Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!
