    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldnโ€™t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. Iโ€™m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. Theyโ€™re so bad Iโ€™m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

    @Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of โ€œdo as I say, not as I doโ€ โ€” preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

    @Plusnet Iโ€™ve just taken personal broadband with you. I do not wish to financially support BT Groupโ€™s documented support for Migrant Help/refugees. Please explain what contractual provision prevents me terminating without an early termination charge, and cite the specific clause.

    @ClareQ12 @Plusnet Never had a problem with Plusnet in 20 years except when we moved house and had to wait for a landline. Customer service has been great, and speed is as promised - otherwise you can get recompense.

    @johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. Iโ€™ll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends

    Very sorry to hear the seamless plusnet transfer problems mirrored also in their use of company who are hosting emails, again peeps had no say - hope all goes well on Monday - Its a nightmare
