    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    @Plusnet Standard replies just don’t cut it.This is more than an inconvenience.This is damaging my business.Are u going to cover my losses? Being able to log in is pointless if u can’t reply to mail. Your service is a shambles.Well over 24hrs to fix this but u haven’t.Not good enough!

    @Plusnet Hi there, this is not the issue I am having. I can receive emails but I am unable to send. I get an error message of “undeliverable…error 550.” This has been going on for 3 days now. Grateful if you could investigate. Thanks

    @Plusnet @TonyOcton I'm trying to log into my emails and I can't but the website is telling me I should be able to. I can only hope that this will fix the problems I've been having for weeks. I'm in the cooling off period for a new contract and I'm tempted to go elsewhere.

    @LoneLeVay Glad to hear you've been able to receive some emails. We are aware the issue is still causing some delays to mail being sent and received, but you should be able to access the mailbox now with no issues. - Jess, Plusnet Leeds 🌻

    @Plusnet can’t send email now! What is going? It’s well over 24hrs, cut and paste responses are not good enough. My livelihood depends on email. You went down the pan rapidly when you were swallowed up by BT. #plusnet #plusnetdown #notgoodenough

    @Plusnet I am now getting an 'encryption' error message when trying to send email. Is this part of your problem and if so when will it be fixed?
