@plusnethelp Calls are working but SMS are not working! Sometimes I get friends SMS after a week! Plusnet direct debit SMS are coming on time! but not others!!

I believe I have fixed our internet issues! After speaking to Plusnet today, I was made aware that I can actually change and configure our router settings. I've connected my PC to the 5Ghz band, and immediately I'm getting our normal promised speeds!
