@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@rach0907 Recommend EE as they do have the best coverage, try to use one of the other providers who use the EE network as EE is very expensive. Plusnet, Asda, Virgin use EE

@Plusnet It seems strange that Plusnet does not seem to reward loyalty. I have been with them for nearly 3 years, although they have offered me a new deal which is less than I am paying now, a new customer can get the same deal at a lower price plus a voucher

Awful service @Plusnet. Connection probs since opening acc. £65 fee for engineer if it turns out it's our fault but can't say what that fault would b beyond loose wires & blocking the modem. Don't think they can or will provide the service we're paying for and tied in till Feb.

@Nevs_EFC @Plusnet @plusnethelp Mine was technically activated yesterday, but it still doesn't work as there's a fault on the line somewhere apparently. Got an engineer coming out this morning so we'll see how that goes. As of tomorrow it'll be six weeks since I placed my order.
