    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    Welp, Not sorry, But @Plusnet Our time is done. You failed for 4 months fixing an issue on my line, even accused my PC's power supply for being the issue. Well no more. You don't offer FTTP and it's no active in my area. So Long, and Thanks for 6 good years and ****** final one

    @plusnethelp I've recently switched to plusnet, had several issues of Internet going off, being connected without Internet, having to do a router reset every couple of days, any idea why this would be happening?

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Yes I agree it’s important to stay connected when you have to work on zoom. I am still waiting for the connection Plusnet promised in February. Every 2 days you email saying it’ll be a couple more days. Worst service I have ever encountered. How can this be fixed, please?

    @ShreyMittal20 Hi Shrey, we do advise on our Mobile page that Plusnet Mobile does not support premium or short code text services. I am sorry if this means our service is not suitable for yourself. -Lauren

    I believe I have fixed our internet issues! After speaking to Plusnet today, I was made aware that I can actually change and configure our router settings. I've connected my PC to the 5Ghz band, and immediately I'm getting our normal promised speeds!

    @Plusnet I think it’s absolutely disgusting that you have the audacity to charge people for a service that you cannot provide! It’s no good apologising, apologising isn’t going to fix the issue is it? I will be taking legal action now, you’ve gone too far once again! Disgusting!

    @plusnethelp we have switched to @plusnet 2 weeks ago and since bt switched off their service we have had no internet!!! Husband is VERY stressed having to ring daily and explain the issue DAILY with NO RESLOVE DAILY!!! Not impressed with this company AT ALL!!!
