    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet shocking customer service. My 79 year old mother in law has had her phone and broadband cut off with no notice and no reason. Nice way to treat a customer at Christmas. Hope she doesn’t have a fall or anything because she has no way of calling for help

    Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp - having intermittent service all day, mostly none at all (YO32). No problem reported in my area but unable to access app to report. Done all the refreshing/reboots etc but not resolving. TIA.
