    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @Plusnet Thanks, but why bother to respond to me individually (albeit generically) more than 2 hours after the service had been restored? It would have been more helpful to use Twitter to keep us updated during the outage, so those who were affected could manage their time effectively.

    Utterly disgraceful service from @Plusnet Called to cancel. Refused to speak to me as an Authorised User. Told me they would call my mum straight away… 1 hour later still no call. Now my mum has to call back to cancel. Utterly disgraceful company. Avoid

    Anyone thinking of using Plusnet just now, think again, signed up and paid upfront for a service 19 Aug which expected to commence 26 Aug… I’m still waiting and advised at 18:15 tonight by not so Plusnet that they might connect me by 30 Sept 🤬
