'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

@UswitchUK @OpenreachHelp @MattRodda I'm expecting a Network-Rail-Train-Operating-Company levels of teflon coating. USwitch will blame PlusNet. PlusNet will blame OpenReach. OpenReach will shrug. I live in the centre of a 218k pop town with crap internet. No-one takes responsibility and I'm expected to WFH.

@Plusnet after being convinced to stay with you following 7 years of service, being convinced not got to Vodaphone for £100 cashback, after 2 months you have failed to set up my new broadband contract, failed to call me back, failed to respond to my complaint. 😭 I give up.
