    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @Plusnet I’ve tried contacting purecard as was previously advised but cannot get an answer. Just curious if this reward was from plusnet why do I have to chase this up? Customer service surely should do that?

    @Plusnet Would you be able to sort something out for me. I have problems paying bills and BT Home Essentials offer what you are offering me but for £20.00 a month. I recently lost my father and we were halving all bills but since he has gone I am paying all of it and I'm on brink

    @Plusnet I can't make or receive phone calls (but have 4G connection) and I can't call the help number to fix, please help. #catch22 I have tried Googling the issue and done everything short of a factory reset on my phone...
