    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @Plusnet I have messaged via the Plusnet account. Please can someone access that and reply to me. We have zero broadband access despite paying for it. This is the worst it has ever been as the access has been poor for quite sometime but never nonexistent like this.

    @Plusnet when i joined plusnet i had to pay a month upfront plus a month so why when im one day late do you limit my service and shocker you make it so i cant get to your payment site with the restrictions iv had enough of your service and i want out of my contract fifth time

    @EE You are seriously kidding me! I am with Plusnet which uses your network and I haven't had any signal for about 5 days. I'm not alone either.

    @Plusnet My broadband is down and I need for work today. Luckily I'm still within my 14 days, so unless things improve very quickly I will be cancelling.

    @Plusnet @Samboss_ Why are you sending down updates to routers which resets all the parameters? This just happened to me out of the blue. Luckily I'm tech-savvy enough to log in to the router dashboard but 99% of other people wouldn't know!!!

    @cjstringer @Plusnet Have you completely lost all trace of your network Chris? At this point I now have to keep trying to re-add it to devices as it’s like it’s just vanished despite blue light on modem but it drops off again every time
