Alll I get when I report it is the answer above, or told I need to upgrade upgraded a couple of years ago, have no extra devices and things are worse than before !!!

Lovely person @plusnet convinced me to go full fibre option with no landline telling me to use WiFi calling on my mobile to sort lack of signal. Trouble is I'm also with plusnet mobile. Guess which mobile service doesn't support wifi calling??
