@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

Hi @Plusnet think my mums router is broken - how do I go about ordering a new one and what would be the cost? Thanks!

  • EvButton John (@EvButton) reported

@jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk If you can, enquire with BT to fibre to the house. It’s being rolled out at an exponential rate. I’ve gone from Plusnet 45mbps to BT 900mbps and I get very strong signal from the router all over the house. It’s yet to dip below 700

  • paulbeebe Paul Beebe (@paulbeebe) reported

@jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk Talk Talks service is notoriously bad. I'd look at PlusNet or Vodafone if you can get FTTP

  • PocketTrumpeter Jacob Standbridge (@PocketTrumpeter) reported

@virginmedia Same issue on all browsers and devices. It's something specific to how the broadband isn't accessing the plusnet server, rather than a Thunderbird issue specifically.

  • zeetha Powered by Tea (@zeetha) reported

Hi @plusnet how do I order a new router as I think mine is broken? Thanks!

  • Calgeekus Calgeekus (@Calgeekus) reported

@billykayscot I switch every year to get the best deal. Basic package, not fibre. Pretty much I bounce between Plusnet and Now broadband. Now have some bad reviews but I've had nothing but good service from them. My speed is always worse with Plusnet. Now have free calls too.

  • CICOBO79 Ciona Copeland (@CICOBO79) reported

@Plusnet hi, my sim hasn't arrived, my previous contract is now ended so I have no way to phone you. I need a new sim sending as I think my sim went to my old address. Help...

  • iamlaurafallon Laura (@iamlaurafallon) reported

Hi @Plusnet 👋 you’ve sent me a customer survey to complete as I recently cancelled - but the link to the survey doesn’t work 🙃

  • weenell3 @Nellie Furtado #WhyNotScotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@weenell3) reported

@billykayscot I've been with Plusnet for 6yrs always negotiated my renewal. Found their customer service is good which is a "Plus" nowadays.

  • zeetha Powered by Tea (@zeetha) reported

Anyone in the Ringwood/New Forest area use @Plusnet and if so are you having internet connectivity issues? My elderly mother is issues where her internet doesn't work some days and @plusnethelp insist nothing wrong so not sure what is going on! Thanks :)
