I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Today’s engineer M group in behalf of OpenReach couldn’t get the 900MB full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help

Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

Tony (@Tonysmini) reported@Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.
