We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".

But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
