Ian Usher (@iusher) reported from Bognor Regis, England@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

Plus net we will con you proud. Awful service and awful company. Awful!!!!

So in August, we had no service at all for a month and when finally an engineer was called out which was free btw,Now this month we are expected to pay the bill for the engineer 4 months afterwards and the month that we had no service.
