Plusnet Issues Reports Near Chichester, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Chichester and nearby locations:

  • iusher Ian Usher (@iusher) reported from Bognor Regis, England

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

  • smartin Steve Martin (@smartin) reported from Petersfield, England

Praise for customer service to @Plusnet who happily negotiated a broadband deal. I asked for a v low price in return for staying 2 years. They agreed. 👏 👏

@Alexis_Bushnell Do you know what type of fibre connection you have? Sky currently throttle their speeds, so people with the potential for 900mbps get a max 250mbps. More providers such as Sky, Plusnet, etc run off the Openreach (BT) network. Best to do a service check on Openreach’s website.
