@Plusnet I'm missing work now, and just got a "we may take longer than 20 minutes to get back to you text" a full hour after being told that the problem is within my home network. Which it is not Useless.

@Plusnet @solarwhite100 Quickly? You call 7 hours before even being aware there is an issue quickly? Perhaps you need to invest in some network monitoring and an on-call rota?
