  Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

  @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

  How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.   @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

  @Plusnet You haven’t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you don’t know.

  @Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time

  @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
