Red **** (@RedDyke69) reported@Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of โdo as I say, not as I doโ โ preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
-
Abu al-Hinnฤ Yakub (@RobinWi56161978) reported@TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. Theyโre so bad Iโm moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
-
Sakana San (@san_san141627) reported@Plusnet is there any way I can just text or email you as I am too distressed to phone you. Things have happened and I need to cancel my contract
-
@Gaylesian (@gaylesian) reported@JoshCF_ Try plusnet they are owned by BT but you would get new customer offer.
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

Richard Holliday | Author ๐ฌ๐ง (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
