    Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

    'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

    @Plusnet Thanks, Alice. Tried the coverage - it won't let me put my actual postcode in (says it's not valid). I'm doing it correctly. Tried with similar postcode and it said coverage was okay. Wifi is fine. Still no phone signal. Please investigate and fix.

    @Plusnet hi. Pretty shocked to receive a bill and a threat for debt collection referral after you advised us to cancel the direct debit. Particularly shocking as we switched to what I now understand is your parent company @bt_uk ! Whooops. Account username: emmettb

    @Danny_f1_fan @Plusnet Indeed, we are only about fifteen years behind third world countries on internet access speeds, total embarrassment really, and you notice, they ignore me, second time now = lost customer.

    @EwanToo @jameskilbynet Thanks James, Ewan: I’m in a same boat as you since I moved to Plusnet ( what a mistake ), constantly dropping out and speed is so poor. setup the script to run from Rpi “Speedtest-cli” result to CSV file
