I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

@Plusnet here we go again! internet cutting out & so slow, & you have a nerve to increase this month's payments & onwards because of inflation and CPI. You're a disgusting company & i can't wait to get rid of you!

@Plusnet Hi. I was with three other friends, on various UK networks, and they had absolutely no problems with getting a 4G signal on roaming. Is the reason I only had 2G because Plusnet only has cheap contract agreements with German carriers?

@AFitzgerald1992 @Plusnet Used to have it before the fibre got to the box a mile away but cost a fortune and could be unstable at times… tbh we cope with what we’ve got but would prefer to pay for what get… iyswim

@Plusnet you’ve renewed my contract which is fine but almost doubled my bill for the same service??? Why?

@AFitzgerald1992 @Plusnet Because if the infrastructure we live with it would be too easy to overpay for a service that we’ll never get… 🥲 Would happily pay £30/month if there was any hope of getting the speeds that such a package is designed to deliver…
