@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

I switched my #broadband supplier from @SkyBroadbandd to due to months of excruciating bad service. I'm now with @Plusnet & the service given to me by Anthony from Leeds was truly amazing, great conversation about the company. Thank you Anthony from Leeds. 👏🏾 10/10

@shell If anyone is thinking about using these guys for their broadband, avoid. Right now their service can’t even support finding them on Twitter via WiFi. Absolutely the worst ISP on the planet. Make Plusnet look like a tech giant.

@VictimVodafone Plusnet are very good with customer service. I wish I had stayed with them instead of switching to Vodafone.
