So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

some say it isnt e,g plusnet. Is there any way of verify whether the failure of TOOB was related to there network cabling or will affect openreach full fibre connection. Other providers say can only say yes or no on installation day. I dont want to left without broadband 2/2

@MartinSLewis For balance I want to add I phoned @Plusnet last week and got through to a human within 2 minutes and they sorted the issue straight away! Was expecting at least 15 min hold. Was very impressed

Hello @Plusnet I have an account with you but can't DM as X then blows a gasket and accuses me of doing something wrong The issue is that I cannot send emails and cannot find how to raise a ticket from your website My email client gives me a 451 4.3.2 internal server error
