@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet @Google Dear PlusNet, I’ve had no email access today having tried multiple devices and webmail without success. I understand that from news reports that there’s a generic issue but that doesn’t help when I’m urgently waiting for test results to be emailed. When will it be fixed?

@Plusnet the lack of any meaningful updates or any real explanation or expected return of service is pretty poor for a company of your size. I know I wouldn’t have got away with this level of (no) customer liaison during my working life as a MSP. Not good enough. #plusnetdown

Email down all day? Shocking for an ISP. Very few updates on @Plusnet site and now it says it may be resolved tomorrow. Worst outage in my 20 yrs with them.

@Plusnet why when there’s a MAJOR outage (your words) do you say “some customers “. Isn’t it all those with plusnet email addresses? I haven’t had a mail since 22:20 yesterday!
