@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

@WineGlassCharms @Plusnet Miki, depends on quality of landlines if you're out in the country. @ShellEnergyHome @Plusnet Is there any way I can come out of the contract? I'm not getting a decent wifi signal in the house, we use data on our phones. The tablet and amazon stick is linked via ethernet cable. I'm not getting what I'm paying for. There's obviously an issue, it could be the router?

@steviejb87 Thats what we are on now FTTC then copper to the house. We just moved from BT to plusnet because we were paying 75 a month for 70 down which was too expensive but plusnet was a **** idea terrible service. It surprising though for such a developed country to still be using copper

If your looking to save some money by switching your broadband provider then for the love of god DO NOT SWTICH TO PLUSNET. I already regret it because they're SLOW AS *****! You REALLY need a signal booster just to do anything because they suck so bad.
