@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

  • MattJamesDeacon Matt Deacon (@MattJamesDeacon) reported from Shepshed, England

Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

@blindandb0ujee No I mean like a decent carrier. I’ve gone with plusnet because of the free roaming but it’s a one month contract so if it’s not good I’ll swap. I’ve heard bad things about all of them at this point

  • dgpearce1000 David Pearce (@dgpearce1000) reported

@AnnaCupani Been with Plusnet for years well before BT took them over. Never had any problems.

  • wendyk1501 Wendy Jefferson (@wendyk1501) reported

So Toothgate maybe nearing the end but the next problem is broadband and Wi-Fi roll on 8am when I ring @Plusnet can’t be using my phone too as I’ve got limited data. Oh yes and I’m supposed to be catching up on uni work FFS! #whyme #neverfuckingends #whatthefuckisnext 🤬🙄🤯😭

  • TheAndrewKerr Andrew Kerr (@TheAndrewKerr) reported

@Plusnet Hello. Forgot to say thanks for getting my broadband sorted. The engineer fixed it, apparently an issue with the supplier, and it is working fine now. Thank you. Is there an update on the other query about the error (screenshot in previous tweets)?

  • SarahFi95957241 Sarah Field (@SarahFi95957241) reported

@Plusnet I’ve just received my first bill with you complete with extra call charges. Problem is… I don’t have a phone connected to the line. It’s for broadband purposes only! I can’t get through on your phone line. Not a great start to my contract with you to be honest.

  • adamjb68 Adam Bargery (@adamjb68) reported

@Plusnet I am trying to change my direct debit details and there is nowhere I can do this online. According to help I go to bills. I do, but nothing to change details

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@dgpearce1000 As it would be an upgrade to a faster service, you would be able to do so without penalty. The same process already applies to any customer who upgrades from ADSL to Fibre/Fibre extra, or from Fibre to Fibre Extra. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • Badderspj Peter Badrick (@Badderspj) reported

Interesting after almost 18 years of great service with @Plusnet they can't offer me service at my new address. No problem, account closed at last billing point and nothing else to pay. Email today demanding £1.09 or the bailiffs are coming! Please explain.

  • BHCman Brookside Caravan Park (@BHCman) reported

@Plusnet Can you use any extender to spread the signal from your plusnet router, or any you specifically sell or recommend?
