@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@MartinSLewis My sister in Glasgow was with Plusnet they never haggled about the price she's now with Hyperoptic for £25 a month she gets 1GB hyper fast download speed against 65 megabytes download speeds of Plusnet and they were charging £36 a month on fibre to the cabinet FTTC connection

So I cancelled my Plusnet DD, arranged contract with 3 5G internet, no upfront payments and £9 pm cheaper than Plusnet. It's all set up already. Plusnet still not working. They'll try to charge cancellation fee of course...
