@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@BeaumontDMD During my 18 months with them I didn't actually require customer services so can't comment lol. I left them for Plusnet in 2020 as they were a lot cheaper for broadband and landline calls, think it was £25.99 but I got a £75 Pre-paid debit card.

@Plusnet I can't seem to contact your customer service from Italy, neither the 0800 number nor 500. Anywhere else I can speak to someone?

@Plusnet hi Plusnet can I say your new text service is shocking! Been waiting for half hour for a text about my WiFi error and nothing. Can someone please message me so I can ask for an engineer! My WiFi has gone down and trying to get some help is almost impossible!

@virginmedia Been with @VirginMedia less than a month. Nothing but trouble and today - nothing at all. Will be seeking to cancel and go back to @Plusnet who were amazing. I'd rather have perfect 40Mbps than rarely there 250Mbps.

@andrewwhyman Yeah, it's a pretty rural area. BT now aren't the ridiculous price they once were, especially exploiting new customer offers. Once billed £52/month for 25-30Mbps. Switched to PlusNet for £18/month after that. I'd happily upgrade now to a fibre package but I'd get the same speeds.

@Plusnet I never did get through - I asked how else I could get in touch and Plusnet told me the only alternative was by letter!
