    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    DAY FIFTEEN of no @Plusnet broadband. The promised router hasn't arrived. Manager who promised to update me hasn't. I work remotely. This is impacting on my ability to earn a living. For god's sake Plusnet either fix it or let me take complaint to @Ofcom. This is beyond a joke.

    @Plusnet No response all day, such a ridiculous service and no wonder I want to leave plusnet. The sooner the better at this rate. Most awful customer service I have ever seen. Sort it out

    @Plusnet ..so someone can just make a claim on my BT landline and cancel my broadband.. and it will take 10 to 14 days to reinstate..

    Then I got a bill from John Lewis. The account was NOT closed. Plusnet is double charging me! They said they would sort. John Lewis emailed yesterday to say account closing & internet service would stop. 4/

    Switch fromJohn Lewis broadband (provided by Plusnet) to Plusnet was set for 21 Sept. On 20th I had no internet so contacted Plusnet Support. They restored Internet on the new router & said they had completed the switch over. 2/

    Having ruled everything else out now, this seems to be an issue with @Plusnet; any clarification on why @google services aren't peering correctly (and judging by the help forum, not for the first time), guys?
