@GiveMeSpace3 Separate out phone hardware vs service provider. Especially if buying refurb, it's usually cheaper to get sim-free phone and then sim-only contract. I use Plusnet, coverage and price is great but niggles like they don't support short code texts. Got last refurb phone from CEX

@Plusnet concerned re our Broadband speed/service.This weekend for the first time in ~2yrs of being with you,our service dropped in/out (making it unusable) 2days running between 16:00 and 21:00.Could this be linked to the recent introduction of fibre by openreach? Please help.
