    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @Plusnet I have ordered BB from you two weeks ago but heard nothing since. I can get into my account online but your app doesn’t recognise me. I have been hanging on your customer telephone no for 20 mins with Xmas songs but given up. Is there anyone there?

    I'm all for helping yourself when it comes to support pages, but please @Plusnet, don't assume that everyone is happy to pick up the phone for something that could and should be available to check when they log into their account. I just want an order status update. Do better!

    @Plusnet Stay away from these incompetent clowns. Can never get through to customer services. Cancelled my in the 14 day cooling off period due to this. And the incompetence continued when they delivered a broadband box. It sits where the postie dumped in outside the front door.

    This a joke. @bt_uk seem unable to terminate my service with @OpenreachHelp, which everything seems to take 24 hours, and @Plusnet solution is to wait till Tuesday?!?

    @JudySismey I don't think PlusNet offers Full Fibre broadband with a voice service so you may need to move to BT's Full Fibre package with BT Digital Voice (Internet based phone service)

    @Plusnet What type of shopper am I? One left by @plusnet without internet for 14 days. @Plusnet failed to meet fix dates of 25/11, 2/12 and yesterday promised within 4 hours. I live in a town of 100,000 and my neighbours are in same position. Never again.
