@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@Plusnet Hi. Yes. Still unable to connect. Blue light on router. Devices recognising WiFi but stating no connection. Similar fault to when I upgraded service which was something Plusnet side re connection. Please fix ASAP 🙏. Really am desperate now. Thankyou.

@Plusnet There seems to be quite a major internet outage across various providers in the Wrexham area (LL13), about 7 hours so far? As BT have contacted my neighbour & are sending them a mini hub due to likely delay in restoring service, I thought I'd best check with yourselves!

@aj44brown I moved from Sky to Plusnet because apparently they use the EE masts. Yet I've barely been able to get a signal since joining. 😔 Now I have to phone for a PAC because no way I'm staying with them.
