It feels like all the UK's ISPs customer service has gone from bad to worse. Disgusted! "Award-winning customer service". Clearly, not!

no body (@shrew69) reported@nikkiwba It is a standard product now called SoGea, Broadband needs a phone line (unless full fibre) but this product doesnt actually activate the number part. All providers should do this product. Plusnet do the best deals and have decent customer service even though they are BT!!!
