@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

I recently switched internet from Virgin to Plusnet. Virgin used to have occasional outages but robust connectivity with all devices. Plusnet is absolutely crap. I'm constantly reconnecting phones, tablet, laptop and Skybox. Utter garbage router.

@Plusnet Please can someone help me get our Broadband up again? We reported a fault on 9th April and we are still waiting... On hold yet again... No answers... No help. Plusnet Customer Service appears to be a joke

Currently very disappointed by @Plusnet - a month ago we signed up for a broadband connection for the new house, to be ready roughly when we moved. We've been in the house for a fortnight and it's still not available. Worst is the communication has been so poor.

@bookish__jane @asda_mobile I just moved to plusnet (ee). Great prices, signal and service (uk call centre and not Egypt). Now asda are with holding my outstanding credit. Asdamobile you are a bunch of thieves.

If anyone needs broadband and phone do not and I can’t stress this enough use #plusnet.they try and put across in all their ad’s that they have award winning customer service it’s not true my mother 75 been shielding for 14 months being threatened for £13 #plusnet hang your heads

@Plusnet Nothing close by that’s seems to be setting it off. We’ve moved the router to the master socket in a bid to help speed a couple of weeks ago. It does sound like a few people in the road are having trouble too.

@Plusnet @adelangers If people use private messages you companies tend not to respond. By broadcasting to everyone you actually get your finger out and maybe fix the problem.

@Plusnet My wife is in New Zealand and needs to add me as a nominee so I can talk to Plusnet about her service. The 500 number doesn't work, Live Chat is always offline, and I can't find an email address. Please advise me what she can do.
