@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet Thanks for this. I've now been able to phone Support and get the line checked. Excellent response as ever, confirmed there is a fault on the line. 3 day wait for a fix is tough for work, but that's not your fault, it's under way. Thanks again.

@Plusnet BT have cut a cable at EH42 1QT. NO ONE IN OUR RURAL AREA NOW HAS A PHONE LINE !!!!! OR BROADBAND. WE HAVE ELDERLY IN THE EAREA WHO DONT HAVE MOBILES SO THEY HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES !!!

Can't believe i had a minor problem when I called @plusnethelp @Plusnet then the man hung up on me mid conversation, I now can't connect to WiFi and help desk is shut !!! #Annoyed

@Plusnet Anybody reading this who's thinking of a new broadband provider.Stay away from plusnet,they are ******* useless!paying 4 fibre b/band,all it does is cut out & slow. Quicker with AOL dial up 10yrs ago. Use it a a few hours a day. ******* useless! BT found no fault, it's plusnet.
