After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

Spent days on phone with you and EE nobody wants to own the issue. Refused to give an email address

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL
