@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Plusnet cheers for charging me for a service which i cancelled over 1 month ago. I rang you twice about this, 1st time you were useless and said to do nothing, 2nd time you blamed it on a billing issue and said youd refund me, no compensation, cheers.

Anyone on here having trouble getting in touch with Plusnet, I know they are part of BT but up until now they have not been anywhere like the poor service usually given by BT when it comes to Broadband problems – until now!

@Plusnet WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I have been hold for the fourth time this week, for an hour and a half, with no resolution. Absolutely poor effort. Where is your customer service team? Time to hire some new staff!!

It's now Day 6 of no service. When I called this morning @Plusnet (45 mins of hold music told) me they couldn't do anything because @WeAreOpenreach were on strike yesterday?!?!?! Great service all round 👏. They also then said no updates till the 13th. Even better.

@BTSopenreach apparently the lack of @Plusnet broadband in the WV14 area is down to you guys. It’s been about 24 hours now, any idea when it’s coming back? I kind of need it and I’m trying hard to be patient.
