@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp @OpenreachHelp so you have till midnight to fix the problem apparently no sign of an engineer in the neighbourhood. And stop ignoring me

  • Miss_Faulkner18 Miss_F (@Miss_Faulkner18) reported

@plusnethelp I'm still waiting for my refund its disgusting. I would warn everyone off using plusnet. All I have had is bad experiences and them not returning my money after zero service.

  • frank10743117 frank (@frank10743117) reported

@Plusnet Can you help me? Your support are useless all they can tell me is that my speeds are below minimum for my contract and that it’s up to me to pay for the engineer to fix it?

  • silentbazz ʙᴀʀʀʏ ʀᴏʙᴇʀᴛꜱ (@silentbazz) reported

Great. Internet has gone again. 6.5 until we're free of @Plusnet's awful service..

  • frank10743117 frank (@frank10743117) reported

@kevinhandley @Plusnet Don’t mate plusnet are awful I pay for 50-68 mbps and barely get 30 been on hold for 3 hours and they’ve not done anything

  • RussellMoores1 The NWRA🔰 (@RussellMoores1) reported

@TollingtonLTN @Kitrhodes @Nigel_Farage So how many people would have to lose their jobs in all this? Certainly not bt workers, but how about virgin, o2, plusnet, talk talk. And who pays for all the court cases? Free at the point of service is a Labour buzz statement. It's nonsense.

  • frank10743117 frank (@frank10743117) reported

@Plusnet How about having your support reply to people for once.... been two weeks Stuck with dodgy wifi while I try and work from home .....

  • frank10743117 frank (@frank10743117) reported

  • silentbazz ʙᴀʀʀʏ ʀᴏʙᴇʀᴛꜱ (@silentbazz) reported

@drlargepants Well to be fair it's all Openreach, but the ADSL infrastructure round here is shite. Aluminium instead of copper. But Plusnet, who used to have great customer service, aren't interested in helping
