Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Carryduff and nearby locations:

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BILDERBERG_GP Peter Jeffries #IsleofWight ENGLAND, UK. (@BILDERBERG_GP) reported

@Ofcom @e_emobile @Plusnet Ofcom... There has been virtually no EE mobile service on the Isle of Wight for nearly 2 weeks. Currently, I'm on aeroplane mode here. No body seems bothered by a simple service connector problem. Its nothing less than a disgrace. Sort it !!

  • LesleyAJonesx Lesley Jones (@LesleyAJonesx) reported

@Plusnet Internet suddenly stopped working, followed the "troubleshooting" instructions & that shows "connected" but it's not working.

  • jimbofluffytail Chutney Carmichaels (or jimbofluffytail) (@jimbofluffytail) reported

@Plusnet hi, I started an order with you yesterday for a new broadband contract. I have paid the upfront costs, created a username & password but can't access it. Can you help please?

  • oingopilled jex/kia (2-2) | ⚢🏳️‍⚧️ | (@oingopilled) reported

@Stigbinky i have plusnet its such a random choice but it costs like £20 or something like that and it never goes down 🏆

  • StevenBurnett1 Steven Burnett (@StevenBurnett1) reported

@Plusnet Remember the ads about keeping things simple, no nonsense, for the customer. On the same bandwagon as everyone else now. Good deals to start then massively hike up prices mid-contract (something they never used to do). Almost a 15% mid-contract increase this month

  • naz2012 Naz (@naz2012) reported

@ZioSGTV @superstaryas7 @CommunityFibre I’ve been with plusnet too and kept them as a WAN backup when I moved to CF. Top class customer service but 70mbps doesn’t compare with 1gbps for almost the same monthly price. Now my Plusnet contract is coming up for renewal will consider cancellation.

  • liameve Liam McAwesome Eve (@liameve) reported

Absolutely livid that our internet has been down since Friday 31st, and now being told by @Plusnet that it might not be fixed until the 10th! Please advise who I can contact to compensate me for the additional mobile data I’m now going to have to pay for, through no fault of mine

  • VictorMeldraw 🐾 🐈‍⬛ චᆽච Lucky Nigel Cat චᆽච 🐈‍⬛ 🐾 (@VictorMeldraw) reported

@jo2107 @plusnethelp @Plusnet They are being too vague. (1) can U change Plusnet mobile current plan? (2) how long before Plusnet mobile moves to EE & what prices / will they protect tariffs? Bad PR to close to new customers & not reassure current.

  • richstone59 Richard Stone (@richstone59) reported

@virginmedia A year of being with plusnet with zero problems. Moved to Virgin one week ago as was the only choice at the place I was moving to and now it’s down with zero contact from you !! Meant to be online at 9 doing assessments for students? Any advice ?!!!

  • TimButlerWorcs Tim Butler (@TimButlerWorcs) reported

@Plusnet I never did get through - I asked how else I could get in touch and Plusnet told me the only alternative was by letter!
