@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@plusnethelp Thanks for the response. Its the same response I had when it first started and didnt change a thing when I tried all these options. Why does your company stop me accessing my plusnet account on day 1 of billing? Its an insane way to run things and to treat your poorer customers.

@FrameshiftShark I was with Plusnet for the best part of 20 years, great service and good prices. I only switched to Virgin myself last year because I could finally afford fibre, but I'm so close to the exchange I'm not on a cabinet and Virgin are the only company who use their own cabinets.

@FrameshiftShark Had a good run with Plusnet, currently got a BT gigabit package, if it's in your area I'd hugely recommend that Never had any major problems with either aside from an outage w/ plusnet due to a physically broken line that needed splicing
