@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

@Cruzetavia @TalkTalk @Plusnet Heard that before, but apparently the FTTP support is UK based and not outsourced.

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet There's nothing better than getting the internet speed you pay for, wouldn't you agree? Not only does mine drop out several times a day it never gets faster than 17mb and often not into double figures. Is your guaranteed 54mb minimum a real guarantee or a Yorkshire one.

@lottyburns @BT @Plusnet have excellent customer service, one of the few ISP's where if necessary you can speak to an engineer rather just script following call centers.

@bt_uk Sort out PLUSNET. You own them and yet there services are slow. Rivals offer speeds over 100mb.

@ShellEnergyHome I spoke to your representative on that number. He was rude, argumentative and aggressive. Not only that, but he threatened damage to my credit rating. I repeat: my contract with you has expired; upon expiry, I began a new contract with Plusnet. I am not paying two suppliers.

Fed up of being blighted by comms issues. Plusnet saga rumbling on then we decide to get our landline taken out and now my mobile has decided to reject/block calls from my parents' number. I could SCREAM!!!!🤯

@Plusnet Hi Anoush, yes we’ve done the problem shooting many times to no avail. We’re having 20 minutes Internet then nothing for 20 minutes… and repeat! I know you said you’re giving me the maximum speed for my package but I question what is the package worth if we can’t connect?

@Plusnet we recently switched to Plusnet for my stepdad and his wifi has stopped working. Phone support closed and online troubleshooter not working. Can you please advise?
