    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @WeAreOpenreach @plusnet I had a full fibre installation on the 14th of August. The contractor from Morrison telecom left damage to the brickwork that should have been made good. A fairly straightforward fix. A claim was commenced to effect the repair. Claim btp112933 with ctd

    @plusnet my home phone hasn't been working for a couple of hours. Internet connection is fine. I have tried sending a text from my mobile, but your bot keeps telling me that it can't find a problem with my hub. It's not the hub it's the voice phone. I keep going round in circles

    @Plusnet why have I & everyone else in my entire neighbourhood been without broadband for 3 days now without any sign of it being fixed? @bt_uk just get the issue sorted will you we are not living in a third world country for goodness sake!

    @Plusnet My internet was down for ten days recently I have been told that I have to go through you to get a refund . The problem was with Outreach . Your company have rung me several times to talk to me .. but it’s always between 8 and 4 … I work!

    @Plusnet absolutely rubbish service from Plusnet. Called customer service who said a wait of up to 40 mins to speak to someone. Now been on 1 hour 20 mins and still waiting. I'm calling on behalf of my parents who are priority users due to health issues and I cannot get thru
