Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@swiftness2009 @Plusnet I feel your pain, for a communications company they fall down at the first hurdle everytime. You have to jump through hoops and just end up treading water. This is the worst company by far in my past 17 years at my address, eat my dust @plusnet I'm off.
