    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @PeachesNplum Love that she is tagging his service provider. I doubt @plusnet would want the publicity of being involved in a stalking and harassment campaign.

    Terrible service today from @Plusnet and one of the useless companies they outsource to. Offered a £75 reward which expired before we had a chance to activate it. Not advised of the cut-off at point of sale. Beware disingenuous #plusnet rewards! #thatlldo nicely for you I imagine

    @Plusnet my broadband is down and your website isn't working either So how the hell do I report a fault if everything is broken ????

    @plusnethelp Hi, plusnet attempted to put right their cockup but so far have failed. I lost my business number. I would not recommend anyone using #plusnet. They have 'promised' to.fix but I'm not holding my breath. @MarcAllera

    @plusnethelp Query. I have router (Plusnet) set to both 2.4 & 5 ghz settings but of late I keep losing the 5g signal. have found that if I switch router off for 30 secs or so, then I can reconnect to 5g signal. Does this mean fault with router ??

    @roundyfullandby @bt_uk Customer service eh! Always designed to benefit the company first, the customer second. Plusnet have been pretty poor too for us recently!

    @MattCarnie I upgraded to fibre with Plusnet who I think use EE's network. It is just me using it but so far its been faultless and Plusnet do have decent customer service

    @Plusnet @bt_uk please can you let the public know what's going with the line faults in the villages surrounding Loughborough please. Numerous reports of different ISPs that are down.
