@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

So if you are thinking of using @Plusnet then don't. We will be sharing videos on why this service is worthless and their customer service. They overcharge you for a crap service. Look elsewhere guys to save disappointment and problems

URGENT MESSAGE to @Plusnet and @Plusnethelp. You send emails telling me to empty my deleted files from your server but despite many phone calls and attempts, I am unable to access Plusnet webmail in order to comply. Online Help is useless.
