@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@samjpullen @wildlime Yep, best option where I live. So much better than Vdsl. Only had one significant downtime in about 4 years. CS is **** but PlusNet were just as bad when I was with them. That being said, I'll ditch them as soon as full fibre gets to my house.

@Plusnet @EE Not impressed, not able to get incoming calls or texts since Wednesday. No communication from either company to advise of issues. Hours wasted trying to fix what I thought was fault with phone. When will this be fixed? Number is emergency contact for kids.
