service that

    @whippletom You are lucky, last time I tried to negotiate with them after they more than doubled my bill, they refused to negotiate. I had to leave but thankfully went to Plusnet which was a third of the price and (so far) are more reliable service.
