@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

number of calls each day. Such rubbish customer service - get it sorted @Plusnet @plusnethelp - not good press for you when I have to tell so many businesses and individuals the vicarage phone number has changed - and why! Get it sorted!

I'm slightly surprised it's taken this long, but I've now come across the first occasion where the failure of @Plusnet to support IPv6 actually prevents me from doing stuff. IPv6 only has been happening for a while now. @plusnethelp Any chance you're going to sort this?

I'm not to worry about my old account now, it won't go to collections, even though now every time I call @Plusnet I get routed straight to collections & they have to put me through to customer services. The person I speak to in sales is wonderful, she gets everything sorted...

@Sub_zero_TheEnd @FUT_AST @EAFIFADirect My account was setup int he uk years ago. At first , when on p2p and with the plusnet game package , it was really good. Plusnet got bought out by BT , the game package was discontinued. Noticed a change st8 away. Moved to Spain and its been bad even on fibre.

So I called @Plusnet & said I think there's been a mistake. Their customer services people are always easy to talk with, & they said yes, so sorry, that's an error, we'll get that removed & it won't come out on the directdebit. Sorted. Cut to the day before the directdebit's due

15th March comes. Phone line set up, but when I call @Plusnet the broadband won't be ready until 22nd March, as an engineer has to come out to fix what they shut off remotely. This is then delayed to 23rd March. I start a job after 6 months of looking on 22nd. I need internet.
