Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@jsquires1990 @Plusnet The official forum is similar, it's like messages are sent via carrier pigeon. I have been with them for 9 years and I can't get the £22.99 deal plastered all over social media on my contract renewal. Be prepared to be disappointed by the quality of customer service

Internet down. I mpressed with Plusnet’s comms about the problem and estimated “incident” fix time. Let’s see if they sort it by their deadline - I suspect it’s an overblown target so they look good, but clear comms is everything. Had planned non-tech tasks this morning anyway.

@MoneySavingExp Good deal but Vodafone network coverage is rubbish and slow gone back to Plusnet (EE) £10 per month sim only 27gb per month
