    @plusnethelp @Plusnet how incompetent are you, 9 weeks after an ORDI request to fix fact you have my phone number connected to another address you still haven’t sorted it! Suppose it’s one way of tying people to you,they can’t leave if details are wrong with @WeAreOpenreach

    @Robby5211 When I left Plusnet, I waited for a bill, but the muppets sent it to the defunct Plusnet email address that was cut off. They set debt collectors on me for £20 that they hadn't asked me for. Why is everyone so effing incompetent these days? Customer service is a joke.

    @Plusnet Your wifi is a joke. Asking me for my password again. Saying it’s wrong when it’s right. This is the second router I’ve had and same issue. What you going to do to sort this time?

    @Matthew_Wright @virginmedia I was with virgin media for years and broadband was great. No trouble at all where I am. Guess it depends on location. Perhaps best to see which broadband your neighbours recommend. I'm with sky just now. they are ok, but not as fast as virgin media. I avoid plusnet and talktalk

    sync of 66mbps down, 20mbps up, throughput of 19.5/19.5, @Plusnet think it's a line fault dispite the line carrying 40/2 before the change from fibre unlimited to fibre unlimited extra. A configuration change. I'm running PPPoE directly into the modem...

    @Plusnet so ordered a new service from you. You “forgot” to order broadband and you “forgot” to transfer my old phone number. This is basic stuff. Now having to go back to Virgin to extend my bb cover otherwise I will be without service. What a gr8 start as a new customer.
