Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet Everybody do not go to plusnet worst network provider ever and not organised at all.Cancelling all my business contracts with them as this has damaged our business.

After 19 years as a #Plusnet customer, ended the contract yesterday moving to another provider and already noticing the benefits. The contract with Plus and the service they offered was vastly different.
