We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Broadband connection is terrible, drops out constantly, doesn't work upstairs and despite numerous attempts to sort it out nothing is done! Definitely do not recommend!!!! 😡
