  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

@jdmc_alli1 @Plusnet Have a look on the Plusnet community forum - far more help from fellow customers than the vacuous & complacent official 'updates'

  • stevewelling15 Stephen Welling (@stevewelling15) reported

@Plusnet @blbuckley63 yeah, it's not working that well on all email clients, and still some emails are lost.

  • sola987 Sophie lake (@sola987) reported

Hello @Plusnet , my email has been down for 3 days now, are you going to fix it please?

  • RobertMHill Robert Hill 󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇷🇪🇺 (@RobertMHill) reported

@Plusnet It seems very much that none of your guys work 24/7, whereas many of your service users do, or rather would if you managed to fix your service. You keep saying it is OK when it is absolutely not. You are now staying off Twitter it appears.

  • samyidcharteris samantha (@samyidcharteris) reported

Fekin @virginmedia are **** how many times is my broadband going to pack up this week... anyone know if #plusnet any better?

  • JoshCorley14 Josh (@JoshCorley14) reported

@Plusnet Hello, this still has not been resolved. When our service was down for 5 days we were told we would get £8 off per day. I was then charged for an extra month, and only got a £5 refund? How has this still not been sorted properly. Absolute joke.

  • kellylizzy81 Kelly Hughes (@kellylizzy81) reported

@Plusnet I checked the coverage checker before signing up to EE which said coverage would be great. Unfortunately I am having issues with very little or no signal at home (where I previously have had excellent signal with other providers). Is there a problem in the CH6 postcode?

  • ElvisMcGonagall Elvis McGonagall (@ElvisMcGonagall) reported

Hello once more @Plusnet - "some customers may be experiencing difficulties". Yes - for 4 days now. Still can't receive or send emails. Still no explanation. Pitiful customer service. I'm looking for another ISP because this is useless. What is going on?

  • skyhookfiddler Martin Harwood (@skyhookfiddler) reported

@Plusnet @KevRJones “Alexa - show me an example of terrible customer service”

  • nealo88 Neale McGeever (@nealo88) reported

@Plusnet I had my router installed by Open Reach by 1pm yesterday, why doesn't it work? Someone on your phone service said it would be on by midnight last night. Hope I'm not being charged for this week without wireless?
