  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

I’m so mad that @plusnet is taking a week (at least) to get an engineer out. I’m ya not only causing damage to my brothers who rely on the internet for EVERYTHING, it’s ruining my weekend because it’s how we socialise together.

  • mccoy_ml Michelle McCoy (@mccoy_ml) reported

@Plusnet absolutely disgusting service. Out of data due to rubbish WiFi and you won’t even credit me 3 days worth til the end of this bill. Due to this you will loose 3 mobile phone sims and a broadband !!!!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@123spinner Hi Paul, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving. Do you mean without penalty? If so you'd be able to cancel on or after the 10th December. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • DarthRider4 Darth Rider (@DarthRider4) reported

@Plusnet As this failure to ring engaged is very frustrating, I have just ported away from you to another network that does what every phone has done for decades, i.e. tell you if the phone is engaged and not make you think you have dialled an incorrect number.
