Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Dorothy💙 (@Dorothy3737) reported@AndyWoodturner We're with Plusnet now. There is always a battle with BT. I said I would leave after their charges. New price still high. Left to go to plusnet and got a call to pricematch plusnet. Crazy. The worst thing is,plusnet is a subsidiary of BT. No need for this crap.
