@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Plusnet still without mobile signal. Told at first mast was fine, then told by email mast has failed. And that’s it.! No communication, no plan moving forward, silence. Offered a free month of phone network. Does not really help not having signal. Can’t even ring and discuss it

@Plusnet Hard to be saving on a service you don’t actually have. #plusnet leaving us without internet for a month, blaming #bt and children not being able to do homework among other major inconveniences.

@Plusnet, FYI your new customer form doesn't work - I can't paste my password into the "confirm password" box. Makes signing up very awkward.

@Plusnet Thank you. I now know there will be no update to my service before Monday at the earliest so I will have at least 10 days with no broadband. It would be great if you offered unlimited mobile data in such situations rather than tiny bolt-ins.
