    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    @internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

    @Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    Come on @Plusnet why is the whole country not being provided a service today....no official statement of why you are down and thank goodness for mobile hotspot on works mobile phone.....

    @O2 keeps dropping out, not receiving calls or texts, data is on and off and @Plusnet not working either. 1st world problems but the only day I need internet and both aren't working properly 😑😑😑

    Hey @Plusnet, instead of just issuing template "sorry to hear bla bla" replies to a handful of your many customers who are without service this morning, how about acknowledging more widely that there's a major outage??
