    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @ItemLevel1 @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've investigated quite a few companies doing rural fibre but none have a project running in my area. They want you to drum up the support then they might consider it. Could always approach a land agent about putting a 5g cell tower somewhere on our farm

    So @Plusnet / @plusnethelp I have been let down by Virgin Media not getting back to me and decided to go with you after being recommended... only thing is it says it takes 10working days to transfer...can it be done quicker? I move in to my house on Friday and only ordered yest?

    Still waiting for @Plusnet to listen to a phone call where they told I'd owe em about £20 upon leaving. Instead been charged about £60 and had no contact from them. Got sent to a debt collector. DO NOT go with plus net. Advise everyone to avoid. Horrible customer service.
