    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    Hey, @Plusnet , mind explaining what's been happening? Every single day I get scam phonecalls that leave voicemails in Chinese. Used to think it was my number that was the issue. But my brother got a PlusNet SIM for a week for a holiday and within the day - he also started (1/3)

    @Plusnet Sorry can this issue not be resolved today? You said Wednesday it would be back on. I am a remote worker and I can’t keep using my 4G. This is costing me a lot of money and I am so close to cancelling my account and looking elsewhere.
