Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet is there anyway to get my reward as I’ve missed it by a few days? Didn’t realise I had to claim it, assumed it was automatic. I’ve already had to fork out for a new (non Plusnet), router as the two you’ve previously sent have never work properly.

@Plusnet Thankfully my messages have both been sent now... We use an email client and messages are a bit unpredictable but seem to get through eventually... I was just relieved to find out that it wasn't a problem with my phone...
