So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@SkyUK Plusnet is the way forward certainly going by the awards there picking up. Sky is garbage couldn’t match plusnet at my renewal.

Real disappointment from @Plusnet as the Openreach engineer refused to put the wire in my loft with all my network devices - which was on the order notes. I am now left with a contract but no connectivity? Openreach engineer cited health and safety but Virgin had no issues?

@Plusnet your service is terrible I can’t handle it anymore ! Constantly cutting out! Router flashing orange for no reason ! Have tried everything you have suggested and still useless. Breach of contract!! you need to cancel my internet ASAP! So I can choose better! #dontuse
