@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@pwh1skey @Plusnet Ah, that's infuriating 😔 I got put through to Sales, and they set me up as a new customer, and moved some of my details over from my old account to speed up the enablement. Have they tried that route with you?

@Plusnet Done all that, it's rubbish. You basically attached modern tech to decades old wires. I'll be ringing to cancel tomorrow

@Plusnet OK; just set to Ch6. Will see what that does, but to be honest my confidence with your service is not good.

@Plusnet are a disgrace. They messed up an order to transfer over to them as providers. Left us mid week with no internet service for over a day and have offered £5 in compensation. Would you say this is acceptable? when we are all trying to work from home!!

@phil_wiffen @Plusnet Ah lucky you. I get a different story depending on who answers the phone on their side! To be fair I’ve been with them years and never had a problem but now is the time customer service matters! Down 60 hours and counting!

@Plusnet My bill has gone into wild oscillation after I elected to renew: Mar £42.43, Apr £20.49, May £30.49. I looked at the Apr and May bills but I can't understand the credits, debits and discounts shown. Looked on web/help - no joy. Please explain what's going on?
