    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    Major pronls with my new Internet provider @Plusnet. Talk about moving goalposts. I have no Internet after 9 every night and sporadic weekend service. They change how they'll resolve it I every communication

    @Plusnet If only I was so lucky. Trying to sort a complaint with you for the last 3 months where you slammed my line. Despite having an open complaint with you and pro-actively ringing up to pay 10 pounds you considered owed pro-actively so I wouldn't be passed to debt collection agency.

    @Plusnet cont ...... I was told I would receive a callback as a matter of urgency. This was at approx 9.45am & I'm still waiting. I have received an email to inform me my broadband is now live!!!! NOT without a router it's not 🤬 As a new customer I'm not at all happy 🤬🤬

    @Plusnet I'm a new business customer that has gone 'lives today with both calls & broadband. I called this morning to inform my business has no Internet as I have not yet received the router!!! Not great as my booking system is a large EOS system that runs off wi-fi!!!!

    @Plusnet It's wideawake007. I have called up this afternoon at 17:20 after being promised a call before 17:30 (at 12:20 and again at 15:30 when I chased) and the complaint still ongoing. Now told Christopher Evans is going to contact me.

    Major probls with @Plusnet. Terrible service. Goalposts moved continually. Now they vkaim only mam that cam assist with cancelling after 3 weeks of failures is on holiday. Refuse to let us speak to anyone else., stay clear folks.

    Disgusting treatment by @Plusnet my mum has such poor Broadband. Speeds only reaching 110 Kbps and constant drop outs. But apparently this is acceptable. Multiple checks done, engineer has been out, still no improvement and they won't let her leave her contract. Next stop, OfCom
