We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Asking me to call a number that does not help me and just gaslights me / lies to me each time is NOT the solution. Plusnet honouring its promises IS. Plusnet cannot be trusted and abuses its clients.
