    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnet Hi. Broadband has been patchy/not working since Friday storms & phoneline mostly dead. Texted helpline yesterday & got generic message about "mostly fixed within 4 hrs". Heard nothing since then and problems persist. Would at least like some sort of update. Thanks.

    @mynnoj I've had this from Plusnet, despite recently signing a new 18 month contract? apparently they can increase prices but I can't cancel it

    @Plusnet why did your engineer allister not turn up for the appointment today had loads of text's but no show then get message saying job complete never saw anyone whats going on?

    @Plusnet sort your service out, first lying to us about internet speeds to get us to take out your service. Now without internet for 3 days and unable to cancel. Whatever you do, do not use plusnet broadband.

    @Plusnet why after over a month, many, many phone calls full of reassurance can my father still not access his own email account ? Terrible service and not a clue what they are doing!
