  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@Plusnet I’m going public! If you’ll allow someone to use my number but won’t talk to me then I’m going to the next level - get your customer services to stop - it’s Freud! Take responsibility!

  • strudders2112 Get Vaccinated, you selfish ********. (@strudders2112) reported

@Plusnet I really appreciate your offers to try and keep me as a customer however you're not the cheapest now. More than that, this line in your offers kills it. "Price changes apply" what is the point in anybody signing up when you will increase your prices by 4.5% in June?

@rob3047 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Plusnet working fine here must be a more localised problem.

@Plusnet can anybody tell me how you start the procedure of cancelling my contract. I have had problems with my internet since October, after going around in circles with less than helpful customer service nothing is resolved.
