@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet Plusnet say they are here to help, no they are not! Took over our broadband on 2/11/2022. After numerous calls it went live on 07/11/2022 for several hours. Has stopped working but Plusnet keep fobbing us off!!

.@Plusnet how do I get help from a human if the problem I have is that I can't make calls? I can't call 500 as I can't make calls and the chat bot on the website keeps sending to the help page which tells me to call 500. How do I get my problem resolved?
