    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp your business service has hit rock bottom. the amount of stressed you have caused me and my business, literally lost me so much money yet you cant cancel my account without penalty because of your failed services. i honestly hate you right now.

    @lewiscraik @zeninternet @Plusnet Went from Plusnet to Zen. Use our own kit so can’t comment on that. Haven’t used support either, it’s just boringly worked.

    @Plusnet No reply nor activation in progress confirmation, and service should be going live today. Account still showing that nothing has been kicked off. Not impressed at all with how you’re handling the activation process. Your online reporting is broken
