@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

I've been with @plusnet for broadband for years, and I don't intend to change, but you ALWAYS get the first bill wrong when I renew my contract. A phone call has sorted it out, but you really need to fix your billing system.

@ROWilliams2 So i phone @Plusnet up can't understand person on other end so they put me through to someone else they where taking to fast so after 35mins they say they will cancel it on 4th April hours later Email from @Plusnet saying I have 12 months contract I'm Dislexic

@Plusnet @PLUSNET How about calling customers back when you promise to do so? My mothers phone has not worked for over a week and you guys don't seem to care. Keep promising but nothing happens. Even the "manager" does not call back when he promised to do so. #plusnet #terrible

Just been on my @Plusnet support ticket. Again saying I have a fault. Ffs. Nothing will happen till Monday. For gods sake tell @WeAreOpenreach to cease and reprovide through cabinet 16. This pathetic now. @Plusnet reps keep saying they will take ownership, lying.

@Plusnet worst service ever. Port still hasn’t happened which was due on Wednesday and now told operations closed until Monday. So might happen next week .. but we won’t call you back so you can spend 40 mins on hold if you wnat an update. Wow!
