    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @siondoc Hey Sion 👋 Unfortunately we don't support Plusnet mobile at this time. We do hope to be compatible with Plusnet mobile in the future but don't currently have any ETA's, unfortunately. We'll be sure to keep you updated 📣

    @Plusnet I've replied to say I can have an engineer attend tomorrow 1-6, is this going ahead or not? I'll need to get somebody to sit in as I'm having to work in the office due to the Internet issues

    we are doing an article on the worst broadband suppliers, top of the list of the worst suppliers is @Plusnet and in second place is @virginmedia Plusnet came in first for how unreliable the service is and how hard it is to get hold of tech support and customer services

    Once again @Plusnet just stop responding to emails! Even after I escalated a complaint as high as I possibly could! You are not getting another penny out of me! 😡 Avoid this provider at all costs!

    @HippyRockChick6 @Plusnet Thank you but no. I would still owe it, which just at the moment is the issue. A bill of £187 just dropped on me, and asked about repaying over time and told no, if not immediately paid, debt collectors would be used. Nice disabled help @Plusnet

    @Plusnet we have had none or barely any mobile signal at home since the storms! Apparently you're gonna fix the problem, please tell me when?! Really crap service Plusnet, get your act together!

    @eLJaybud @tescomobile @EE Thanks. But I’ve got a very bad experience with plusnet. I’ll normally go to anyone, but I won’t go back to them ever again. Thanks, though
