@MartinSLewis I should’ve tweeted yesterday about broadband. I was with BT but they were getting expensive.Moved to plusnet but wifi signal was poor.I called up they said their hub is an older version and they just logged me in to my old bt hub so i have plusnet price thro my old bt homehub 🤯

@coupe_greg @MartinSLewis I have exactly the same problem. Plusnet said my 14 days cooling off period ended on 9 days BEFORE they connected me. Apparently can guarantee only internet speed. Had no issues with wifi when I was with previous 2 providers. Now its problems all day with #plusnet

@MartinSLewis £40 for standard broadband I think but includes landline and rental etc with Plusnet. With them 5 yrs ish- reluctant to change to cheaper had no end if issues with Talk Talk and daily losses of connection with BT which is odd considering BT own Plusnet, but here we are

@plusnethelp hello, I have joined plusnet in the last few days, however my wifi is saying ‘incorrect pssword’ on my phone when I try and connect. It had previously connected and the password is correct and hasn’t been changed. Doing this on two separate iPhones. PLEASE HELP

@MartinSLewis Changed from sky to plusnet . Equally bad. Half the speed as advertised, poor connection that fluctuates between poor and proper **** and £26.99 per month.

it is now 16.00 on Friday & still NO landline & absolutely no information from @plusnethelp as to what is happening...been without a landline for 4 Days @Plusnet took over on 17 November & I have had a landline for 5 days of that .... please do something this is such bad service

@EE recently switched from your broadband to @plusnethelp @Plusnet and absolutely wish we hadn’t is there anything we can do to revert back? Absolutely shocking connectivity and they are fobbing us off saying they’ll call to fix it and not bothering? Any advice?
