    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @Plusnet Thank you for your reply. Well that’s unfortunate as it looks like we will need to change as the voucher scheme is threatening to charge £1500 if we don’t sign up to the full fibre network as we pledged our voucher originally.

    @Plusnet After ringing 6-7 times in one day and being lied to, misled and having a couple of meltdowns, I decided to cancel the contract. It feels like all the UK's ISPs customer service has gone from bad to worse. Disgusted! "Award-winning customer service". Clearly, not!

    @Plusnet is there a problem with broadband in Preston ? My router keeps going off. It’s the 3rd router I’ve had. Connection is really patchy nowadays. Please advise, thank you

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Only Plusnet have acted professionally and tried to help - they were at no fault and have served us brilliantly for over 20 years. For such a large corporation BT your service is shocking. Please take ownership of the problem and fix this. 4/4

    @FionaGowenlock Hi Fiona, I'm really sorry to hear you lost your connection earlier today. While I can see that there was a brief loss of connection, my testing has found no external faults and your line has since come back. Are you still have issues getting online? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @nikkiwba It is a standard product now called SoGea, Broadband needs a phone line (unless full fibre) but this product doesnt actually activate the number part. All providers should do this product. Plusnet do the best deals and have decent customer service even though they are BT!!!
